The absolute worst nail service I've ever experience. - asked for square shape with rounded edges. male technician did not round the edges, and when I pointed it out, he proceeded to file further the square shape with the sharpest edges ever - he cut and filed my right thumb nail completely diagonal, it was obvious compared to my other nails. when I pointed it out (twice), he proceeded to file further without correcting the evenness of the shape. he looked like a deer in headlights when I called it out, even my husband pointed it out right away - application of the nail polish itself was not smooth at all, and every time he got polish on my skin outside of my nail bed he would use his own fingernail to wipe clean. gross. - after the top coat was cured, he took a large cotton ball with acetone to clean off any polish around the nails, not realizing the acetone-soaked cotton ball was going over on my newly cured nails, leaving rubbed, matte spots on my nails - no hot towel to finish off my service. like come on, that's the best part of getting a manicure! at one point I thought about leaving halfway through service, like that's how bad my service was. but for $35, i got what I paid for. cheap, crappy nails. i left so quickly after paying, i did not leave a tip. no way did they deserve that With the way my nails look. read more

Made an appointment for 5 and didn't get seated till 6:30. Worker kept saying they were busy. If you're so busy don't say you have an appointment available at 5 with no wait. Do not go here! The technicians failed to see how poor of a job was done. Even the manager didnt understand and thought it was the polish I didnt like. He told me the remaining polish will come off in the shower.. never heard that before. They offered to fix it but I didnt want to wait and just to have another poorly done job. So out of being impatient I had my card ran with out seeing the total and they dont do refunds (50$). The pedicure is just as bad! Half painted on polish with still polish on my skin. Be aware of the lady with tattoos and drawn eyebrows, she'll do your no chip in 10 min and she won't give a f.ck how bad it looks. I've gotten my nails done many many times but this one takes the cake.. I called in the morning to make an apt for a mani and pedi and was debating whether or not I wanted to get dip powder instead of my usual gel. But was told to come in at 3:00 pm.. showed up at my time and was waiting for 25 min.. okay then Kevin ( one of the employees) comes up to me and asks is it okay for me to start on your mani until Ny ( the person I booked with originally) gets done. Okay sure no probably thought maybe he would start with the manicure part aka cuticle trimming etc.. no he def doesn't do that. He asked me why I wasn't getting dip anymore and I just said I'd rather not and I'm a little nervous. He informed me about the benefits and I said okay fine. Starts right away with dipping no cuticle trimming no nail filing nothing starts dipping. When he finished the 2 coats of dip he then starts filing my nails. Now I've gotten my nails done many many times over the years and I can take a bit of uncomfortableness but this was on another level the filing he was doing was hurting so bad I almost cried. Finally finished that part and asks me do I like them and I flat out told him no I don't and I just want it off with a no chip put on instead he agrees. MIND YOU I STILL HAVEN'T seen the employee I originally booked with and on top of that 2 ladies walked in and the employee I booked with took the ladies who came in an hour after me.. so I ended up getting a pedicure and was told I would get my nails taken off ( soaked off) while getting my pedi.. that also didn't happen. I am not 2 HOURS INTO BEING THERE. Finally I ask can I just get these nails taken off I didn't want no chip I just wanted to leave. They ask Ny and mind you she still hasn't said not one word not one to me yet. She tells them what to do and now I meet Kelly. Kelly you were sweet and helpful and I appreciate it. I finally finish and I'm going to pay and they charge me for the pedi ( to be expected) but they also charged me 15$ for my nails.. like what I left with nails looking worse then when I came in. There's better places to go to then here do your research please. Also just from sanitary point of view this place is not clean at all I watched multiple people touch many things with gloves on after. Touching people's hands and feet. They are unsanitary, they put the nail tools back in "sealed" bags so it looks like you're getting new tools every customer. The lady that did my nails didn't change her gloves between the 3 people I watched her do, and during my pedicure after they washed and cleaned my feet they left them on the dirty, wet towel, I asked him for a clean dry one and he said "almost done" and kept working. She was a little too rough on my nails and when I went to tell her that she did not understand me and the quality of her work was ok. I should have listened to my friend when she said not to go there!! I took my daughter there last week from a no chip manicure, four days later she said her polish was chipping! 3 days later, she shows me her hand, polish was completely off on a few fingers, she said she was washing her hands at school and it slid off!! At this point, I called the salon since before I went there they said it lasts 2-3 weeks!! So now they said had I brought her in on Friday they would have fixed them!!! And they said that they NEVER tell anyone it lasts 2-3 weeks!! But he just had and so they are not doing anything about it!
