I started with a 60 minute massage plan but it never felt long enough so I upped it to 90 minutes today and that did the trick....it was the perfect length of time for me! The booking policy is terrible. I've been here before, and I booked a second appointment online. I chose a massage therapist and a time. I got a call/voice mail to talk about my preferences- not sure why this is necessary since i've been there before and was asked the same questions- I like to try different therapists and even put a credit card down with my online appointment so I was committed. I didn't answer the call because I was at work. I called back the following evening (the day before my apt) and they had canceled my apt because they couldn't confirm if the massage therapist was a fit? Seriously? There weren't any available appointments left for the day I had chosen so I guess I am now not having a massage? What is the point of having an online booking system/ask for a CC to hold an appointment if I am required to talk to a person during working hours to confirm? read more

All you get is they are sorry they can't schedule you. Sorry we forgot to send you the cancelation forms. Sorry we messed up scheduling. So I rarely ever post, but this definitely requires a review. Site was very clean, and receptionist was professional, but had some major and terrible issues with the massage. It first started with an online appointment, followed by a phone call from the receptionist telling me C. Would be better than A. and I should give C. a chance. I trust the receptionist and agreed to swap masseuse A. for C. Masseuse C. was professional and nice, but the massage itself was one of the worst I had. Everyone has their own preferences for how they want their massage and to each their own, but my own personal experience with elements massage was really bad. 25% of my session I felt was spent on warm compresses as I lie still. 50% of the massage was spent in laying still positions manipulated by the masseuse and of which I had little pressure and the remaining 25% actually felt like rubbing and stroking. And even in that 25% most weren't even in the spots I asked to be focused on! I spent almost an entire hour on a glorified nap instead of having my knots worked on. Elements massage did offer my next massage to be free, but unfortunately due to my schedule, it is going to be so hard to find room, and I felt gypped. Currently now waiting to get in contact with the manager and will update once I do. Hopefully a resolution occurs New update: went from one star to 3 star due to how management resolved my issue Spoke with the manager Felicia , and we were able to come to a resolution. I enjoyed my experience with everyone I interacted with at this location. They were very accommodating, my appointment needed to be rescheduled due to a wildfire nearby forcing the shop to close early. When I came in the next evening, Scott at the front desk was very welcoming. He greeted me by name (my first visit) and informed me that they would like to add a Himalayan hot stone and aromatherapy to my session for the inconvenience of needing to reschedule! The massage was great! My therapist, Ocean, listened to my needs and worked on all my tight spots. I could tell he loved his job, and it showed in his work. I noticed this place driving through the new shopping center the other day wasn't sure if they had opened yet but today I thought let me try and see if they have an appointment. So I walked in and yes thry had an opening for me. Upon walking in i was greeted with a pleasant welcome and felt very comfortable. I got the 60 min full body massage with Silvia. So don't let her little frame fool you she's got great strong hands. She worked through all my problems areas and I could tell she knew what she was doing. Get a call 2 days before the massage saying they need to reschedule due to lack of therapists? I'm sure this place gives a great massage but operationally it seems they are poorly managed. Been having a lot of lower back pain lately. Went in on Sunday and had an hour appointment with Erin. From the minute I walked through the door I was impressed. The girl at the desk was extremely nice. She told me that my masseuse would be out shortly. She was right. Erin came out and brought me into my room where she was worried about if I was ok with the temp and atmosphere. Erin asked if I wanted her to concentrate on my back for the entire hour. I of course said yes. A few times she really applied a lot of pressure to the point I kind of felt awkward. Well, that awkwardness was apparently what I needed. I felt absolutely incredible when I walked out of there. I will be back again and asking for Erin! If you're feeling beat up or beat down, I highly suggest checking this place out. This place was wonderful. I was able to get a good workout in at the gym next door then get a bomb massage. If you want a strong deep massage Martel is where it's at. He was able to find places I didn't even realize were tight. The place is nice and clean and actually offer you a full water bottle afterwards, not some small sippy cup. Quit disappointed. I booked my 90 minute prenatal massage on the mind and body app on a Wednesday for Friday July 13th at 9:00am and was contacted promptly for the appointment confirmation. Everything seemed to be perfect and I was told to arrive 10 minutes early this Friday for the appointment I scheduled, I was thrilled and excited to finally get some relief from the pregnancy pains. Fast forward to Friday ( today ), I walk in all excited after battling traffic to get there. I tell the receptionist my name and she proceeds to tell me she has nothing down for me, she continues to look and then tells me my appointment is actually scheduled for next Friday at 9:00am. I specifically scheduled the appointment for this Friday and apparently there was a mix up and they booked me for next Friday instead. Instead of accommodating the customer I was just told a faint "Sorry but we will see you next Friday". Being 7 months pregnant and getting up and battling traffic to go to what was supposed to be a relaxing massage all to find out it's not happening due to their own error was very disappointing and completely turned me off to ever coming to Elements massage ever again. Within 5 minutes of getting in my car I called and canceled my appointment with them and have found elsewhere to go. read more

I had specific needs in regards to massage therapy for my injury and they matched me to a therapist with the skills and knowledge necessary to accomplish them. I can't say enough good things about Tess, she has provided me with some the best deep tissue work I have ever experienced. She listened to my needs, provided suggestions and explanations of what she was doing and her empathy for me as a client was readily apparent.
