However, she offered the hydrofacial pending approval from her manager. I went along with that service and paid $99.00 which in reality, I paid $100 not receiving my change. In addition, I paid $300 in advance to secure the pricing for Hifu treatment pending approval from management. Before, I left she stated she would contact me by the end of the day, that didn't happen. Instead, I had to reach out the next day 03/20 to inquire and, I was once again met with she's still waiting on management. Once days had gone by and there's been no update, I reached out by email twice as well as called numerous of times and left voicemails with no response. Therefore this set the tone that they're trying to keep my money and not refund me. I am exercising all resources before filing a claim in civil court. I believe this was done because, I am a black woman and they may think that, I will accept this unprofessional decision and won't do anything legally boy are they wrong.
