I would leave 0 stars if possible. The only thing that this establishment was able to elevate was my blood pressure. Our evening began as we arrived for our reservation at 6:15PM. We were greeted by a very nice host who was not wearing a mask. While this was a minor non-conformance that did not personally bother me; it proved to be a sign of problems to come. We were seated 15 minutes late which is understandable given the "new normal" situation we are in, but things went steeply downhill from there. We ordered appetizers and drinks immediately after being seated and did not receive them for close to 45 minutes. On top of that, two of the appetizers that we had ordered a long with the sliders we ordered for our som were missing. After complaining to three separate servers we finally received the missing items some 45 minutes later. Between all of this we had placed our orders for entrees after receiving the first appetizers at around 7:15PM. After a myriad of complaints we chose to pay for our drinks and walk away at 8:30PM as we still had not received our entrees during our 2 hour "elevation". As we walked out upset the owner of the restaurant finally looked up from his laptop to acknowledge the problem. He was clueless and unapologetic to the situation which was not only affecting us but other patrons of the business. I feel sorry for the employees that work here as it was clear they were all doing their best, but simply had no process and no leader to follow. The band was fantastic and the property beautiful. It will be a matter of time before the business goes under, my only hope is that the next owner will do justice to the property and explore its full potential. We only had appetizers and drinks here. The food was good wasn't amazing...one bottle of Racer 5 IPA $9.00. Small pitcher of margaritas(serves about 5 small whiskey glasses (again ok not amazing) $38.00. Total bill for two buckets and 8 appetizers $240.00!!! We have a couple of hangers at Livermore Airport and are there EVERYDAY! We were really excited to have an alternative to BeBes but honestly at their prices, we will just head to Bebes or downtown. What a great spot tucked away right next to the Livermore Airport. This was my 2nd time here and again, I wasn't disappointed. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The first time was back in June with a large group of my Sorority Sisters for a EOY gathering. We came in a Friday and we're able to enjoy the live music. I ordered the Brick Chicken Salad and it was delicious! My second time, I came with a smaller group and we all ordered drinks and dinner. I happened to order to crab cakes and asked if I could have a side salad. Usually a side salad is is pretty simplistic sometimes will have some extra toppings. When my berry Salad came out I was delighted!!! (Now had I known it would have had berries on it, I would have chosen a different dressing, but it still worked out and was delicious!!) both my salad and crab cakes were delicious. We wanted to hold my brother's Celebration of Life at Elevation LVK because he flew out of this airport nearly every Saturday for 20 years and we thought it would be great to have his airplanes on the tarmac for visitors to see. I visited the restaurant on several occasions prior to our event to check out the menu and visit with Karam Gill to discuss particulars. On every occasion the food was great and the service very good, but our event was spectacular! Our event took place in Oct 2021, so in the midst of Covid. We did not want a buffet and we had too many people for a sit-down lunch, so we opted for heavy appetizers served at intervals. It was not something either I nor Karam had ever done but it worked extremely well, and we had a fabulous event!! Karam handled things personally on that day and adjusted as needed. Everything promised was delivered and everyone felt that the experience was a great one!! The food was outstanding, and our guests raved about it! If you go for lunch or dinner, the margaritas are not to be missed!! We had an open bar at our event and the bartender was fabulous! All in all, this is great place to host an event, especially for anyone who likes airports or airplanes!! Or, if you just want a good lunch or dinner, stop by. This was our second visiting Elevation in 3 weeks and again it was a great experience. On our first visit the waiter explained what were the most popular dishes and what were his favorite items. I went for the lamb burger and their top shelf margaritas. The entire staffs service was attentive, personal and really quite delightful that the server and staff remembered us from the last visit! The food was innovative and beautifully cooked and presented. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, it's lovely to see people love their job! Our food was promptly served and cooked to perfection. If you're looking for a great date night, ladies night, or just a special night out, this place is perfect! A great addition to Livermore/ the Tri Valley Area! All of the staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful (shoutout to our awesome server CHRISTIAN and bartender extraordinaire EDGAR) and the outdoor seating area was both beautiful and Covid-friendly. This was my first time out to a restaurant since the pandemic started, and I was nervous to say the least. As soon as I arrived all of my fears were put to rest when I entered the clean, well thought-out seating area. The food was delicious (we recommend the filet mignon!) and the mixed drinks were super yummy and refreshing. We're looking forward to returning to try out brunch. :) read more

Dinner for two ... 3- glasses of wine ... 1 - sparkling water ... 2 - dinner entrees ... no apps ... no salads ... no dessert ... no coffee .. with tip = $140. I am a foodservice professional with over 50 years in the business ... I'm a past business owner ... managed a $4MM restaurant for five years ... am a trained chef .. so I believe I can speak honestly about the food and service we received that night. No host/hostess to greet us. Dirty tables without a bus boy in sight. No bartender so I was served the wrong wine. No bread or water brought to our table. On a scale of 1-10 my entree (Paella) was about a 6 - (3-shrimp.. 3-scallops.. 1/2 - chicken breast) ... flavor and presentation was excellent. My wife enjoyed the salmon which I would rate about an 8. would I return? probably not. The owner (Chef Owned) should seriously work on the front of the house if he expects to succeed. My husband and I were excited to try out Livermore's newest restaurant for NYE. I made a reservation ahead of time and these parents of two young children were excited for a much needed date night sans kids. This place CLEARLY does not have their act together yet. I receive a phone call at 10:15 am on NYE to tell me they can't honor our reservation tonight because they're closed for a private event. WHAT?!? You're calling me the day of - on New Year's Eve - to tell me I now don't have dinner plans on one of the biggest nights of the year?!? So incredibly unprofessional. And all I get is, "I'm sorry." Well, "I'm sorry" isn't gonna get me a much needed date night tonight, is it? And it's certainly not going to get me coming back to Elevation. We tried out this place for Valentine's Day dinner. I ordered pork loin while my wife ordered king salmon as entrees. Both were well prepared and had amazing taste. Pork loin was tender, juicy and well spiced for taste. Sauce on pork loin had a touch of Indian spices which made it lot more tasty than a regular bland dish. Karam Gill restaurant's general manager was a great host and it was good chatting with him. Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a quality taste. We will be also trying out their Sunday brunch. read more

We recently hosted a private event at Elevation LVK for New Years Eve! We had about 70 guests in attendance and everyone had an incredible time. The staff and ownership of this establishment are fantastic to work with. They were kind, accommodating and very helpful. The venue is clean, sleek and provides a great view of the airport runway. We served a taco bar to our guests which was enjoyed by all! I cannot recommend this place enough. OUTRAGEOUS CORKAGE FEES! Do not bring your own wine unless you are prepared to pay $35 for the first bottle, $45 for the second, $65 for the third and $75 for the fourth! No matter how many people are in your party and regardless if it is a local wine or if you purchase wine. NOWHERE are the fees listed on the website, printed on the menu or even mentioned by the server until AFTER the bill is presented! We asked for the corkages charges to be reduced and tried to speak to the owner, who did not answer his phone. Two minutes later, the server said the owner would take $10 off $200 in fees! So much for being willing to face the customer directly and stand behind the ridiculous fees! And to add insult to injury, due to the size of the party we were required to give a 20% tip on BOTH the food and the insane corkage charges! The food is mediocre at best and the atmosphere is casual, almost cafeteria-like in the setting, basically an airport lobby. Just one step above pub grub - hamburgers, simple salads - all marginally prepared. Combined with the epic failure in customer service and a complete lack in pricing transparency, it makes it easy to say, we will never go back! read more

My second time at Elevation and it did not disappoint! I brought my family along with my kids and my parents who were visiting from out of town. We sat outside andnit just so happened to be a beautiful day! the General Manager was there that day and would check in to make sure everything was good. Food was great and they have plenty of options for kids as well. We sat outside and the kids kept busy watching planes take off. This would def be a good place for larger groups (been here before with a party of 12 and they took great care of us). Highly recommend this place! read more

I've been here several times because my good friend is the manager of the airport that this restaurant is in. The food is great, the drinks are delicious, and the views of the runway and live music are really awesome, but the service is slow as all hell. My husband and I celebrated our 20th anniversary here last weekend with about 40 guests and we could not have been more pleased with every aspect of the planning, the set-up, the follow through and the actual event. The owner Harmail was on point for every detail and really listened to what we wanted making it a stress free and fun time. He helped coordinate with the florist and bakery drop off and let us be involved with table settings and lay out, the dinner menu and timing of the appetizers, cake serving, etc. Any time we had a slight change it was never a problem. I also want to mention the rest of the staff (particularly our bartender Edgar) who epitomized professionalism and were always friendly and proactively helpful throughout the entire evening. The live music was a bonus, the cafe lights and general ambience are beautiful, the food was amazing, the drinks were delicious and the planes on the tarmac make it seem magical. It's not often you throw a big party without any hiccups along the way, so this was definitely a seamless night to remember. Discovered this amazing restaurant while we were in town for a girls weekend of shopping and drinking. We got seated on the patio which had a fun vibe. We shared tapas plates instead of ordering dinner. The shrimp skewers and Oysters Rockefeller were delicious. A must try!!! The owner was there and helped us pick some pretty amazing French wines. Elevation LVK was the perfect venue for our wedding reception a couple weeks ago! They had it all! Nice and friendly staff, incredible food/drinks, not to mention stunning views! Our guests couldn't stop talking about how great the food was! We had a DJ and live music, 2 bars, and many great photo opportunities. We loved the dance floor; the elevated view made us all feel connected to each other. Inside, we had 2 backdrops and a dessert table for our cake. Harmail is the best! He is easy to talk to and met with us ahead of time to be sure we didn't miss anything. He was there that day and made sure everything ran smoothly. I can't recommend Elevation LVK enough! The general reviews here are great. The location and view are fantastic. But table service on a Sunday morning was TERRIBLE. My new favorite restaurant! I was brought here by my boyfriend for date night and I had no idea what to expect when he told me where the restaurant was located. First off, I'd like to thank the staff for being so kind and attentive. This was my first time being out so I was a bit nervous. The restaurant seriously practiced social distancing protocols which was a huge sense of relief for me. The ambiance of the restaurant was magnificent. There was an actual airplane a few feet away from my table and the outdoor lights were a great touch at night. For appetizers I ordered the shrimp which I fought my boyfriend for the last piece because it was so good. For my entree I ordered the seafood paella which I had all to myself, so no fighting necessary but I would've definitely done so if needed because it was to die for! I love paella and every time I see it on a menu I order it. After posting a few stories on my Instagram so many of my friends were intrigued and reached out about this place. Of course, I was happy to share my new favorite restaurant with them. This place blew my mind, from the atmosphere, the customer service and the food! I can't wait to come back again. read more

Unfortunately there's not a whole lot to review. Came in to grab some drinks with a few girlfriends. None of us had been here before and were looking forward to experiencing the ambience with a few cocktails. There was a private event, so the bar was not accessible and were told a table may not be available. The person up front said they could fit us in at a table for drinks. We sat there for 40 minutes and no one came to take a drink order or acknowledge us. I wish instead of wasting our time, they would have just said they couldn't get us a table.
