Omg! I think I've finally found MY nail place. It's been a hard journey finding a good place in Vegas. Back In LA I was loyal to my Nina's nails in north Hollywood for 15 years. I want to say Paradise nails is my new place! I made an appointment a day before. Arrived on time and was taken to my sit for a pedi and it was an amazing treatment along with Lyn getting down to all my ingriwns in the most gentle way possible. Then the sugar scrub wow Best best best of all was their massage chair! It's nothing like the ones I've been on. Lyn sat me down put my chair back for me to lean into the massager. It was so nice to actually get a really neat massage along with a pedicure. Then I was moved to T to do my acrylic fill (the last place I had a fill was so terrible I couldn't wait to change it) All I said to T was please make them look natural and thin. Don did excellent job on my gel manicure. I showed him a 4th of July theme pic and he really created his own design which was excellent. I love it. And I went back for the Volcano Pedicure for 60 special. I am very ticklish so I only do a pedicure once a year for my birthday. I did gel and pedi-tech mentioned about an extra charge for gel but I was surprised for extra 20, a total of 80. I still think it was over-priced. I checked Volcano Spa 10-step package online purchase price. It was 8.45. Lol. Never again. read more

The vibe was off. I went in and asked if they take walk-ins He said they do, depends on the service. He asked what service I wanted. I said pedicure. He said they didn't have time, looked at the clock and said they were getting ready to close, it was 3:35 pm, the sign said they close at 7 pm. He didn't even try to keep my business. He could've said can you come later or tomorrow. he turned around and kept rolling and soaking towels. the shop was empty except for 1 person getting a pedicure. Always very friendly and smiling, he takes the necessary time to address the areas on my feet that need a bit extra care it during my spa pedicures. He also does wonderful manicures. I went for a Mani, pedi and did a French manicure on toes and fingers .I was charged$85 and the next day my nails and toenails were cracked liked shattered glass. When I went in they told me it was because I should have done gel. I have my mani and pedi done at other places I don't get gel and this never happened before. And added some hot oil to my brows after making them burn more. I needed to press a cold wet paper towel on my brows on my drive home. They are scarred and most likely will scan up. I'm in pain. I walked into this place because I was in the area and needed a quick fill and shortening of my nails since I have to work tomorrow. The place was not clean. Dust everywhere. Don/John the nail tech was actually good and quite a perfectionist. Aside from trying to hit on me, he was fast and efficient. He didn't cut me which was great! I gave this business a 1 because of the lack of cleanliness, unprofessional behavior, and most importantly, the way they tried to upsell me and started talking trash in Vietnamese just because I didn't want gel polish. I asked for regular polish in something similar to the color bubble bath and the female nail tech and Don replied. "We don't have regular." I replied, "I just want ANY regular polish. No gel. Do you not have ANY regular polish in this salon?" The female replied "No regular. Only gel." I literally almost said, just give me clear polish then, but Don quickly picked up a bottle of polish and asked "How about this one? Then the female nail tech said, "We have regular polish." Don proceeds with, "You just need one coat of it." I said yes Ty. (He was also huffing and puffing while painting my nails so it was obvious that he was disappointed that my tab wouldn't be higher.) Total for a simple fill with cutting down my nails, and painted with 1 coat of polish was $40. I do not recommend this place. My nail tech was a sweetheart. However, I received a acrylic/gel fill w white polish & red, blue, & silver glitter. I figured there would be an up charge since he did fix one of my nails. It was $65 ... he said it's an extra $5 per nail for the glitter. That's fine if that's their policy. However, I wish he would have let me know. Just tell me. I feel like I got hustled. This is by far the worst pedicure experience I have endured. Disclaimer: I came here two years back and I had a good experience with the same service. This time it was absolutely abysmal. I asked for a spa pedicure at the door. They told me they only do spa pedicures. Fine. I got on the chair. It was broken and very used. But half of the massage parts worked so fine. They gave me and my mother a menu of services. We chose it from one woman. The other woman who came over said "we have t had that menu item for years. You will like Milk and Honey. I will do hot stone massage." Ok. Fine. The lady literally cut had my toe nail off. I didn't even have a chance to say please stop. She literally rubbed the stones on my feet and that was it. After I approached the manager, the lady started yelling in her native language at the manager aaNd said 1 hour masssage. Well, bitch, the pedicure was only 30 minutes at the most and there's a lot more than a massage in it. A standard spa pedicure for $45-$65 gives a ten miNute massage and and the put a time on to standardize it. The manager said she'd charge me for a normal pedicure but I told her I don't want a discount. I want the service I asked for and ordered. I'm from NY, so don't even. read more

With the reopening of our town it has taken forever to find a decent nail salon. Been to a few and while my nails look great the first few days, the lifting begins. Not to mention the over the top price increases for a decrease in the lifespan of a fill or the ridiculous prices of a full set. FINALLY I found my nail salon and technician that were close to home. At a recent salon I had paid 80 dollars for coffin nails that I hoped would last a few weeks, instead the lifting happened in a few days and when I waited as long as I could to get a fill it only lasted a week before the lifting started and you could plainly see where the nails had lifted under my French manicure. That was just one expensive experience out of many. Had to find another place and at Paradise nails I finally found my nail home and Van. My nails looked horrible for just having a new set put on and Van was not only extremely gentle but extremely experienced. She quickly repaired each nail, to where they looked like a brand new set. Made them thin like how they should be, did an expert French manicure on them. Not to mention the very reasonable price for a fill and before I left, I made another appointment with her in a few weeks. Did I mention what a cute place this is and how mellow the music is and how all the employees are so friendly. read more
