Can I give NO Stars! I made an appointment with them. It was 1 whole hour before an assistant called me to a room. After another 30 minutes waiting inside the room. (Total of 90 minutes waiting. The assistant said she could not see me as she did not qualify to speak with me about procedure I was interested. She said the doctor was the person I needed to see and the doctor was busy. Wow, what a surprise! I will make this long follow up story as short as I can. Turns out that I had several deeply imbedded whiteheads that never surfaced and continually became inflamed. Rikki cut the worse one out and it was about 1/4" long, thin and hard. No other doctor or dermatologist looked close enough to give the proper diagnosis. For years I was told nothing could be done. I decided to have deep laser resurfacing done to clear those up and hopefully soften the wrinkles and lines around my mouth, nose and chin. Today was my one month follow up and I'm thrilled with the results. Everyone is amazed at much softer, brighter and healthier my skin is. The bumps at the corners of my mouth are gone. Oh, Rikki even found PRECANCEROUS cells near my nose, that were obviously removed too. For me, the recovery was trying at times and uncomfortable, but so worth it. You MUST stay out of the sun so wearing a big floppy hat and heavy duty sunblock whenever I had to venture out was necessary but fun. I started watering my plants, going out to the mailbox, etc. at night. Later, if I had to go out, I would wait until dusk and wear my hat, even inside stores. You're not exactly looking your best the first 4 or 5 weeks. If done in October, you can always say you're wearing a Halloween mask . I can't say enough about Rikki. Do not go here! I came in almost 3 years ago for some minor acne scars. They sold me lasers and facials and peels and tons of products they directed me to use. They over treated my skin because of greed. My skin was in such bad shape I wore a scarf over my face when I HAD to go out. There's so much goodness to share about Elite MD. The entire staff and experience has been quite wonderful. With my first time working through any sort of aesthetic procedures I was really nervous and unsure about what this journey would look like. However walking in day one working with Tricia, who welcomes you with open arms and is chock-full of information really set the stage for everything else. As a military vet - I had some body issues from my years in combat and needed some expert assistance to assist me in overcoming some challenging areas that had evolved over the years. In 2018 I had vaser Lipo done on my stomach. These are the issues I faced: #1-Ad on tv says "mention this ad and get 10% off" that didn't happen, they said ( as I'm sure they say to everyone) "since you are allowing us to use your image ( if they choose to) we can't offer the 10% because we are already giving you a discount" #2- Dr. Bansal did my consultation. I asked if he would be doing my lipo, he said yes. He did not. Never told me before. #3- gave me drugs ( hydrcodone and Xanax) after 10 mins., gave me a second dose. Couldn't wake up. They tried to find a vein to hydrate me, couldn't do it. When my husband expressed concern, they suggested the he go buy some pedialyte. Didn't have the forethought to have it on hand! WTH! My husband insisted on an ambulance to take me to Kaiser, they "suggested" he drive me himself. Gave him directions, that's it Spent the night in the hospital being hydrated after they were able to find a usable vein. I don't remember any of this even to this day. #4-When the hospital doctor called Dr. Bansal to ask what meds they gave me he said he didn't know. REALLY? Kept going on about who he knows, etc. #5- compression garment they had me order was a torture device. Eventually bought another one. Had to wear for 6 weeks! #6- this was NOT a quick recovery as advertised. I stayed off work for 11 days and was in a lot of pain for weeks. Also, my stomach was completely numb for 6 MONTHS! Am I happy with my results? Yes. Would I do it again? Hell no! These folks are very unprofessional and I believe the day will come when someone may not wake up at all from one of these procedures. I suggest having this type of procedure in a hospital only. Don't buy all the hype just because they are on television like I did. read more

I had a appointment this morning at the location on Rose st @9:30 am for a first time patient consultation and when l arrived l was checked in and told to walk across and someone would be with me shortly l waited outside in the cold for 10 min and no one came to the door so l walked back across the way. when l walked back in there where to ladies in the office area one said "you look really nice today". l said thanks then the other lady that told me to walk across the way asked to scan my forehead for a temperature check due to covid 19 l asked her if l should wait in my car and she said no follow me back to a room so we walked into a room and she said the doctor would be with me shortly. however that wasn't the case the other lady entered the room and said she had my paperwork and would be consulting with me l explained that l didn't like how things where going and that l would prefer to see the doctor for my consultation. she refused to get the doctor and over talked over me and said "this is how we do things here". l told her that l wasn't comfortable so l walked out of the room that her and l where in and then l proceeded to drive to a different location because l wanted to file a complaint however as l drove to their other location on 1320 el capitan dr l received a phone call from their office manager Deanna she told me that she was also over the other offices l explained to her that l was driving and that l wanted to speak with Dr. Sonia Badreshia-Bansal because she is the face that l seen several times on the news and was the reason l decided to book a consultation for this place l just wanted her to know how the business was being ran but when l arrived to her location l was met by Brittany and another young lady l explained that l had come from their other location and if it would be possible for them to have Sonia give me a call they said yes so l asked for the Dr. Sonia's business card so that l could follow up. l was given her card ,but on my way out l noticed that it did not have her email contact l walked back the ladies came back out and said that they would write it down and just to wait out in the hall for a minute as l was waiting a police officer approached me and called me by my first name he said that they had called him because l was banging on there door l was in shock l cannot believe they would call the police on me read more

Let me just start off by saying that I was a little reluctant to getting Vasor Lipo at first. Being Sixty years old I was thinking, at this age, just live and accept the extra baggage that wouldn't go away with exercise. And being above average healthier than most people at this age, I'd just lose some weight to get off of HBP pills and all would be good. Was I wrong? Linda has lots of experience and knows what she's doing. Every time I go into see her, I walk out with not even 1 impurity in my skin. Lots of places I've been to, just do whatever and have you in and out. They aren't thorough when it comes to extractions and just extract the big ones, or only the ones you can see. Linda will even get all the ones you can feel. Ever since I've been going going to Linda, I stopped getting a big cystic acne every month when I'm getting me period. I guess there's like nothing in my skin for it to turn into a pimple. I have super clear skin now too and don't even need to use a concealer to hide any blemish from a pimple. Its been 3 weeks since my Vaser liposuction surgery. I feel and look 1,000% better. It all started with a consultation with Vanessa reviewing before and after making decisions to go with lipo instead of cool sculpting (based on the type of results I wanted). The liposuction procedure was done in office which made it super convenient. After my procedure at post op appointment Doctor B informed me the type of fat they removed was extremely unhealthy. It was surprising to me because I do eat a healthy diet and workout. A few days after my lipo I was still sore but started to feel really good. Let me start of by saying... what a difference. About 3yrs ago I underwent my first hair restoration procedure for my front hairline with a well known company. My experience was not as pleasant and left me wondering if I would ever do it again. UPDATE!!! I have returned to Dr. Bansal for the second phase of my body sculpting and, once again, my results are wonderful as expected. I had my double chin and upper arms vaser liposuctioned with J plasma skin tightening on both areas. Due to genetics, these areas have always been problematic, even at my lowest weight so it was recommended to have these areas treated not only just for the aesthetic outcomes, but also to reduce overall inflammation. Once again, Dr. Bansal has been emphatic about my role in the outcome of the procedures, focusing on nutrition, meditation, and mindfulness to reduce stress and improve healing. I was in my late 40s, was at my heaviest, and was unhappy with myself when I first looked into a tummy tuck. No other doctor would touch me at my BMI and then I found Dr. Bansal of Elite MD. I met with Dr. Bansal and he said he would perform my tummy tuck; that he wanted to help me. I'll never forget it. He told me he would take care of me as he would his own family which made me feel at ease; that I was going in good hands. The procedure was performed at a surgery center in San Ramon. I was happy with my results back then and still am happy at present. It was the best decision I made for myself as I was able to wear all types of clothing. This boosted my self-confidence. I'm so grateful that I found Dr. Bansal and that he was willing to help me. Fast forward, post pandemic, now early 50s, I started looking into a thigh lift since I was unhappy with the skin laxity of my inner thighs. I was impressed by what I saw on an Elite MD commercial advertising JPlasma aka Renuvion (a skin tightening procedure) and I called to see if this could be done on inner thighs. After talking with Vanessa and meeting with Dr. Bansal, I decided to go with the JPlasma and a little lipo instead of an invasive thigh lift. The procedure was scheduled to be done in-office under local. I was a little nervous as what to expect (would I wake up during the procedure or feel any pain while the procedure was happening) but I took the medication prescribed to me prior to surgery and fell asleep. I didn't feel or remember anything at all. Woke up at home in my bed. I would definitely do in-office again over general as my experience was good and I didn't get sick like I do coming out of general. I am now post-op 5 1/2 weeks (went back to work after week 1) and am happy with how my legs are looking--the line/shape of my legs that Dr. Bansal created is pretty and the JPlasma did tighten my skin. It keeps getting better and better each day. I'm still healing and very excited to see my full results in 9-12 months. I had three lymphatic massages by Rema as Dr. Bansal said it would help with the swelling and heal faster which was true. Rema is the best. I feel very comfortable with her. She is down to earth, skilled, knowledgeable, and wants the best for her patients. I am ashamed to say I did look into other places that offer this massage at a lower rate as Elite MD is high but I stayed with Rema as she is an expert who has vast experience working with all types of plastic surgery patients. All Elite MD staff are nice, professional, helpful, and welcoming and I would like to give a special shout out to Vanessa, Sherri, Rikki, Crystal, Rema, Francisco, and Maricel for assisting me with my questions/concerns, paperwork, procedures, appointments, etc. during my journey. I want to mention that Elite MD's messaging system has improved drastically since my tummy tuck days. They now use a software called Klara which tracks all messages and someone always responds, either office staff, Dr. Bansal himself, or Vanessa (Vanessa responds even after hours and on weekends and am super happy with her customer service--the best). Now I'm confident that my messages will be read and responded to in a reasonable amount of time. Dr. Bansal is a knowledgeable and skilled surgeon and is also down to earth, approachable, caring, and comfortable to talk to. He always takes the time to discuss with me the importance of caring for my health and well-being such as eating the right food, exercising, and ways of bringing down my stress level. He doesn't only tell you but I am provided with various resources to watch/read/purchase--documentaries, handouts, books, cookbooks, seminars, etc. He's also the kind of doctor who doesn't sugar coat anything when it comes to the condition of my health or unrealistic expectations which I prefer. finally did something for myself! I have been "dreaming" of getting rid of my fat tummy for a long time...too long! I got a referral from a friend and I am so thankful I just went for it. I have always talked myself out of it with the, "it's too expensive", "I don't want to be under anesthesia" and "It's fine the way it is". What I learned was that it was affordable with the financing options, I did not have to go under general anesthesia, and it was perfectly tolerable for me to be sedated for a quick procedure. I met with the consultant for Liposuction with JPlasma skin tightening, and she was lovely and informative. I had some follow up questions and she took my call right away and was able to help me. Then I got to meet with Crystal and Dr. Bansal and they are so easy to talk to and came up with an action plan that was right for me. I was a little nervous the day of, but the awesome nurses at Elite MD put me at ease and got me comfortable right away. I was so impressed with the level of care, it is so different from any other practice I went to over the years. After the surgery, I went home and slept for the rest of the night with zero discomfort. My 20 year old daughter was able to care for me and help with drains, food and helping me walk around a bit. For me there was no pain during the procedure and very little discomfort following, I was on medication, but also numb in the procedure area. I was actually getting myself pretty worked up anticipating the pain, but it never got to any level of true pain. I am just very grateful to the entire team. This is the best thing I have ever done. The customer service element of Elite MD is beyond words. Their main goal is to support you and get you to your goals and they really care. Every person I encountered was at the top of their game, just very impressive. Front desk, scheduler, consultant, management, doctors, nurses, all of it, just wow. Highly recommend booking your new lip filler appointment with Crystal Kherkher. She is incredibly talented, knowledgeable and takes her time to fully understand what you really want. I went to EliteMD after seeing Dr Sonya's commercial on their liposuction procedure. I had just reached my weight goal but wanted to get rid of those pockets of stubborn fat areas that exercise and diet were not resolving.
