No one should ever contact someone who made a review over four years ago. Asking for them to delete photos based on their understanding of how a beverage should be presented or served (given that I'm not a native). I feel that was very unprofessional. Especially since they just verified this page enough to care about any of the bad reviews posted in the past, many of them have been removed since they're at five stars now, since they've been verified in the past week.
