I took my damaged phone in to have the screen replaced. Upon learning that the iPhone 12 screen is $3xx for a legit one, I opted for a cheaper option. I was told that if there were to be any problems, we would know as soon as we turn on the phone. There was no problem initially. He said he would call soon to check up on me and the screen. A few days later, I started noticing issues. Upon gentle touches, the screen would have smeared impressions as if I were pushing very hard on it. It also kept exiting apps while typing. It continues to do both. I called, left a VM and didn't receive a call back. I showed up to the shop just after they opened a week after getting the screen. No one was there, so I came back a half hour later. Still no one there. I called a couple days later and got a relative of the shopkeeper, who said the latter was out on paternity leave. Congratulations btw. The relative stated that I had waited too long to say something, that it had already been almost two weeks...Needless to say, I didn't appreciate that. I never did receive that checkup call. And even though I called again and left another voicemail, I never received a call back. So now I'm stuck with this screen apparently. I think 3 stars is more than fair considering the service I received and that I'm out $225 for the screen. Further, since I use this phone for business, I've been more than patient up until this point. read more

I came here because my Apple laptop was not charging correctly. The charger would not go in all the way and I assumed there was something stuck in the port. I tried to take it out myself but nothing worked. The staff here helped me right away and cleaned out the port in about 30 min. My charger now fits in perfectly once again. I can't remember the name of the kind man who fixed my phone but he fixed my iPhone 7... dropped it off in the evening and next morning pick up. My phone wouldn't turn on I was so so scared I'd have buy a new phone I wasn't able to restart it.... Nothing. He fixed it. Yay. This is now a bit over a year later... I'm using the same phone to write this review and still works GREAT!!! I believe I paid $25 for the service... can't remember but it was reasonable and affordable. NOW, my phone is cracked because it fell out of my purse.... So I'll be seeing you again for exterior repair. LOL. Thanks again. I definitely recommend. The absolute worst service ever! Of any mobile repair service I ever been to. I had been here a year or so ago with great service but it was no where near the service level they are at now. I dropped my phone off Thursday. Didn't hear from them Thursday, Friday, or Saturday I finally called left a voicemail no response. Had to call multiple times to get through and leave many voice mails with never one call back. Very unprofessional I decided to pick up my phone and go with another company and this one is clearly unreliable. Don't waste your time. read more

Initially I was happy with the service because he was really nice and worked quickly. However, I paid more for the screen to be the one Apple puts on the phone rather than a generic one. After he finished, I got an alert saying it wasn't a genuine screen. Second issue is that I bought a screen protector from him and he put it on, but it was too small and left a gap around the edges. Therefore when I fell with the phone in my hand, the part that wasn't covered cracked and some of the cracks spread over the screen. The protector is nearly untouched. Very disappointed that I feel my money was wasted. Won't be returning. read more

Im going to be honest these guys are amazing. Brought in my iPhone 4s and it was in horrific condition. (Check image as proof) I had a pretty good night last night and dont really remember exactly what happened to it. I walked in and Arthur was there. Greeted me with a warm hello and asked if he can be of any assistance. I showed him the condition of my phone and he smiled with a reply... "thats an easy fix." I went next door for some coffee and sweets and 20 minutes in Arthur came out with my iPhone 4s is perfect like new condition. I asked him if this is really my phone and he laughed. Best service ive ever had at a repair shop. i brought my ipad air, iphone 6s+ and iphone 7+ all in on the same morning. they seemed to be swamped with orders and i could over hear the woman ahead of me dropping multiple devices i told them my iphone 7 was the only priority and that if it could be finished by the afternoon id be fine getting the other devices the next day. N only did i receive all three devices back in the same afternoon, I even received a call explaining that there had been markings on the LCD of the iPad that I already knew were there! that alone set the bar of trust so high, these guys really go above and beyond for their customers I'd feel comfortable referring absolutely anyone to their store. read more
