I was asked several times about adding art or more to the color I picked and declined it once was pushed again and declined it again and said just purple please. We had conversation and I thought I had a nice experience until I was checked out. I was told my total was 92.00!!!! Even with the small print of the jelly adding 10 the maximum I should have been charged would be 75. The manicures are just basic. It doesn't matter who does it either the nails are crooked the nail polish is put on too thick or the tech is coughing in your face while doing your nails. But what happened most recently was the most alarming. After the hurricane I decided to treat myself to a pedicure they waited till after I was done to tell me their machine was down. I had an appointment right after so i went to bank of America and I pulled out More than enough cash that would cover the service and about a 25% tip. I did tell her I was moving, so maybe she thought that was the opportunity to steal, but I end up showing back up for one last pedicure and when she saw me, it looked like she saw a ghost. My pedicure was incredible- she took the time to do every step and an amazing massage. Spa pedicure is $40 with regular polish. $15 extra for gel. I showed Vicki the inspiration for my hands, and she went above and beyond! Her words "I can do that, easy".
