Avoid them and certainly don't purchase any appliance plan from them.

I am a law student so I am always on a very tight budget. I had my iPhone 6 broken for about 6 months now. Luckily it was working just fine for me to go about my day. This morning unfortunately was the last straw my iPhone 6 fell out of my hand and now the right side does not work. I was referred by my cousin to visit the repair brothers at electronics beyond. Walked in and was greeted by Arthur. Very professional, knowledgeable and quick! The guy knows what he's doing! It took Arthur 15 minutes to repair my destroyed iPhone and even gave me a break on the price. I hope to not see the guys soon but if I do break it I will definitely be back here again! read more

What a great experience!!! I took my iPhone 6+ there to replace my shattered glass. Literally was out the door in 20 minutes. They are amazing, very accommodating, knowledgable, and efficient. They were recommended by two of my friends and they didn't disappoint but exceeded my expectations. I accidentally dropped my iPhone 8 Plus And the front screen just shattered. Luckily my friend recommended me to electronics beyond. I called and a gentleman named Arthur said that it was a simple fix and it would only take him 15 to 20 minutes. I rushed over there and Arthur was luckily free to start on my smart phone repair. I was honestly shocked of how an amazing job Arthur did on my iPhone 8 plus. In just 15 minutes Arthur repaired my iPhone 8 plus just like new. Great customer service. Fixed my cracked screen at a great price of $99. I noticed a couple of glitches and went back. They replaced the defected screen and no charge extra charge. Very polite and professional. Highly recommend. Every time I go there they are so helpful and try to explain the things they do to my iPhone. After seeing that Apple would charge $300 to replace the glass (which was almost the price of a new watch), I put out a request for quotes on Yelp. Only All Tech said that it could replace the glass, and they did it for $165, almost half the price of Apple. All Tech ordered the glass (which took three days to arrive) and my watch was repaired, looking good as new. I am extremely satisfied with the work that they did, and their customer service. Any future repairs that I need on my electronics, I will have All Tech do. A side note for those who will be visiting the shop, it's located behind an auto repair shop, so it isn't visible from the street.
