Fives across the board…read more Casi Cielo is incredible. The space is warm and beautiful without trying too hard, and the crowd was hip and well dressed. Definitely a place to be seen and eat well. There's a parking garage but it was full when we got there, so we did valet, which was surprisingly affordable. Service was wonderful. Our server was attentive, helpful, and super knowledgeable about the menu. As for the food, we got: Aguachile de Pescado, which was insane. Super fresh, bright, citrusy, ceviche-like with perfect texture. I would go back just for that. The Hamachi was clean and bright. That avocado sauce tied everything together and gave it some depth without overpowering the fish. The Pork Belly Tostadas were crispy and rich with that smooth avocado mousse and sweet mango salsa balancing it out perfectly. Finally, the bone marrow with steak... so good. I had seen pictures of it before I came and it did not disappoint. The steak was incredibly tender. They bring blue corn tortillas and suggest making a taco with the marrow, steak, and avocado. It's great that way. But honestly, the marrow and steak stand perfectly on their own. Whole experience was excellent. Easily one of my favorite spots in the city now.

We came here last night to celebrate my sister's birthday with a large group. Unfortunately, the…read moreservice kicked off on a really sour note. Right when we walked in, the staff complained to us that we hadn't called ahead to have a "smaller, special menu" crafted for a large party. To make matters worse, they loudly announced to the whole table right off rip that they wouldn't split checks separately--only an even split. It felt incredibly rude, lazy, and unwelcoming. The irony is that the large group size wasn't even an issue; we staggered our arrivals and the patio was completely empty. The kicker- my brother in law ended up paying the whole tab at the end anyways! so all of that initial laziness & nastiness for NOTHING! Throughout the night, the service felt incredibly rushed and stressed. While we were still eating our appetizers, the busser was aggressively trying to clear our plates because the mains were coming. Our server was very short with us the entire time, which was confusing because the restaurant didn't even have a stressful vibe. She recommended a main dish to me that I really didn't care for, though I will say the salsa was unique and probably the best part of the meal. Shoutout to the one staff member who was actually friendly, but overall, this is not the kind of place where you leave feeling like you had a nice restaurant experience- at least I personally didn't.. Too bad we didn't just go to C&S next door which we always love. Regardless tho, my sister had a blast, but that's entirely because she has a wonderful crew of great friends, not because of Casi Cielo.

We were greeted immediately upon walking in and there were so many people I was nervous we weren't going to be able to eat there, but looks were deceiving and there were more tables in the back. We sat outside on a cool day and they had heaters going. Our server was super nice for our first time and brought fresh salsa and chips. I ordered a trio of tacos so I could try a few, the tacos were phenomenal. The meat was seasoned well and plentiful in the taco. I wanted to like the chimichurri taco more, but like some others have mentioned the meat was a bit big when trying to get a bite. We needed to leave to get to the venue and once mentioning our time crunch the server pointed us in the best direction and let us out the back door. Food was great and quick, service excellent, and I would 10/10 come back again.

Ordered the shrimp tacos, beef barbacoa, beef birria taco, pork carnitas, beef consome, guac chips, tres leches. Our first time, ordered the taco feast and the birria pizza and it was soo much food. This is our third time and it's quickly becoming our favorite. We've already told a ton of our friends about this place!! The waiter Alex was nice and did apologize that the consome came out first; it did surprise us haha I have a gripe though; we were going to order a dessert but he told us that my birthday tres leches dessert would be on the house. When we got home, realized he charged us for it. A real shame. We tipped extra/24% because of the free dessert. We learned our lesson for being too trusting. 3/5 Update: Ariadna the assistant manager contacted me and remedied the situation by comping the dessert and appetizer. I appreciate her timeliness and her being succinct. Switched to 5/5

Menu is extensive which could make it difficult to choose from so many dishes. Chips and salsa were brought almost immediately with a medium level of spice. The waiter asked if we wanted the habanero salsa. I took one tiny taste and it definitely was spicy! I decided to get the Enchiladas Suizas combination plate (with rice, green beans and pico de gallo). There were 2 enchiladas with shredded chicken, smothered in a sauce with lots of Mexican cheese on top. The meat was tender. My friend ordered a 1/2 order of the Nachos supreme with ground beef. The waiter and my friend said that the regular order of Nachos was huge! They weren't kidding! Our waiter was attentive, checking to make sure things were good and if we needed refills on our drinks or anything else we might need. Found out the salsa is home made, which is a good thing! There is patio seating available, tables in the bar area and regular booths and tables in the main dining area. The music was lively but not so loud that you can't carry on a conversation Apparently, there are several other locations, but this one was convenient for me while I'm in Dunwoody. Will go again!

Maybe it's the spring weather, maybe it's the tequila, or maybe it's the fact they serve them in what look like 16th-century terracotta pots pulled from a shipwreck... but those drinks hit different. Two in and you're contemplating starting a band. Three in, you're planning your next visit before the check lands. 10/10 would sip from ancient pottery again.

They have quickly become my favorite place to get Mexican food. Let's get into it! Location and Parking They are located on Buford Highway in a small shopping plaza. The lot is medium sized, but they are sharing it with a few other businesses, and depending on the night it could definitely be hard to find a spot so keep that in mind. Venue and Atmosphere The venue is decently sized with both booths and regular tables. There are beautiful paintings hung all over, and the decorations that make you feel like you've stepped into a little part of Mexico. Atmosphere is super casual and comfortable. Food and drinks Now the menu here is massive. Take your time and prepare to be overwhelmed, because everything sounds amazing. Here's a breakdown of what we got each time. 1st visit - El Rey Del Taco Parrillada It's meant to be shared with two people, and comes with a pound of beef ribs, your choice of chicken or al pastor meat, six shrimp wrapped in bacon, with melted cheese and chorizo, plus tortillas and charro beans. It was just as delicious as it sounds. 2nd visit - Tacos The pastor con queso and the shrimp al pastor with cheese, onions, and al pastor sauce. You're welcome. 3rd visit - Fajitas Fajitas Texanas, with steak chicken and shrimp. There are 7 different combinations of sides that you can get. We got white rice, salad, and charro beans. This can also be shared, which my wife and I did. Speaking of the charro beans, they have the best beans I have ever had. For drinks I got the supreme regular mango margarita. My wife got strawberry. Both great. Service Food came out fast, but other than that the service was a little slow. Our waitress was nice, but it did seem that she forgot about us for a little while. The food was so good that I forgave it, plus at the end of the day I got everything I needed. Verdict If you're looking for amazing food and drinks, this is absolutely the place to get it. It just might end up being your favorite too! Until next time!

I asked for recommendations and the server told me what the most popular menu items were, but didn't offer any personal opinion. I ordered the chimichanga, which came with rice and a little guacamole salad in a small taco shell. It was fine, but not memorable. I would try something else on my next visit. It's in a small shopping area so there's free parking but just be aware the parking may not be the best. Because it shares it with a couple of other things. It's tall because it's two stories. So if you have a larger group setting, this would not be a bad option as well. It's very fun and very lively so you shouldn't have an issue with viewable views. The last time I went I went to the bar because I was just stopping in to grab something before I headed home. Food was pretty good though. I would actually get it again, well a couple of the things I did enjoy so details below for that. Chips and salsa - The chips and salsa were pretty good. Nothing major but I actually use the salsa a little bit on the tacos but the salsa was actually good and rich and had a little good of a flavor to it but it wasn't super spicy if you worried about that. Tacos de carnitas - I like the carnitas Taco, it wasn't as crispy and crunchy as I would like it to be but it had a good flavor to it. I guess I'm spoiled by real tacos pork belly taco LOL. But this was actually good too. Texas fajitas - The fajita was well put together, season really well, I have no complaints. I would actually get this over again. It came with all the accessories that you need, shells, rice, all the other things you would expect. Came out sizzling hot as a fajita. Should, lovely dish. Tacos al pastor - pastor was okay. I wouldn't rush to get it but it was tasty. Overall if you want some good and quick Tex-Mex type food, this is a really good spot. The bartenders are really cool and engaging so at least you'll have somebody to talk to if you go by yourself lol. But this is a really good option.

I appreciated that the onions were finely diced and uniform, it may seem like a small detail, but it made each bite clean and balanced. I ordered a variety of meats, and it was immediately clear that the quality is excellent. Everything was diced small, cooked perfectly tender, and packed with flavor. Not a single bite was chewy, which really speaks to the care in preparation. The tortillas were outstanding, sturdy without being tough, with a depth of corn flavor that made me wonder if they're house-made or cooked with a high-quality fat. Either way, they held together beautifully and elevated the tacos. The salsa bar was another highlight, offering several fantastic options. Every sauce had great flavor and a well-balanced consistency. The place was packed, and I was the only non-Hispanic person there, which felt like a very good sign of authenticity.
