The drive there was windy from Groveland. They have restrooms, but it's really tight spaces. Staff were friendly. Our tour guide was funny and informative. I don't remember his name. Lol this was back in November. The staircase was crazy!!! My legs were sore for 4 days afterwards!! Omg! Lol It was definitely a fantastic adventure to visit the cavern and to walk that down deep underground. Pricing was okay. I think it was like 20 or 30something per person. They took a group photo of us, which I ended up buying. Lol They also have a small gift shop when you exit with memorabilia and little Knick-knacks. If you happened to be near the area, I would say it's a great place to visit! Probably better for adults or teens. It's harder for little kids or elderly people because of the stairs. We saw a mom carry her child. Such a strong mommy! Kudos!

She provided the tables, chairs, curtains, most of the decorations, and did the floral pieces as well. She coordinated with our vendors and helped make the ceremony and luncheon one that my parents and their guests will remember forever. In addition to all the setup and coordination, she suggested a photo booth that would print out photos right there that all our guests enjoyed. Located in the quaint heart of Twain Harte, you'll find families, teens, and adults out in dates putting their way through this classic course, smiling ear to ear. During our stay we played twice. The course is on the easier side, but still a lot of fun. As someone who doesn't golf regularly, I enjoyed being able to park or better on most holes and found that added to the experience a lot, especially playing the game with children because it was easier to show and teach them. My 5 year old had a blast and proclaimed he was a pro after two holes. The obstacles are old school and largely analog, which adds to the vibe. The course is nestled in some trees and the grounds are really well kept, which is very impressive considering this course has been around for 70 years, and everyone is respectful, and the staff is super friendly. Highly recommend!
