I ate here three nights in a row and every night it was excellent. The service at this restaurant is some of the best I have literally ever had. Ron was my favorite waiter. Everything was absolutely delicious, but my favorite was the shishito peppers and the filet. The views are absolutely beautiful, I would go during sunset if you can. I can't recommend this place enough.

great food, does not have the view you think it would. Fortunately, we were made to sit at the bar while our table was getting ready. We were told that everyone was swamped, nothing was ready, but we arrived to the dining room with more than half the tables empty. I do believe they had open reservations available too. The food took a reasonable time to arrive, tasted great, but we had a view of the room. Could barely see outside! We picked this place for the view. Also -1 star because they went so far as to put chocolate bark on the receipt (0.00) but did not give us any. No note, we had to ask the busboy what was happening with it. He inquired and then told us they were out. Why put it on our receipt if you're out.

Elements came highly recommended by a friend, so of course I spent my last night in Scottsdale here to see what the hype was about! Needless to say, the experience lived up to the hype. I started with the crispy rice and it was delicious. It had the perfect amount of crunch, yet the perfect amount of flavor too. They were also very filling, so I was almost satiated when my entree arrived. Speaking of entrees, let's give a standing ovation for the braised beef. It was unbelievable! Tender, flavorful, savory, and overall PERFECTION!! I have not been this impressed by a dish in a while. The accompanying mashed potatoes were cool, and the green beans were just ok. I also opted for the key lime tart. The filling was a bit sour but still good. The servers were cool, and the ambiance was amazing. I loved the mountain view! It made for a really elevated atmosphere. I can't wait to return to AZ so I can come back here!!!

We spent our New Year's Eve celebrating at Elements! The ambiance was incredible, the service was unbeatable, and the food was to die for!! We couldn't have possibly chosen a better place for the occasion. We rented out a private room and had a waitress exclusive to our party, which was very nice! If you enjoy drinking Moscow Mules, I highly recommend theirs, it was the best I've ever had, by a long shot! Every single item included in the dinner was cooked to perfection. Out of the things we tried, the squash soup and ribeye steak were definitely my favorite.

Went here for a bachelorette lunch. Although not the typical bachelorette vibes, the views were impossible to beat. We started off with the crispy rice for the table and some drinks. I split a salad and a burger with one of my friends which was pretty good. Overall no issues with service.

I'd heard so many great things about this place, so while we were visiting the spa, we figured it'd be the perfect way to end our day and I'm glad we checked it out. The location is gorgeous, and the views? Absolutely killer. The hostess was super sweet and gave us a quick tour since it was our first time. She pointed out a few of he guy r favorite spots, and we ended up sitting outside by the pool. Best seat in the house, hands down. We started with the spicy tuna roll and the burrata. The tuna roll was decent. Nothing wrong with it, but also nothing special. Just kind of standard. Same with the burrata. It was fine, but I've had better elsewhere. I'd probably skip both next time. For the main, we split the chicken entrée and added a side of Brussels sprouts. The presentation was beautiful, and even though we shared the dish, the portions were solid. Out of the two, the Brussels sprouts were the standout. The chicken was cooked well, but overall the dish just didn't wow me. I was hoping for something a little more elevated, especially given the setting. Dessert was the star, beautiful presentation and incredible lemon flavor. It felt elevated and totally worth it. All in all, I loved the vibe of the place. The staff was friendly and attentive. Food-wise, it was hit or miss for me, but if it's on your list, I'd still say go for it, at the very least, go for the views.

Love the location of this restaurant that you are able to see the beautiful view of the valley. We come at a time that just right after sunset, amazing colors seem like a majestic painted art. Service was OK was really nice knowing all the specials and server explain it each dishes, spray thoroughly. We could have more water throughout the dinner. The Tomohawk Steak is enough for 3 to 4 people to share. We love the taste and portion of it. Salmon and halibut were OK, they were a bit dry, but I love the sauce that goes with the dishes. Highly recommend the cookie and cream cheese cheesecake, layers of cream, chocolate, cheesecake, and chocolate Oreo like base makes a beautiful dessert

Irate "manager" standing in the middle of the street harassing a patron waiting for family to finish their meal.

We will never go back to this place ever. If I could give them a zero or negative rating, I would. Valet RUNS THIS PLACE and if you try to park here, they'll make you park down at the bottom of the hill and walk back up in the heat. Make sure you're not "rude" or they'll throw you off the property!!!!! "Manager" says they were "at capacity". Really? the parking lot was not even half full? Hey Sanctuary, not everyone likes their car beat up and riffled through by valet who here literally park cars 50 feet away! Mother-in-law's 90th birthday RUINED! "Manager" couldn't give it a rest and went for vengeance forcing me to get up from an ongoing meal at a table of ten to throw me out over PARKING even after I asked to just get a valet ticket (they refused), moved my car to the lower parking lot, walked back up the hill, ordered food, and was drinking my coffee! I've never been treated so badly at any establishment. Manager was well aware there was a multi-generational family gathering and a birthday, with balloons and all. "Manager" refused to stop and even decided to come out and harass me sitting in my car ON THE STREET!!! Whoever is writing responses to reviews is misinformed as there was NO "profanity"-based decision to remove a customer, only a discussion the "manager" solely decided and repeatedly claimed was "rude"! In one of pictures, yeah, that's the "manager" standing in the middle of the street continuing to harass me in my car parked ACROSS THE STREET waiting for my family to finish their meal without me!!

The ambiance here is nice. We sat in the main area where everyone walks through but it didn't feel like there was too much traffic. The view while dining is also beautiful when the sun is setting. My husband and I celebrated our 3rd anniversary here and we also stayed at The Sanctuary Resort during the weekend. (A separate review for the resort will be posted) we ordered the Halibut and Braised Beef as our entrees and my husband ordered the mushrooms as a side. The halibut tasted AMAZING! It was buttery and slightly creamy. The crust was slightly crispy but the halibut was still very soft. The braised beef was also good. I had to add salt and pepper for it to be to my liking and once added it was really good! I would order the halibut for myself next time though. The wait time for our food on a Saturday night around 7:30pm was a bit long (an hour) but the staff was very attentive during this time. Due to it being our anniversary we received a complimentary dessert and since we displayed such patience during our wait, two additional complimentary desserts were provided. Our experience was great and we highly recommend Elements for date night, anniversary's, and any other special occasions!!

Treated like royalty. Fed like royalty. Left feeling like royalty. Wow. Elements truly went above and beyond to make sure my friend and I were taken care of to the utmost. Our waiter was insanely friendly, thoughtful and FAST! Usually you'd think waiting for entrees at a fancier establishment such as Elements would take "hours" but the efficiency in the kitchen is something to talk about because we truly didn't have to wait long before our food started arriving. The sashimi was OUT OF THIS WORLD fresh and phenomenal. I highly recommend you come Thursday - Sunday evening to sample some of their offerings on the sushi menu. However if you can't make it one of those evenings, the rest of the menu has a large selection of mouth watering entrees to pick from so you won't be disappointed. I got the halibut and the salmon, but great!! I have zero complaints and I will absolutely make my way back to Elements in the near future.

We came here for thanksgiving dinner and had a great time. Our waiter Billy was great. Excellent recommendations and great service. Was a tad cold in the restaurant but we soldiered thru. We all select a different appetizers, entrées, and desserts. All were very good, and pretended very well. The wine pairs were very nice, and I would recommend it. It wasn't that pricey, but we all enjoyed it.

My friend and I attended the PlumpJack Estate Winery Wine Dinner at Elements and absolutely loved the entire event. The service, food, wines and host from PlumpJack Winery were all excellent. Upon arrival, you were checked in and assigned a table with open family style seating. My only comment to this was I wished they would of just assigned seats. It was difficult to find seats together because groups had already commandeer spots. Some groups were broken up because of seats already saved. The evening started with a Tray Passed Reception from 5:45-6:15 of 4 different horderves and glasses of Rose champagne. Dinner started promptly at 6:15 with an introduction from the host of PlumpJack Winery. The menu consisted of 5 courses. First dish were Oysters. Second dish was a Fish Carpaccio. Third dish was Duck. Forth dish was a Beef Tenderloin and ending the courses with a Chocolate Fig Tart. All the dishes were paired with a nice pour of PlumpJack Wines. All the servers were very professional in delivering dishes and taking away dishes and glasses. The dishes were all amazing in flavor and presentation. I would love if Elements did more of these wine pairing dinner events. We would definitely do this again. Atmosphere: Wine dinner was done in a private room, beautifully set up. Service: excellent. Food and Wine: excellent.

It is beautiful, spacious, and has two floors! The setting is clearly above your usual brunch spots and the booths offer a more intimate experience. My party and I were privileged to sit in direct view of the open kitchen. We got to see and hear the kitchen staff working together and communicating smoothly. We even heard the "hands" announcements like you see on The Bear TV show! I believe the food here was on par with the West Hollywood location, so points for consistency. Unfortunately, I have the same qualms for flavor for their dishes. I tried the short rib pot stickers, the tortilla soup, and the Bolognese pasta. I would say that the flavors were not especially strong for each dish. I think they each needed a pinch of extra seasoning to really make their flavors pop! Moreover, I tried my girlfriend's Rigatoni Alla Vodka and the cheese had no taste! Nevertheless, the dishes were beautiful. Lastly, I had a bit of an issue with our service. Our server passed by our table multiple times as we tried to flag her down to ask for the check. I think she could have been more attentive especially in the context of this higher-end brunch spot. With all of these factors combined, it's an overall 4/5 for me.

Minutes later, the manager, Hannah, walked over and decided our entire group was "too intoxicated" to be served. Not a single person in our group was causing a scene, being disrespectful, or acting out of control. We were sitting at our table, ordering dinner. What makes this even more ridiculous is that after taking our drink order, Hannah personally brought out three green tea drinks in champagne glasses. Then, almost immediately afterward, she decided we were somehow too intoxicated to stay. Which is it? If we were supposedly too drunk to be there, why were drinks being served in the first place? We had already ordered what would have been around a $700 meal, and instead of being treated with basic respect, we were stereotyped because we were a bachelorette party. It felt like Hannah had already made up her mind before giving us any chance to prove otherwise. Restaurants absolutely have the right to refuse service to genuinely intoxicated guests. What they should not do is make assumptions based on the type of celebration or the size of a group. This wasn't responsible service--it was poor judgment, inconsistent management, and an incredibly embarrassing way to treat paying customers. We'll happily spend our money somewhere that values its guests instead of profiling them. !!! DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!!! We ended up at ZUZUs, they treated us with respect and dignity. Our bartender, Andrew, had 26 years of bartending experience and gave us a great overview of the standard process for making drinks. He was very friendly, engaging, and thorough. We made the Orange Grove cocktail, which pays homage to the fact that this hotel was built on an orange grove. It actually also used to be a private residence back in the day. For you history buffs, there is a history tour that you can also take through the hotel. We learned that a bit of Angostura bitters mixed with soda is a helpful hangover cure and that their most expensive liquor on property is Louis XIII Cognac, which costs about $4,000 per bottle and $500 for a one-ounce pour. The bottle itself is apparently worth $500 when empty as it's made out of crystal. We ordered a side of fries and wings on happy hour, which is daily from 4-6pm. The fries tasted like Arby's fries but weren't curly. It took a while for them to be made for some reason. The wings were big and soft, and I wasn't a fan of the honey buffalo sauce. The bar itself is a vibe with dim lighting and comfortable seating. It was fairly quiet when we went on a Sunday afternoon, with only a few hotel guests that came. The mixology class was an intimate experience, with only four of us there and a maximum of six people allowed to book each week's class. $50 per person is what we paid since we weren't staying at the hotel, which I thought was very pricey for a mixology class with only one cocktail being made; that's my primary reason for the lower rating plus the food quality. We also ordered during happy hour and were charged full price. After bringing it to their attention, they only discounted the wings but the draft beer and specialty cocktail we ordered should have also been discounted. Just a bit frustrating to have to address that when happy hour prices are clearly listed on the menu.

If you heard the name Society Swan and you thought of Truman Capote, you're on to something. This…read moreFrench restaurant and bar is inspired by the famous author's interactions with high society (it's even a TV show). If you haven't read any books by Capote, check out Crime and Punishment. It's an all-time classic and one of my favorite books. I digress. I stopped by Society Swan for a nightcap after having dinner at Teleferica Barcelona. I parked in the complimentary lot at the mall. Ambiance (5/5): This is part of where Society Swan shines. It's a beautiful restaurant. With speakeasy vibes (although it's not a speakeasy). The bar area is essentially in its own room which is where I sat. If you're dining in, there's a spacious dining area (along with a mini bar). Think deep wood and sophistication. Service (4/5): While they weren't too busy, service was solid. I was greeted promptly and presented with a menu. The bartender checked back in after a reasonable time to take my order. I had to grab his attention to close out. Food (N/A): I had dinner prior so only a cocktail for me on this visit. With that being said, I love French food so I'd definitely love to return to check out the fare. I'm generally a fan of Fox Restaurant Concepts and their flock of restaurants (did you see what I did there?!), so I imagine the food is quite good. Drinks (4/5): Society Swan has an interesting cocktail list, with a good portion of it being martinis. The speakeasy vibes hit here too as you see creativity and sophistication with the cocktails. They're a bit pricey, but overall, my cocktail was good. It's tough for me to say no to drinks with Japanese elements like yuzu. Society Swan is located in the same vicinity as Teleferica Barcelona, Catch, and Din Tai Fung. Quite the corner of restaurants! Looking forward to trying the food next time around.

This restaurant is located in old town - it is a quaint cottage-style home surrounded by greenery creating a peaceful oasis in the city. We chose to sit outside as it was a beautiful evening. We ordered a glass of wine and were served complemintary homemade bread (an amuse bouche). Next, we ordered an appetizer - their whipped feta with chili infused olives & focaccia bread - outstanding! They had a special menu for restaurant week, which I ordered the seared duck breast; my wife went with the regular menu and chose the seared salmon. Both dishes were artistically crafted, and well-executed. For dessert, we had the toasted hazelnut torte, and the chocolate torte w/Ube Gelato, a perfect way to end an excellent dining experience. A big shout out to Tommy as he delivered a phenomenal performance as our server! I would highly recommend a visit to "The House" for any occasion.

The atmosphere felt warm, intimate, and perfect for a special occasion. For dinner, I ordered the scallops and they were cooked perfectly. So flavorful and tender. My sister got the California Sol, which she loved just as much. We shared the crab cakes to start, and they were absolutely delicious. Crispy on the outside, packed with flavor inside. I had a mocktail that was refreshing and thoughtfully made, while my sister enjoyed one of their cocktails. And to top it all off, they surprised us with a complimentary dessert for her birthday, which was such a sweet and memorable touch. The service, the food, the ambiance...everything was five-star. Highly recommend for any special occasion or just a really elevated dining experience.
