The whole reason I purchased online was to save time and avoid inconvenience, but instead it created more hassle and wasted time. Located literally a block away from the freeway, this location. Also makes it convenient to get on and off if you ever need to go towards the Peninsula or the South Bay. Because it is a retail store, the services are vast and the value can range from medium to higher price points. It has everything from Home entertainment, to appliances, to computing. Literally, it has tech everywhere. This place will get you and your wallet in trouble, if you're not careful, lol. Finally, this is one of the last locations in the Bay Area that actually has a car/ auto installation bay. Meaning anything from speakers, car radios, and even alarms can be installed here. Although, it doesn't have a full staff working regularly in the installation space. The team that does work regularly, are very competent and professional. I do wish, at times, they could be a little bit more engaging. Especially, to customers who are unfamiliar with what the installation entails. but the rest of the store is fantastic and very friendly. No reason, just wouldn't let me use them. Then this short Asian guy comes over and was condescending. Just had a "here we go with another troubled customer" attitude. I just wanted to figure out why they weren't accepting the gift cards and I felt like he was just trying to show off to his other co-worker how to handle difficult customers. I presume one of the workers thought these Best Buy gift cards were illegitimate, but I don't know. Went home and ordered online with the gift cards. Worked fine.
