There are lots of ways to say we are to busy, but when the salon is completely empty it is rude to just say we don't have time for you. So we won't be back. The lady that did my nails nicked my cuticle pretty significantly. She did it twice. I wasn't happy but I continued with the process. I even tipped her $30 because I also work in the service industry and I appreciate a good tip. I regret that. A few weeks later I woke up with a painful finger. The sore had healed but unseen infection in the nail bed from a careless tech concerned with speed rather than safety left me in excruciating pain. The next six weeks, countless trips to the ER, three rounds of antibiotics and narcotic pain pills and now the nail has fallen off. Be ware. I went yesterday and Linda was throwing off anger and negativity, never smiled, kept looking out the open door and then the pedicure began. She hurt me not once but twice on the same big toe where she had cut the corners of the nail and now I'll be in excruciating pain when it begins to grow out. The second time she went in on that nail I said NO. Her response, oh we don't do that here. ?? I asked her if she was ok and seemed very down and unhappy. Its just a bad day, she replied. It was my first time coming here for a last minute mani and pedi before my flight. Mary and Sandy were so kind and made me feel welcomed. They did an amazing job in a reasonable amount of time. My index finger nail was broken she somehow managed to save it and made it unnoticeable. The pricing was very reasonable and the gel has lasted longer than most other nail salon gels. Sandy was so kind, she offered me a banana after finishing my pedicure. They also have the best massage chair I've ever sat in! Their environment is clean and bright. I called to ask if they had any walk-ins available, and the lady said tomorrow as in the next day, so the next day I call back and ask for the walk-in for a simple spa pedicure, and she says no. Definitely felt rushed, they slimmed on basic details of a mani. They almost cut my cuticles dry without soaking or at least putting cuticle oil on. I've been here twice now. The first time I brought my nine year old daughter for a pedicure. My pedicure was great. It looked and felt great and the callous remover was awesome. The price list was good too. My daughter got a polish change on hands and nails even though she wanted a full pedicure but they "didn't understand" and then "ran out of time" after doing her nails. She was disappointed to say the least. But her nails did look cute. Somehow our total came out to over $70!!! (Which I totally forgot until typing this). But one pedicure for me and a polish change for her in hands and feet should not have been that much...not even close. Had I thought about it I would have fought harder but I thought I would eat it and not come back. However... my feet felt and looked so good lol I honestly forgot. Fast forward months later when I needed an appointment on a Sunday so I called and made one for a gel fill on acrylics and a pedicure. Cost was $56. Ok I can handle that. The guy that does the pedicure is funny and friendly and makes conversation. His wife who does acrylics is not. She doesn't say anything at all and only speaks to her coworkers in her own language (not going to guess which one). She did take a lot of time to do my nails and I like the shape so I stopped paying attention while she was painting them which was my fault. See sloppy results in pictures below. I have been waiting for WEEKS for a fill because I was on vacation and was so excited to get this done and now I have this set. You can see that the nail beds leaked and she cured them anyway and that she didn't cap all my nails in paint and cured them anyway. Either cap them or don't, but don't have it spill over and then cap them. That's sloppy. I can't give a one star because I really like the guy. But sadly I don't think I will be back. *update and FYI* They dremmel EVERYTHING. toenails, fingernails, acrylics, real nails. Everything. And they can be a little excessive and heavy handed with it so it gets hot and hurts but they will slow or change heads if you ask. However, my middle finger nail hurts/aches, and is crazy sensitive to pressure right now so I think they may have dremmeled it too low. Also, they don't use liners in their pedicure bowls if that makes a difference to anyone. Some tools come out of sterilized packages and some don't. I couldn't honestly tell which is which when they were using them so I couldn't tell you. MY FINGER HURTS! AHHHHH read more

Took a chance on Saturday afternoon and I totally lucked out. I was able to get a pedicure without an appointment. The last few times I tried they were busy so I was pleasantly surprised. I get a few pedicures a year so it's always a treat. It was very good overall, price and quality for sure. My feet are beat up due to being barefoot or in flops all the time. The chairs were alright, they did the trick. They had an alright amount of colors, I wish they would have had some more sparkly unique ones. I now have a dark teal color. At work I constantly get compliments on my nails. The color choices are great. While there, they are quick and do a great job. I may end up getting my nails done every few weeks now. Pricing is great as well. I just tried this place and I'm torn about how I feel about my experience. I will say the place is clean. But little variety of colors to choose from. I had my nails done about a week ago somewhere else and was not happy with color design I picked or the shape they looked crooked. So I went to this place for first time to see if they could fix. So I told them it was dip powder and gel polish I walked in with. I asked what it cost to do dip powder fill and got no clear answer. The man said he didn't think I needed fill but wasn't sure. He started taking gel off and then let some other associate take over. She filed all down but did no fill and then I asked for a grey color and I had pics of designs I wanted painted on top of grey. She did the whole thing pretty good work. What I was not happy about is the price at end. It was 38 for basically a file and color change since they said I didn't need a fill. I think that's pretty pricey since I didn't even get a fill. And when I asked how much a fill was she couldn't give me a clear answer. First she said 40 then she said up to 50 depends on how long and shape. When I asked to see service price list the dip powder price wasn't even listed. I asked to speak with manager and was told he left. I explained how I don't know what service Im paying for and if it's 38 for file and color change. I might as well of paid two dollars more to get fill. I expressed how it's not right to make up price as they go. That I should know what I'm getting when I'm paying. She didn't seem to care. And what's worse she seemed annoyed I was asking. I also had pedicure I paid 32 for. The work wasn't bad but shady when it comes to prices. Won't be going back cuz of that. read more

I was in the area so I walked in 7/28/23 at around 1pm to ask about the price of a gel pedi for my future reference. I walked in and there was only one lady working on someone's toes. I proceeded to ask her the question in a friendly manner. She didn't answer right away, she looked at me up and down with a stank face and what seemed to be forever she finally said something but in a REALLY low voice that I didn't even hear her. I asked her what she said and she mumbled in a very low voice. It's like if she was doing it on purpose. I asked her again and she said 45 but still in a very low voice mumbling I barely heard what she said. After that I just walked out.
