Hi, I went here last minute before a trip with daily water activities! They were all very friendly and accommodating! I was in there for about 2 1/2 - 3 hrs, which I would say is pretty fast for gel x nails (with design and jewels), gel toes (French tip), and a full set volume lash. The price was fairly decent, I paid, if I'm remembering correctly, $230 for all services! These are lashes and nail growth about 5 days after service, I had been in and out of pools, oceans, and plenty showers at this point. And for starting said activities just the day after getting my lashes done, I'd say they held up pretty well! Very pleased, 10/10 recommend!!

I really like this nail salon. I started going here after moving to La Mesa and it has been my go to spot. Anna does a great job with designs and builder gel :) I also love going to Loni! I typically just have any nail tech do my toes!

Unfortunately I would not recommend it here if you want high quality service. I came in wanting the builder gel off of my nails, and wanted a regular gel manicure. The woman doing my nails went back and forth with me saying she would do builder gel because it's stronger. I had to say no multiple times and stand my ground. This wasn't a language barrier thing, she simply wanted to push me into a more expensive mani that I didn't book. She was pretty rough with my nails, especially with the cuticle roughly pushing it back. Additionally, she would pull on the builder gel on my nail which I'm pretty sure you are NOT supposed to do. Some of my bare nails looked rough after bc of the way she pushed my cuticle back. My mani is alright, but some of the free edges of my nail are bumpy and not filed correctly. I decided not to say anything about it so I could just file them at home.

The full on experience of this place is amazing!! The husband and wife team are incredible nail art designers. The vibe is great here as well. Full service. Theyre very friendly but their gel-x & builder gel experience is not the best. Ive gone to an independent nail tech who specializes in gel-x & builder gel and this place did not compare unfortunately. The gel-x nails were applied with too much gel underneath which caused my nails to detach a little underneath after about a week. Then i made another appt almost two weeks after for a soak off removal & builder gel and i feel like the gel from the gelx was not fully removed. My nails looked bulbous and im struggling to fix them now. Theyre very friendly & clean but not the best at gelx & builder gel.

Ana did a great job. My third time at the shop. Ana spoke to me throughout to ensure I was happy with the service. My first time getting gel x. It was a pleasant experience. Good music playing in the background.

Did an amazing job. First time getting builder gel on natural nails then chose a shade to go on top. Can't wait to start my journey growing my natural nails out! staff was very sweet as well.

I'm really happy with how my nails turned out. My tech was patient and made sure I liked the shape and color before finishing. The process didn't feel rushed, and everything came out neat and well done. Prices were fair and the shop was clean. I'll definitely be back.

I used to love this place for the quality pedi's and good service but recently I've been disappointed. I just went in for a basic French tip gel pedi and it's honestly the worst I've ever gotten. First day with it my big toe completely scrapped off (it already didn't look great when I left but I figured whatever it's fine if it's not perfect I just wanted to go home after being there for almost 3 hours) but ofc after it completely scrapped off like that I had to go back and fix it. They fixed it but it's already lifting again and the entire paint job is just really sloppy. I feel like I wasted $50. Especially being gel so that it could last me longer. I don't treat myself to a pedi often especially with these prices so I'm pretty bummed. They also didn't let me know there was an up charge for French tip. Lastly, I had an appointment set for 1:15 pm and they didn't get started until almost an hour later with zero acknowledgment or apology. I really really disappointed and will not be coming back here. read more

Completely overpriced for the quality of service. Not worth it at all in my opinion. My friends and I all came in for mani pedis (3 of us). We weren't able to get our services done at the same time and we spent about 3 1/2 hours waiting for each other to be done. Overall, I'm super unimpressed with this nail spa. Not only did my nail tech make my cuticles bleed, but the technique was very aggressive the whole time. She even put nail glue on my wound. I was there for a relaxing mani pedi but instead I felt like my manicure was hard to enjoy. My pedicure was good but the manicure was not. Even the ambiance at the place was chaotic. The staff was very loud, the door was open and we could hear every car pass by. Even the music was not very relaxing. They also started cleaning around us too which was very disruptive and didn't allow me to enjoy my relaxing day. read more

I was looking for a spot on a Sunday evening not expecting too many places to be open. As a working mom my time is limited and when I called they were able to squeeze me in. I had this nice warm stone pedi with I think Alisa and had my acrylic full set done with Anna. They were both good experiences. Sometimes getting my nails done there is awkward silence, but with Anna it wasn't. She was kind and relatable. It's also hard to find an artist who can bring your designs to fruition. I've been trying to get these dainty daisies done for a while and finally. So worth the try. I decided on this place because of the nice photos. read more

Lisa gave me the best pedicure ever. She really took her time and made my toes look and feel nice. She's also very kind. The salon has limited parking but it's worth finding a parking spot for. Inside, it's not fancy but they have nice massage chairs. Lots of color options and different types of manicures and pedicures you can get. I'll be coming back to get my hands done too! read more

This was our first time here! Anna & Nathan were very welcoming & able to accept me & my mom as walk ins. I got a gel manicure & regular pedicure. My mom got a French tip gel pedicure. They weren't the most attentive. The man kept answering the phone or standing up to talk to incoming customers. He also didn't seem confident in what he was doing. He repainted the chrome base multiple times just for it to still look mediocre. I appreciate the effort but the execution was not there. I needed my nails done right away and they accommodated me. I showed them a picture of the design I wanted and they did a beautiful job. They are Gel X and she did the length as I requested. She also asked to make sure I liked the length and shape before moving on to polish. A lot of places don't ask , and it feels like they really don't care. This place is different. Ugly nails , the male nail technician tried to put a bunch of press on nails on me with gel extender I said " Hell no, that is not what I asked when I walked in" I asked for an full set of acrylic nails white tips and design with hello kitty . First off they lied to me and tried to charge me for me with his false nails that were literally not shaped well and glued to my nails without no design and no originality. I ran out crying and had to go get his fake press one fixed at another salon in which they charged me too $40 I was so pissed off almost ruined my daughter's bday party look I was going for. read more

The first time I went I got my toes done, I went with my friend and they treated me so good that I decided to come back. Unfortunately, the second time wasn't such a pleasant experience. I feel like because it was two of us They charged us reasonable prices. I went two weeks ago by myself and they were trying to charge me $80 for a basic full set with NO gel. I think it's unprofessional how they take advantage of people who go solo or change their prices. Not only that but I made a reservation at 4 PM and they didn't attend me till 45 minutes later (I don't think that was professional at all) I had to walk out because the prices were out of hand. I've gotten my nails done in La Jolla where they kindly cater to you and offer gel for a 10 dollar up charge for way cheaper than this place. I also want to add that I asked about the price over the phone and he gave me a completely different price than in person. Once I sat in the chair, and the Guy whispered to the girl and as soon as he whispered to the girl, the girl changed her price; not only was that super rude, but that was very unprofessional and a waste of my TIME! That was not the price I was giving over the phone! I I will not be going back after my recent experience. i first started going to this salon back in may to get my nails done for my birthday and i have been a loyal customer ever since!! they are absolutely amazing with their attention to detail as well as the quality of their overall service. i work in retail and i get soooo many compliments on my nails because of them! they are genuinely nice people and want to ensure that you walk out of their salon happy. there was one instance where they didn't have the exact color match for the color i wanted for my nails and they took the time to swatch and show me different colors until i found something i was happy with. i usually get a gel-x manicure with them and my retention is MINIMUM one month which is amazing. and even just now, i had called to ask if they could fix one nail that was lifting after i had just gotten my nails done with them a week ago, and they fixed it for me free of charge (they were even kind enough to fix some of the gold accenting on my nails too)! it's super clear to me that they care about their customers and the service they provide. i love coming here and genuinely look forward to seeing them every month to get my nails done. read more

I would like to say how happy I am to try this nail salon. My toe nails ($50 with gel; massage and scrub) came out pretty good and clean. The massage was relaxing and their scrubs smelled really good. Unfortunately, I didn't get the lady's name but I would get my appointment for toes with her. She also checked on me about the gel color after applying it to my toe and that's when I noticed it wasn't as red on my skin tone so they nicely helped me pick out a darker color. It's the small attention to details and kindness that I was really impressed with. I also got a gel, Red, French tips. I like how they used a pinkish base closer to my natural one then painted the tips ($40). The lady who finished my nails was detailed and fast! They came out neat! Overall, I would recommend them to friends and I will for sure come back. Just note as a first time customer that if their front parking lot is full, just turn right on the light and there's an entrance for the next lot.
