Hi, I went here last minute before a trip with daily water activities! They were all very friendly and accommodating! I was in there for about 2 1/2 - 3 hrs, which I would say is pretty fast for gel x nails (with design and jewels), gel toes (French tip), and a full set volume lash. The price was fairly decent, I paid, if I'm remembering correctly, $230 for all services! These are lashes and nail growth about 5 days after service, I had been in and out of pools, oceans, and plenty showers at this point. And for starting said activities just the day after getting my lashes done, I'd say they held up pretty well! Very pleased, 10/10 recommend!!

I really like this nail salon. I started going here after moving to La Mesa and it has been my go to spot. Anna does a great job with designs and builder gel :) I also love going to Loni! I typically just have any nail tech do my toes!

Unfortunately I would not recommend it here if you want high quality service. I came in wanting the builder gel off of my nails, and wanted a regular gel manicure. The woman doing my nails went back and forth with me saying she would do builder gel because it's stronger. I had to say no multiple times and stand my ground. This wasn't a language barrier thing, she simply wanted to push me into a more expensive mani that I didn't book. She was pretty rough with my nails, especially with the cuticle roughly pushing it back. Additionally, she would pull on the builder gel on my nail which I'm pretty sure you are NOT supposed to do. Some of my bare nails looked rough after bc of the way she pushed my cuticle back. My mani is alright, but some of the free edges of my nail are bumpy and not filed correctly. I decided not to say anything about it so I could just file them at home.

The full on experience of this place is amazing!! The husband and wife team are incredible nail art designers. The vibe is great here as well. Full service. The pedicures are so relaxing and the attention to detail in nails and pedicures are just perfect This has become my salon and will most definitely be recommending to my friends and family

Theyre very friendly but their gel-x & builder gel experience is not the best. Ive gone to an independent nail tech who specializes in gel-x & builder gel and this place did not compare unfortunately. The gel-x nails were applied with too much gel underneath which caused my nails to detach a little underneath after about a week. Then i made another appt almost two weeks after for a soak off removal & builder gel and i feel like the gel from the gelx was not fully removed. My nails looked bulbous and im struggling to fix them now. Theyre very friendly & clean but not the best at gelx & builder gel.

Ana did a great job. My third time at the shop. Ana spoke to me throughout to ensure I was happy with the service. My first time getting gel x. It was a pleasant experience. Good music playing in the background.

Did an amazing job. First time getting builder gel on natural nails then chose a shade to go on top. Can't wait to start my journey growing my natural nails out! staff was very sweet as well.

I'm really happy with how my nails turned out. My tech was patient and made sure I liked the shape and color before finishing. The process didn't feel rushed, and everything came out neat and well done. Prices were fair and the shop was clean. I'll definitely be back.

The level of cleanliness is unmatched as well as their cleaning procedures while having unmatched service. This is truly one of the last places that HONORS your appointment and time. I have never been made to wait when I've made an appointment and I have always felt valued and appreciated here. If you're not booking your deluxe pedicure with Truc at Elite Nails... what are you even doing with your life? Every time I go, she nails it (pun fully intended). I haven't had a pedicure in over 9 months and I was long overdue for the special treatment. I moved to the area and wanted to find a good location that I could return to. I requested the something something Rock pedicure ($59 with gel) and it was amazing. I got to nap and Lan did such an amazing job. I've always had problems with getting cut or burned but she was so gentle and sweet. I really enjoyed my pedicure. read more

My absolute favorite nail salon in San Diego. If you love short acrylics, this is the salon to go to. I work with my hands a lot, so it's important to me to be able to have short nails done, and most salons won't go as short as I would like them to, but Elite will! Today was my 3rd time in, and I can always rely on this salon for a set of nails that I'm happy with. I'm even coming back in a few weeks for my wedding nails! I love how kind everyone is at this salon, and I never feel like I am inconveniencing anyone. Anna is the best and she is so fast and always does an amazing job. They have hooks for purses and phone holders to use during your service. I also liked that the continuously ensured that I was happy with the shape, color and design. I am so thankful for Ana and the Elite Nails team for making every experience so easy and wonderful. I personally don't love nail salons but this team is so sweet and I keep coming back. I went to Elite nails because they have such great reviews- it's obvious that all the good reviews are for Anna and not the person who worked on me. Don't know his name but he has blond tips in his hair and a snobby attitude. He soaked my feet for about a minute before he started hacking away at my cuticles with no cuticle cream, no time for things to soften up at all- my cuticles were ripped off painfully because his clippers were dull too. During the manicure, he cut all my nails off without asking me. The filing of my nails was so bad I had to go home and refile them myself. I had lots of rough edges with pieces of nail still hanging off the end of my nails. This guy completed a mani/pedi in under 40 mins and every minute of it was awful. I strongly recommend everyone stay away from this guy- don't let him touch your nails, you'll definitely regret it. read more

I've been here a few times now. I get an acrylic fill with gel on top and Anna never misses. She is meticulous and works efficiently. I am a hairstylist so my nails are always in water and shampoo and my set always looks fantastic all the way through when it's time for my fill. The pedicures are really nice as well. I cannot say enough great things about this place. The pricing is fair and it's always calm and quiet in there. I can always relax when I come in. Can't wait to come back! read more

Have been coming here for going on two years and I don't plan on going anywhere else. I was living about 25 min away and would willingly make the drive to La Mesa just to get my nails done by Ana. she is the only nail tech who's nails last more than 3 weeks on my hands without breaking or lifting. They are so accommodating with appointments and genuinely nice people. Ana's work is stellar and does her best to give suggestions and make sure you're happy with the product. I've never been this loyal to any salon and make sure to recommend it to all my friends. Would give 6 stars if I could! read more

Wow, I love it here. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. The receptionist was warm and friendly. My two techs were thorough, polite, and at. Esthetically everything in here is seamless and beautiful. They have various color options. The massage chairs are very comfy and have adjustable head rest pillows. Everything in here is clean, and all of the skin care products they use smell AMAZING. Like even their towels smell delightful. There's a tv on the wall playing both American and K Pop music which i am loving so much, I hadn't even reached for my phone until I thought to leave this review. The first time I went I got my toes done, I went with my friend and they treated me so good that I decided to come back. Unfortunately, the second time wasn't such a pleasant experience. I feel like because it was two of us They charged us reasonable prices. I went two weeks ago by myself and they were trying to charge me $80 for a basic full set with NO gel. I think it's unprofessional how they take advantage of people who go solo or change their prices. Not only that but I made a reservation at 4 PM and they didn't attend me till 45 minutes later (I don't think that was professional at all) I had to walk out because the prices were out of hand. I've gotten my nails done in La Jolla where they kindly cater to you and offer gel for a 10 dollar up charge for way cheaper than this place. I also want to add that I asked about the price over the phone and he gave me a completely different price than in person. Once I sat in the chair, and the Guy whispered to the girl and as soon as he whispered to the girl, the girl changed her price; not only was that super rude, but that was very unprofessional and a waste of my TIME! That was not the price I was giving over the phone! I I will not be going back after my recent experience. i first started going to this salon back in may to get my nails done for my birthday and i have been a loyal customer ever since!! they are absolutely amazing with their attention to detail as well as the quality of their overall service. i work in retail and i get soooo many compliments on my nails because of them! they are genuinely nice people and want to ensure that you walk out of their salon happy. there was one instance where they didn't have the exact color match for the color i wanted for my nails and they took the time to swatch and show me different colors until i found something i was happy with. i usually get a gel-x manicure with them and my retention is MINIMUM one month which is amazing. and even just now, i had called to ask if they could fix one nail that was lifting after i had just gotten my nails done with them a week ago, and they fixed it for me free of charge (they were even kind enough to fix some of the gold accenting on my nails too)! it's super clear to me that they care about their customers and the service they provide. i love coming here and genuinely look forward to seeing them every month to get my nails done. read more

The massage was relaxing and their scrubs smelled really good. Unfortunately, I didn't get the lady's name but I would get my appointment for toes with her. She also checked on me about the gel color after applying it to my toe and that's when I noticed it wasn't as red on my skin tone so they nicely helped me pick out a darker color. It's the small attention to details and kindness that I was really impressed with. I also got a gel, Red, French tips. I like how they used a pinkish base closer to my natural one then painted the tips ($40). The lady who finished my nails was detailed and fast! They came out neat! Overall, I would recommend them to friends and I will for sure come back. Just note as a first time customer that if their front parking lot is full, just turn right on the light and there's an entrance for the next lot. I was nervous at first because this shop is new but I called and they said I could come now. Thank GOODNESS! They are bomb. The shop is so chill and clean. Everyone was nice and I liked that they had good music on, it was an actual relaxing time. I got a full set and gel pedi, my nail tech was confident and on point. I loved it. I loved my nails! I'd been looking for a while good salon ... and finally found my place here. Anna was so kind to me. I asked for a design and she did something very close to what I was looking for, but she surpassed it a thousand times over. This is the only shop I will get my nails done at!! I LOVE that they are always up on the latest nail trends and I show her a picture and she knows exactly what to do. They look perfect every time and I am constantly receiving compliments. The shop is clean, fair prices, and the owners are awesome! I do recommend making an appointment. read more

I've tried a few different nail salons in the area and this is by far my favorite! I always make an appointment and rarely have to wait. Anna's work is always amazing!
