I am a nanny to an amazing 8 year old girl. We came to Elan today for a mani/pedi and the stylists were going on and on about how pretty she is (obviously) and I said, "she is an award winning dancer, too!" They got so excited and begged her dance for them, and with a little coaxing (cheesecake), she said yes. They asked what kind of music she danced to, and when she said jazz they put a jazz station on. They cleared a space for her, got everyone's attention and introduced her. She was nervous at first, but, y'all. The whole salon was clapping and cheering for her, and my girl went from shy to SHINE! It was the cutest, they were so good to her and it made both of our day! My husband and I went in to get a pedicure today and we loved it, very clean and professional. We both got the heavenly pedicure and chose the neck massage with warm neck wrap as well so nice. They also offer alcoholic beverages and have a margarita machine my hubby had one said it was really good. We will be back we highly recommend. read more

I came here for a Mother's Day mani/pedi because it's the closest to my house. Made an appointment and I'm glad! They were SO busy. I got a chair within a few minutes of walking in and they got to work. I got the tropical pedicure and it definitely smelled like I was in a tropical oasis. I'm used to a longer/better massage so that was the only miss on my pedicure but other than that it was great! Prices were a bit high for what I paid for and my pay experience elsewhere. read more

This is a very nice looking, seemingly clean nail salon! I'm giving two stars for various reasons: When I went in after asking on here when I could come, they told me I would have another 30 minute wait. Okay whatever no biggie I can come back. We left and there was still not a a lot available. So we went back the next day as soon as the doors opened and was seated right away. Great! I pick my color and nail shape and the lady gets to work. Before even using the dipping powder, when she was filing my nails down, she cut my cuticle on 3 fingers. I like to think I am very nice so I told her no problem and she went about doing my nails. I initially the nails looked good from a distance but after looking at them outside, the tops of my nails are so bumpy. I am extremely disappointed with the finished product and probably won't go back to this place. Plus, after getting my cuticles cut into, there wasn't even a small discount.. I mean I don't expect it really but when it happens 3 times... come on. read more

I figured I'd give this salon another shot. Unfortunately my issue is the same this time as it was the last. I got a great pedicure but the nail polish application is sloppy and was the last time as well. There is clear polish all around my cuticles and toes. I had the same issue last time as well. I should've saved my $36 and painted them myself. I will not be returning. read more

Pros: 1. So close to home, it took me only 5 minutes to get here. 2. Services were very good. Bin was the guy who did my Hawaiian pedicure. It was a very relaxing experience. The calf and foot massage that came with the service was excellent and my toes looked nice and ready for summer! 3. The gentleman that was at the front was very friendly and explained how things work. Attentive but not hovering. Con: 1. There was another guy at the front when we came in and he just stared at us; did not talk but just kept staring at us. It was rather awkward. I hope he does not work there or heaven forbid be the owner, because for the first 5 minutes, I really wanted to walk out. Still, not enough to knock out a star because once he left (yay!), it was a nice experience afterwards and the staff that were present were really friendly. read more

Love this place! Amy did the dip on my nails and was great! She gave me tips on my cuticles (I'm a chronic cuticle pealed... gross I know) and the nails are pretty perfect. Went here to get a manicure for my bachelorette party. they were all very nice and did okay. i asked for a design on one nail on each hand and showed a picture to make sure it was something they could do. they said yes and proceeded to do my nails. the color didn't match the photo like i wanted but that partially my fault for picking it but they didn't help navigate me so it was hard to tell before hand as it was a dip powder. then after doing the dip she decided she couldn't do the design. which was fine except i would've went a different direction with color if i had known before hand so now i just have different colored nails and nothing to tie them together. will probably go elsewhere next time if i want a design and not just color. read more

Vivian did my nails and they look great, she went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable especially after finding out it was my first time. This shop is very clean and the employees are nice. My dip is not the greatest I've had. The right side of all my nails are very thick and the left side has been drilled down to a normal thickness. Giving them an uneven look. The website also states "Dip with cuticle trim", unless they trim your cuticles with the drill, this step was skipped. read more

Elan is the only place I will go! My girls and I go every few weeks and all the employees there are excellent! They pay attention to detail and are very respectful of your time.
