Third time getting my nails done at this salon. Staff is very friendly. Today I had the pleasure of having my nails done by Lucy. She's super sweet and really took her time to do a meticulous job on my manicure . They certainly have gotten popular so be sure to make an appointment because they are busy making clients happy.
I spoke too soon about my visit here. Just got my nails done here on Friday and had to come back Sunday because my french tip chipped on my thumb, now it's a Tuesday and there's a few nails that's already chipped again and lifted. They use builders gel but why is it already chipped and lifted it hasn't even been a full on week. I will not be coming back.
I love getting my nails done here. They can do basics, but I often do Pinterest designs with builder gel and they never disappoint!
The ladies who did my nails were so amazing and helpful. They recommended using a newer technology for my acrylics , which turned out so pretty. We'll see how well they hold up in comparison. The atmosphere is so relaxing and spa like. I even got a hot rocks massage after polish application. I will definitely be back!

The service here is sooo good! Very cute and clean salon and the business owner is very welcoming everytime I come in. Vivian and Lani do great jobs with my acrylic nails and designs and also with just solid colors! They're very sweet and they never rush doing my nails, I've also never had to wait after making an appointment. Definitely recommend going here
It was my first time trying them. At first, an older lady came and cut my toenails way too short. Then she wanted to do only one fake powder nail. When I told her I wanted all my nails to look the same, you could tell she was unhappy. The lady who came afterward was amazing, though. However, they charged me $112 just for my toenails! When I told my sister and friends how much I paid, they were all shocked by the price. And I already have two broken toenails. Answer to your comment: I still have your massages; you thought I did hot stones and feet mask and I did not. I chose the basic spa. You told me because we will do the powder the total cost will be $112 instead of each toe $10. P.S. Anna did a great job--she was amazing!

Hi, I went here last minute before a trip with daily water activities! They were all very friendly and accommodating! I was in there for about 2 1/2 - 3 hrs, which I would say is pretty fast for gel x nails (with design and jewels), gel toes (French tip), and a full set volume lash. The price was fairly decent, I paid, if I'm remembering correctly, $230 for all services! These are lashes and nail growth about 5 days after service, I had been in and out of pools, oceans, and plenty showers at this point. And for starting said activities just the day after getting my lashes done, I'd say they held up pretty well! Very pleased, 10/10 recommend!!

I really appreciated their customer service. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and I was sat down in their massage chair meanwhile I waited for my appointment. They have hooks for purses and phone holders to use during your service. I also liked that the continuously ensured that I was happy with the shape, color and design. The atmosphere was really relaxing, calm and quiet. And the business was clean. And my nails came out amazing! read more

I am so thankful for Ana and the Elite Nails team for making every experience so easy and wonderful. I personally don't love nail salons but this team is so sweet and I keep coming back. I love doing my own nails but now and then love a fun and more articulate design for trips. I come in with a very specific idea in mind and they always make it come to life. Wow, I love it here. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. The receptionist was warm and friendly. My two techs were thorough, polite, and at. Esthetically everything in here is seamless and beautiful. They have various color options. The massage chairs are very comfy and have adjustable head rest pillows. Everything in here is clean, and all of the skin care products they use smell AMAZING. Like even their towels smell delightful. There's a tv on the wall playing both American and K Pop music which i am loving so much, I hadn't even reached for my phone until I thought to leave this review. Completely overpriced for the quality of service. Not worth it at all in my opinion. My friends and I all came in for mani pedis (3 of us). We weren't able to get our services done at the same time and we spent about 3 1/2 hours waiting for each other to be done. Overall, I'm super unimpressed with this nail spa. Not only did my nail tech make my cuticles bleed, but the technique was very aggressive the whole time. She even put nail glue on my wound. I was there for a relaxing mani pedi but instead I felt like my manicure was hard to enjoy. My pedicure was good but the manicure was not. Even the ambiance at the place was chaotic. The staff was very loud, the door was open and we could hear every car pass by. Even the music was not very relaxing. They also started cleaning around us too which was very disruptive and didn't allow me to enjoy my relaxing day. read more

Have been coming here for going on two years and I don't plan on going anywhere else. I was living about 25 min away and would willingly make the drive to La Mesa just to get my nails done by Ana. she is the only nail tech who's nails last more than 3 weeks on my hands without breaking or lifting. They are so accommodating with appointments and genuinely nice people. Ana's work is stellar and does her best to give suggestions and make sure you're happy with the product. I've never been this loyal to any salon and make sure to recommend it to all my friends. Would give 6 stars if I could! read more

I used to love this place for the quality pedi's and good service but recently I've been disappointed. I just went in for a basic French tip gel pedi and it's honestly the worst I've ever gotten. First day with it my big toe completely scrapped off (it already didn't look great when I left but I figured whatever it's fine if it's not perfect I just wanted to go home after being there for almost 3 hours) but ofc after it completely scrapped off like that I had to go back and fix it. They fixed it but it's already lifting again and the entire paint job is just really sloppy. I feel like I wasted $50. Especially being gel so that it could last me longer. I don't treat myself to a pedi often especially with these prices so I'm pretty bummed. They also didn't let me know there was an up charge for French tip. Lastly, I had an appointment set for 1:15 pm and they didn't get started until almost an hour later with zero acknowledgment or apology. I really really disappointed and will not be coming back here. read more
