Had gnarly shooting pain going up my neck into my head and needed someone who could give me a real "deep tissue" massage and finally got one from "siox " ( I hope I got her name right?) but she was amazeballs! She hit every ache and pain that I had and she worked it wonderfully. Sux I couldn't get another 90 min from her till next Friday! They contacted me and made the previous situation (described below) right. They heard me out and offered a free massage which was the right length of time and was really nice and much more tailored to my needs, thank you!!! I had two massages at elements. They are supposed to do massages tailored to what the client wants so I asked to have mostly my back worked on. I got, at most, twenty minutes on my back then the rest was arms, legs etc. Stuff I hadn't even asked for took up over half of my massage. This happened again the second time. Additionally while my first massage lasted about 50 minutes (I was taken in late), my second one barely lasted 40 minutes! I was taken in over ten minutes late and came out almost ten minutes early. Factor in changing time and that's a very short massage, especially for the price! I told the guy at the front desk and he apologized and said he'd definitely talk to a manager and they would follow up with me cos it wasn't right! That was three weeks ago now and I never got any type of follow up from anyone at elements. Awful customer service! The massage itself was nice but not worth the price especially since it's way less than an hour! Disappointed and won't come back here. read more

I just started going here a few months ago and signed up for the monthly membership. I usually visit Gene. He is amazing! Very very strong hand hands. He takes his time and really takes care of everything you need. The office staff is very nice and welcoming, they always try to accommodate last minute appointments and changes. At first I was worried to make a commitment to monthly membership but its extremely easy to cancel if needed and it's kind of nice to remind you to get in there and get a massage at least once a month instead of waiting until all the stress builds up and then searching for a massage place. read more

Alright first off, as soon as you walk through the door you are treated by the most friendly and engaging front desk staff! They really make sure that you are comfortable and treated the absolute best. Kevin, Sarah and Arianna are so knowledgeable about massage therapy and can honestly answer any question you may have about your first time there! I love this. You for sure don't get that at massage envy ! My massages were freaking phenomenal! I've tried a few of their therapists but Emily and Kathleen were my favorites! Both can give an amazing therapeutic massage without hurting you. Emily does these stretches during the massage that don't feel awkward at all (like sometimes stretching during a massage can feel), and really enhance the massage. That girl know what she's doing! So I've been here a few times now, and I really like this massage place. The atmosphere is very calming and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. I didn't think they were pushy with their membership or anything like that either. They make sure you have water before/after your massage and always make sure that you had a good experience. The massages themselves are very nice. All the masseuses I've had have been very good and you can tell them what you would like them to work on, pressure, etc. I've never felt uncomfortable with any of them. They also have deals for first time guests so I definitely recommend giving this place a try! read more

I would have given the facility 4 stars however, the franchise owner managed to tick me off. When checking my wife in for a 90 minute massage, we were offered a two visit plan. I responded we would wait until after she had her massage. The person behind the desk said OK. After the massage I said we would take the plan. You know kind of like test driving a car. Wanted to make sure we were not getting a lemon. Well, like at a car dealership things changed when it came time to pay. We were told we had to make the purchase decision prior to the massage. I protested and was told the owner had been spoken to and he said no. No problem but he should make sure his staff know the rules. It is his business no matter what I think however, he has lost a client and received a crap review from someone who avoids negative posts. I figure everyone has a bad day. I waited until the next day to post this to give the owner an opportunity to make this right. At least in my mind. He has apparently not changed his mind, so be it. I am glad the owner has the luxury to tick people off over an arbitrary rule. Going somewhere else tomorrow. Dude you just lost a sale, just thought you should know. This is an edit to the above review. I was called this afternoon by the Manager of Elements. The manager to his credit tried to placate me however, I was not in a forgiving mood. He asked for clarification about my complaint above. As I said I wasn't in a forgiving mood. There was no attempt to satisfy me until the review was posted on Yelp. Apparently they read Yelp. Good for them. Let me say the manager was professional as were the therapists. It was the owner that caused this problem. After speaking with the manager and letting him know I stand by what I said, the owner called. By then I had invested enough time in this and refused to speak with her. I don't care what she had to offer. She was trying to help herself on Yelp and I do not believe she really cared what my problem was or this would have been solved earlier. Thank you Yelp. read more

Never done the massage thing before. My chiropractor suggested adding in some deep tissue work along with the work I was doing with him. My man Brian did an amazing job. Super solid work. Came in with a list of all the things my chiropractor wanted me to get done and he got right to it. Left there feeling really good.
