It's a friend's birthday and they want to go somewhere very nice in the Valley, a dinner that they'll remember. Enter: Orange Sky. Book reservations early, because I booked our reservation three weeks in advance and was not able to get a sunset seating time. We got there shortly after sunset, but looking out onto the Vallt and seeing all the lights was still beautiful. Our server was attentive, engaging, and funny. We asked for recommendations, and she felt comfortable enough to give her honest opinions, which I truly appreciate it. My Boulevardier cocktail was probably one of the strongest I've ever had, so I only needed one to last through dinner. Thank you I want to try a different kind of red meat, and the fact that elk was an option really excited me. I ordered it, medium rare, and was so happy that I did! If you're looking for a red meat alternative that's lean yet filling, definitely try elk. I was so happy to have a Caesar with egg, as I add egg to mine when I make them at home. And they even had anchovies (upon request)! The creamed spinach was a little too "organic" tasting for me: the spinach wasn't cooked down enough and the cream sauce lacked flavor. Overall, a very enjoyable dinner for those "special occasions".

Yes! Yes! Yes! Don't think about it, just go. We went for my Hubs bday yesterday and was impressed from the moment I stepped off the elevator. The views were nothing short of amazing. Breathtaking, honestly. They sat us in a table facing the window so that we were able to enjoy the sunset, and OMG was it beautiful. I had the seabass and thoroughly enjoyed every bite. We shared a side of asparagus and hubs had the steak. He told me it was the best steak he'd ever had in his life. I can't remember the name of server but she took great care of us. After dinner we sat on the patio and enjoyed the Rick Springfield concert. Great times!

The sunset view is an amazing backdrop. You can go outside on the patio for expansive views. Our drinks didn't arrive in a timely fashion but were very unique and quite tasty. It took a long time for our server to take our order. She did ask about food allergies and consulted her notes while telling us which items to avoid. My husband wanted to order Ostrich and just as he was about to order, another server walked by and told our server that there was no more ostrich! Had our server not taken so long to get our order he could have had it. We both had salmon and while not a unique dish, it was prepared excellently. The mushroom and Brussels sprouts sides were also good but a little heavy on the oil . Our desert was comped (anniversary celebration) and brought to the table in an unexpected and delightful way. The manager comped our drinks to make up for dinner which was appreciated .

My friend and I dined at Orange Sky for our annual holiday dinner. We made reservations for 5:30 so we could enjoy the sunset and oh what a view! We were seated on a "couch" in a private alcove, facing the sunset. It was absolutely perfect! We ordered dirty martinis with blue cheese olives and shared the Crab and Avocado Stack and the Meatballs. We also shared the Shrimp Pasta. Everything was amazing!! Our server was fabulous as well! She was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend, especially for a romantic night out!

This meal was a surprising treat. I didn't plan to eat here and didn't even know this place existed. We were doing a single night staycation as locals and I actually intended to go to Tash but I wanted to grab a Rez. Orange Sky had tables open so I booked there after reading about the nice sunset view. From start to finish we enjoyed our meal. The server Lindsey was perfect. Ambiance was nice and relaxing. And food was very good. The flat iron steak is such an underrated cut of meat. It had some of the most flavor I've tasted in a cut of meat. And oysters were fantastic as well. Our sides delicious as well. All in all, I would come back here to try other menu items. The view at sunset alone is worth coming here if you're also a sunset lover.

A special dessert for a special occasion

A meal to remember! I was extremely pleased with the quality and the portions of the food. While many fine dining destinations will serve you a tiny slice of over priced steak and call it luxury, Orange Sky blew my expectations out of the water! I ordered the Ostrich with the fried brussels sprouts. While some may not find these offerings to be the most appealing, I am here to tell you to try them... they will speak for themselves. My complements to the chef! My date and I were given a private booth with a phenomenal sunset view that simply cannot be understated. The sunshade was set on an auto timer so the harsh sun was blocked until just before it was ready to set behind the mountains. The host staff were very diligent, but not in the least bit disruptive. This is an outstanding location to bring a date. Top marks!

I had the pleasure of eating at Orange Sky for my friend's birthday and it was a fabulous experience! For the price we paid, it was honestly worth every penny. We started off with a round of drinks and the cheese board and I thought the charcuterie selection was great. I loved my espresso martini as well. I ordered a steak, and we got the carrots and brussels sprouts to share. The brussels sprouts were a hit with the whole table! They were cooked perfectly, not soggy at all, and seasoned to perfection. The carrots were also fantastic, and not too sweet. My steak was cooked exactly the way I liked it and the sauce option I got paired amazingly. The service here was great, and we were really taken care of here. The view from our table was hard to beat-- definitely a highlight of the entire dinner. You can see so much of the Valley from the restaurant! If I have something big to celebrate, I would definitely consider coming back here. It's convenient that it's at the casino as well!

Going to this restaurant was a true experience! The atmosphere felt elegant and classy. They had live music which I am a sucker for, so I enjoyed getting to start off the night with some tunes. The food left me WOWED, if you're feeling iffy about getting the ostrich GET IT PLEASE I BEG YOU. It's easily one of the best cuts of meat I've ever had. I was in the mood to try something exotic and do not regret it one bit. This place is great for an upscale date night because it's a great wine and dine experience. Everything we had was delicious from the drinks to the dessert! Service of course was top tier and our server, Anthony was on top of it throughout our whole time there!

Orange Sky has amazing views and excellent service--our waiter Mars made the night memorable. The 50-day dry-aged steak was outstanding, the sea bass and halibut were perfectly cooked, and the Old Fashioned in a smoke cage was a fun touch. Desserts like the blueberry bundt cake and vanilla flan were also delicious. The only disappointment was the $220 Orange Sky Coastal Market (seafood tower)--the oysters and scallops weren't fresh, and the presentation was sloppy. Overall, great ambiance and food--just avoid the seafood tower at all cost, no pun intended.

This visit was amazing! So happy to return to celebrate with our niece. She wanted to experience her first fine dining experience. Our favorite server Bibiana was phenomenal as always. Felipe was such a joy to have and help us celebrate. The seating was perfect, everything was so delicious. The night was so special and being here was 10x better. Highly recommend the desserts & the chef special! Huge shoutout to the Chefs: The Amazing Chef Martin, Sous Chef Daniel, and Chef Maria for being so amazing to us during our celebration. We're happy to have had your care and delicious hospitality! Can't wait to come back.

Is booking a patio table a good option to see fairmont fireworks display in July ? Like at 8 pm and stay longer or 830 reservation?

If you can get a reso good luck and yes you should be able to see it and other areas of the city.

How can we pay..is it just credit card and cash ? No digital?

Card or cash. The check came in a traditional leather portfolio at the end of the meal.

    Large party friendly?

Yes. It's really spacious inside and has a giant patio outside which would be great for a large party with nice weather.…

How much are the private booths?

    $200

    What is the dress?

It's in a casino so I noticed that people were dressed anywhere from jeans casual to formal dress.

Is this place good for a birthday dinner with 5 mature young ladies?

Amazing place. First rate food, service and atmosphere. Get your wallet out, and expect to pay for what you get. It's my favorite fine dining in the valley.

Do people bring their small children here? I ask because my last few pricey dinners at other fine dining restaurants have been interrupted by screaming children, so hoping this is not a child friendly restaurant. Thank you!

As a parent who does have kids who tend to scream in a restaurant. This restaurant is definitely not kid friendly I would never even think twice to bring my kids here. It's very romantic it's a perfect date night steak house.

Can you order food at the bar?

Yes, it's our favorite place to enjoy a date night dinner.

Can I bring my own bottle of wine for a corkage fee?

Are there any meals here that are $30-50? For one person?

I would say possibly 50 for a plate but I would call . They are definitely on the more pricey side so don't quote me . I would say that probably wouldn't include drinks and gratuity. I know the menu doesn't even show prices online those types of…

Can u drink at the bar without reservation?

Yes, no problem. There is an actual bar and a few tables in the bar area.

Will they make a vegan meal if one guest in the party has dietary restrictions?

    YES

Some in the group ordered pan roasts and some ordered crawfish etouffee. My friend also ordered clams. I always get the combo pan roast here. It's a mix of crawfish, shrimp and crab. Choose your spice level from 1-10. I forgot to specify a number and just said "hot" but it was not spicy enough for me. I normally get 7-8. I ended up adding in all the hot sauce options that were on the table plus some chili powder. Now that had a good kick to it. Ask for that! Price for the combo pan roast has doubled from before! It used to be $20, then it slowly increased to $30, and now it's $40! It's good, but I can also make it at home and get more for my money.

This place feels like someone at the casino ran out of ideas--and space--and decided, "Sure, let's…read morecram a seafood restaurant into this random corner and call it a day." The result is a space so small and awkward it borders on absurd: a few tightly packed tables, a tiny circular bar, and just enough room to guarantee a wait time that feels wildly out of proportion to what's actually being offered. It's wedged at the end of a hallway off the casino floor, with all the ambiance of a service passage. Calling it a restaurant is generous; it's more like a seafood-themed afterthought. Honestly, it would make far more sense as a grab-and-go sandwich counter or coffee stand. As it is, it comes across as the fast-food version of seafood--minus the speed, convenience, or value. I was there with my 21-year-old daughter and we sat at the bar, which turned out to be a mistake. Instead of even the bare minimum of professionalism, the staff treated the space like their personal break room. We were subjected to loud singing, nonstop chatter, and unfiltered complaints about coworkers and management--all happening just a couple of feet away while we were trying to eat. It wasn't just distracting; it was genuinely uncomfortable. There's something uniquely off-putting about paying for a meal while being forced to listen to an impromptu staff gripe session. With so many legitimately good restaurants nearby, there's absolutely no reason to waste time--or money--here. It's the kind of place that makes you immediately regret not going literally anywhere else. I would have happily waited to dine at Orange Sky, where the setting and service actually match expectations. In hindsight, skipping this entirely wouldn't have just been the better option--it would have been the obvious one.

I'm not talking about some tiny little neighborhood place where they have to squeeze every table into every corner. Yet somehow, they sat the four of us right next to the server computer station, where the staff is constantly coming and going, punching in checks, picking things up, walking back and forth -- the whole time you're trying to eat dinner. And to make it worse, that table is close to the front door. This is Arizona. Every time that door opens, you get a blast of heat. I can only imagine in colder weather you'd get the opposite problem. I've been around restaurants a long time, and some tables just shouldn't be tables. That's one of them. I understand nobody wants to give up a four-top, but in a restaurant that size, come on. Move the table or get rid of it. The guest experience should be worth more than squeezing in four extra seats. The food absolutely deserves a return visit. Just do yourself a favor if they try to seat you by that computer station near the front door, ask for another table.

Our party arrived right on time for our reservation, but we were not seated until 15 min later because our table was not ready. It took about an additional 15 min to get tap water for the table (there was not enough provided anyways), and to place our orders too another ~20 min. The food did not arrive until 30 min later. For context, we eventually learned that the restaurant was short staffed and the bartender was also operating as our waiter. When the food finally arrived, there was a mix-up on what was delivered. We had checked with the staff who delivered one of the dishes: we ordered the "wild mushroom" side, but what we received did not look quite like it. We asked clarifying questions x2, but were assured, "no, it is the wild mushroom." Turned out, it was the mushroom empanada that was delivered to our table, which we originally did not order. The management did rectify the situation upon the conclusion of the event when we were paying the bill, but to us, it felt a bit accusatory as if we intentionally wanted to cause a huge fuss about the final total, which was absolutely not the case. The food in general was delicious. If this was a more standard dining experience, it would have been 4-5 stars just for the food. The service was very subpar, and really colored the entire experience negatively, therefore the two star review. I understand that staffing shortages happen -- fine. My family has worked in food service as wait staff for 25+ YEARS, so I am empathetic. But for management to ring up our bill and then come confront us in an inflammatory manner, making us feel like we were wrong, on an occasion to celebrate something special, was extremely disappointing.
