Checked out this place- promoting sourdough slices in a modern, upbeat pizza place with many options to choose from. Elements is new to the pizza game and exists in an area with a lot of good food options. Order at the counter and food is brought to you, there are about 4 booths and several tables. The sourdough crust is excellent. There are a rotating variety of slices to choose from. For this visit we sampled: Classic- decent cheese to sauce ratio, light texture and crunch crust. A bit oily. Margarita- stand out slice. Flavorful cheese and nice compliments of marinara clusters Garlic knots were flavorful! All in all a great experience- would return to try more slices

First time here. Classic cheese slice was exactly what it should be. Pesto-Roni slice was special- perfect burnt edges Sicilian crust, sweet/salty pesto and slightly bitter and crunchy broccoli rabe. I had an ice-cold Narragansett and they gave me a free sample of garlic-rosemary bread. Such a nice experience I highly recommend it.

I've been to Elements twice. The first time was for Valentine's Day for a pizza making class. The overall experience was great, I definitely recommend as they gave you the restaurant's history and you get a tour of the kitchen. The pizza is very light but filling. They provide you table service which is a nice touch. Looking forward to trying the other pizza flavors and dishes.

    12 inch Margherita Pizza

I am a lifelong resident of Jackson Heights and been searching for a great pizzeria for years and finally found one! I've had the plain pie, the pepperoni, the detroit red top and today the margherita. I think the margherita is my new favorite. I bought the 12 inch pie and ate half by myself. I've been raving to my friends about it. As long as they are here, I will be a customer.

Update ! I went back and it was so much better than my first time ! The sourdough pizza , the base sauce everything tasted really good and tasted like a classic New York pizza slice. Service was super friendly and bright warm ambience!

    Plain NY CLASSIC CHEESE SLICE

I am excited to have a great pizzeria in the neighborhood with good pizza, tap beer, and a cool vibe. For my first visit, I decided to try a classic plain slice, a kale Caesar salad, and a Diet Coke. The pizza was a great classic New York style, thin crust slice. The slice was served hot with a great crisp crust and gooey cheese. The Kale Caeser salad was freshly made with baby kale. I don't typically care for tomatoes in my Ceasar salad, but the roasted tomatoes in this dish were a nice addition. The croutons seemed to be homemade, but unfortunately, they were a little soggy, and the salad was slightly overdressed for my liking. If I order the salad again I would get the dressing on the side. The staff were friendly, and the interior was bright and clean. I'll be back for sure.

Exceptional. I've had their pizza twice and have concluded that this is not just the best pizza in Jackson Heights (by a mile) but really only has Philomenas (in Sunnyside) as a competitor to best pizza in all of Queens. The product is exceptional, with sourdough pizza, great quality cheese and sauce, and the perfect finish of shaved parmesan right before they hand it to you. The only thing that could make it better would be a basil leaf. Elements is fairly new and I am over the moon happy to have them here in Jackson Heights. There's no lack of pizza in JH, but this is next level. The other places are half a step up from fast food pizza. Here's a few other nice touches: inside the place is well lit, very clean, and they've got beer on tap. Outside you'll find a pretty dope mural. I love the mural since it helps folks find the place easily, isn't an eye-sore, but still gives you that instagram'able opportunity. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and get here and eat.

Best neighborhood pizza we've had in Jackson Heights. Solid regular slices (and they kindly cut it for the kids), but also great options for me with nightshade sensitivity-- the kale Caesar salad was fresh and yummy (just opted for no tomatoes), and the "fun guy" white slice with mushrooms, ricotta, and lemon was satisfying and had great flavor. My only complaint is that the garlic knots could be 10x more garlicky for me personally, I prefer them absolutely drenched, no vampires (or humans) coming near me for days. But no stars deducted because this place gets major points for being exceptionally CLEAN and tidy, with some cute low counter seating in the back that was perfect to share with the kids. And their dough being sourdough based was really excellent, it added nice depth to the pizza slices without being noticeably different, and it impacted flavor of the knots but in a positive way (just give me moreee garlic next time!) Staff was friendly, right off the Q63/66. Next time we have to try the meatballs which are advertised as freshly ground housemade.

Elements and Parva just keep getting better and better. This is my go to pizza spot now. The subs and pizza are delicious. The staff is so friendly. We got to try free jalapeño cheesy bread that was out of this word.

Ate here today for lunch on a nice Tuesday afternoon before working seasonally at the US Open. I had ordered and brought a slice of the margarita pizza that it tasted really good and delicious. The service there was also attentive, pleasant and friendly. I couldn't agree more! Finally, I would definitely eat and come back again next time! :D

Really good pizza with a rather pronounced corniche. They sell growlers of beer and lots of toppings including veggies. Nice touch with the sourdough. Service with a smile and the Triumph over the bathroom is interesting.

While that may rank as a relatively mid-tier title by NYC standards, as the neighborhood restaurant average is sadly and shockingly low, especially considering its location in the literally center Queens, this is nonetheless a very special neighborhood treasure, befitting it's stalwart status at now over 30 years of age. Classic Italian American with some New American flourishes, the place stays consistent and honors its tradition while simultaneously managing to keep things fresh and staying up with the times. The pizzas are well-executed and make great use of the gorgeous wood burning oven, but for me it's almost impossible to order anything else but my go-to order, one of the house specialties the classic Cavatelli with broccoli raab and some particularly pungent hot Italian sausage. A modern day classic in the cannon, finding decent versions around the city is tougher than one might imagine, particularly in my experiences in this borough. The version here, served like the rest of the offerings in an extremely generous portion that usually yields some delicious leftovers to take home, is a strong contender for the best in the borough title. Also of particular note is the exemplary super-thin and savory chicken parm, served in the previous era in various forms including with spaghetti and broccoli, as well as with risotto, currently served smothered with a spicy vodka sauce and paired with rigatoni. I've only recently became aquatinted with the rich and unctuous dry-aged burger, served simply and unadorned save for American and sharp raw union, on a classic and proper sesame seed bun, it's a stealth under-the radar competitor for the best burger in the hood nod with previous title-holder Dirty-Pierres. The expansive, two-room space, an ideal setting for the many private events and family gatherings that regularly occur here is aptly bright and inviting with the aforementioned pizza oven serving as its centerpiece. I generally sit at the bar which offers ample opportunity to converse with the top-notch staff, just as genial and affable as you would hope to find in such a longtime neighborhood institution, as well as the fellow patrons, who are, more often then not, you guessed it, longtime local resident regulars.

Food wise, how can you go wrong with great ingredients and good classic cooking? I was eating kosher for passover this time. I had the Branzino al forno. A whole grilled fish with potatoes and salad. It was incredible. Perfectly charred, meaty and delicious. The fish was so flavorful. The salad with the lemon on it was the perfect accompaniment. Will definitely get this again. Both items came out together like we asked and was far too much food for two. My first bite of the pizza was hot, crunchy, and delicious. I love fresh oven pizzas with a crispy bottom crust. The chefs did an amazing job cooking it just right. I also loved the fresh mozzarella cheese and fresh basil. It really elevated the pizza to another level. The crust was great all around with a slight oven char. Lastly the calzone took me by surprise as it had no sauce and was filled with ricotta cheese as opposed to mozzarella. It came with a small cup of hot marinara sauce for dipping/pouring. It was definitely an interesting calzone but don't think it was worth the price. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and Nick's and would highly recommend it. I do wish the pricing was a bit more fair when it came to full vs half pie toppings as well as the calzone.

My friend has a newborn and we were trying to find restaurants in the area that would be stroller-friendly (which actually isn't an easy task, to my surprise) and finally landed on Nick's because we had gone there together when it reopened. And it always seems very family and kid-friendly. We definitely went to the right place. I'm not a parent and I've never pushed a stroller without some bumps here and there, and I was so worried about helping get the stroller through the 2 doors. One of his staff saw us from the inside and immediately came out to help as soon as we reached for the door. Nick's paternal instincts definitely came into full effect because he looked out for us and wanted to give us the best seats so that we can have the stroller beside us. The pizza is excellent and I absolutely would come here over again and again, but the warm service from Nick himself and his staff is what truly makes this place so special in the community for so long. I didn't get a chance to come here during those formative years before the fire but when the restaurant finally reopened last year, it was incredibly sad to hear Nick explain how the fire and rebuilding devastated him and the business for over 2 years.
