John and Tracy are husband and wife. When I tell you that they are both beyond creative and talented, it doesn't begin to describe the level that they are on. They are good enough to complete in those fancy nail art design competitions. They use the best products out there and because of that, my acrylics last a month most of the time with no lifting or breakage whatsoever. They are two of the kindest people to ever work in customer service. They treat their clients like royalty and because of that, they've developed a clientele list that will last and stand the test of time. It is beautiful and exceptionally clean and hygienic in there. I was SO disappointed in this place. I made an appointment to get gel nails, asked them twice if it was ALL gel and no acrylic(which is not a good idea, but done at some salons) and was told it was 100% all gel. When I got there, they tried to talk me into Acrylics. I have naturally long nails and only wanted to strengthen them to prevent breakage, not damage them with acrylics, which I had for years. When I explained that 3 times, they suggested silk wraps, telling me it was far better to protect my nails and more natural looking. This is also when Peter informed me that it was NOT all gel, but gel and acrylic that they did. Peter was really nice and seemed to know his stuff, so I took his advice. Though I wasn't happy with the way thy turned out(they looked like acrylics and far wider than my natural nails) I just got over it since I was leaving for Vegas that day. The pedicure I got was the worst ever, and the girl doing it had a massive attitude, especially when I told her she was using the wrong color and she had to take it off the ONE nail she had put it on. But, again, I was joking with them and in a good mood, so I brushed it off. On the way to Vegas, one nail chipped and lifted right off. This was two hours after I got them done! by the next day, I had had the ruined nail replaced and the other were so cracked, they looked like a road map. I had to get them all redone in Vegas. Peter is really nice, but the fact that I had to make two separate trips to a salon Vegas to repair the damage, THE VERY NEXT DAY after getting them done, is really not acceptable. read more

Not too happy with this place.... my guy is on vacation at my nail shop so I figured I'd go here the biggest mistake ever reading all the reviews it seems as if they must pay somebody to get them I literally walked out of there with a great pedicure but my hands looking like a dinosaur and a Pokemon nail color I showed Peter a specific picture and ask him if he could do it he said he could my nails look nothing like the picture so now after paying $50 at the shop I had to go to another shop and spend an additional $40 for them to fix my nails not happy at all read more

this place is amazing if you are looking to get pink and white acrylics. always ask for peter though, he is the pink and white master. i dont like the look of thick white tips, and peter makes my nails look so natural. i love it!! also prices are not expensive at all, and peter is so sweet and always remembers you when you come in. i came with a girlfriend of mine and she has gels done by another manicurist and she loved it too. it wasn't pink and white though, because i think peter is the pink and white specialist. read more

Despite explaining this, he proceeded to apply the chrome again without a color. When I tried to point it out, he raised his voice and started yelling at me to "pick a color." a few times. At that point I pulled my hands away and told him to stop. Only then did he calm down. I understand miscommunication can happen, but being yelled at during a service is not acceptable. Unfortunately, that experience made me uncomfortable enough that I won't be returning.

He wasn't shy about pointing out how much work it was. On my third visit (today), however, the experience changed. He refused to see me, saying that I was too sensitive during gel removal. I've never had issues with gel removal before, but with him, I did flinch on one or two fingers because he seemed to go a bit too far. That said, it's not something that would have stopped me from coming back. I even had to ask--almost beg--him to remove my gel nails using acetone. He said it would take too long, but I told him I wasn't in a rush. When I asked again, I noticed the salon was nearly empty, with only one other customer who was already being helped. I'm not sure if this behavior was due to rudeness or possibly a language barrier, but after today's visit, I felt very unwelcome and unwanted. I did communicate this to them, because if this level of customer service continues, they may lose more customers. From what I understand, they've been in business for a long time, but each time I visit, the salon is mostly empty--except for who I assume is their son, who always seems to have a steady stream of clients. My pedicurist did an excellent job with my feet, the only thing I wished was maybe a firmer massage on my feet, she was barely touching my feet and being too gentle. The price was very affordable compared to other salons. I will definitely be returning!
