I posted a negative review yesterday about a bad experience I had here and got a pretty immediate response from the owner offering to fix their mistakes for free. I took them up on their offer because I've heard nothing but good things about this place and wanted to give them another chance. I walked in the door and they were so apologetic and really felt bad for what happened. Tony went above and beyond to fix my nails and they are gorgeous. I'm writing this as he is fixing my pedicure because he has gone the extra mile to make me happy. They made great conversation, asked about my job, my home, even my earrings hah. He then offered me 50% off my next visit and a discount for my birthday. I never thought I'd be back here after yesterday, but after my experience today I will definitely be back again. I understand mistakes happen, and they went the extra step to fix their mistakes and that is much appreciated. I came for a new set, I've been here before as I live right across the street, never left a review before until now. This was my first time coming for a design, and i was a bit nervous at first but man they did such a great job! I was serviced by Miss Lee with the blonde hair. She was so sweet to me and asked questions along the way, really making sure i would be happy with the end result and I was!! She took her time to do it perfectly and I absolutely love my nails, the ombré, the gold flecks, she really brought my vision to life. Will definitely be returning for designs now! And the vibe was amazing, it smells great, the shop is very clean and elegant as the name. They seated me less than 30 seconds of me walking in, and were so warm and welcoming. Loved the atmosphere, the lovely music they play makes it so peaceful, and the decorations are so nice to look at and truly add to the experience. 10/10 And if you're wondering, they treat black people well! I've lived in this area for almost four years now and have been getting my nails done religiously. This place is by far the best. The customer service here is amazing and my nails always look beautiful. They remember me by name and are very flexible with my changing schedule. As for my nails I always receive compliments on how nice they look, and they are super durable!! I loved the service at this salon! Tony was very sweet and actually paid attention to every detail. He asked multiple times if I liked what he was doing and anytime I would notice something small, he would fix it no problem. This is the first time going to get a full set of acrylics and he actually asks what shape I want!! I loved that. Tony is amazing, highly talented, and so caring! I highly recommend Elegant Nails & Skin Care. It's so hard to find a nice, clean, and a great nail tech in Orlando. Most places scam you and use cheap nail products that chip within a few days. I've had my gel nails for 3 weeks and they are still in great condition. Every time I come to get my nails done, I'm always greeted and taken care of by the staff! By getting your nails done here is worth every penny because they will last you for a while!!! read more

Writing this on behalf of my mother in law. We Came to Elegant Nails for a pedicure and it was better than expected. First, after getting set up in the pedicure area Lee offered us something to drink(Free). Then Lee and Steven started with the Hot Stone Pedicure service and we have to say it was SUPER good. both of them has magic hands and did an amazing massage and the gel pedicure was on point. I live out of state and have been coming to this place for years whenever I'm in the area. They do a nice job on fills ($14 for acrylic) and great pedicures ($25). When we are heading to FL, i purposely delay getting my nails done at home since I love coming here. I get a pedicure and fill when we arrive and if we are here for a month, I'll return here before heading home. It's always clean and friendly. read more

We went with the Magic Pedicure which included a hand and arm massage along with a lengthy leg massage for a reasonably priced $50/ person. Tina and Moon were exceptionally nice and professional. We'd of a mani-pedi Ly and Tony are amazing with customers there goal is to keep you satisfied from beginning to end with AMAZING RESULTS their salon looks a bit small and dark from outside but it's a BEAUTIFUL Little well kept clean salon I LOVED my experience and will definitely return when I'm in town 5+ stars read more

We visited Elegant nails while on holiday from Australia. The service was fantastic from the minute we walked in as a group of 3, very friendly, clean and gave me everything I asked for, nails looked immaculate. Even got to sit in the massage chair, no charge while waiting for the other members of my party. Would highly recommend this salon 10/10 read more

Great place for manicure and pedicure I've been coming here for almost 4 years now wouldn't even consider anywhere else and I've tried a few. This establishment is under new management and I've never had as great of quality, service, or kindness at any salon I've ever been to. Every time I come, I'm greeted with smiles, a beverage, and an open chair. I can't brag more about Elegant Nails and the entire team! The place was clean. I love the massage chair while having my deluxe pedi spa. Foot massage was great. I was so used of soaking my nails on acetone to remove my gel polish so I was amazed that they never use any acetone for removal but instead they used an electric nail filer. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended. read more

Elegant Nails is under new ownership! I was there yesterday and loved every minute. All the nail techs are wonderful and do a great job. The place is nice and clean and easy to get to. Amazing!! I am from out of town but desperately needed my nails done and a pedicure before my vacation kicked off.
