They make it simple and automated, so I literally don't even think about it anymore. But I knew their specialty was patios and landscaping, so we reached out when we were ready to do more with our backyard. They've been super booked this summer, but were able to fit us in. The concrete patio they installed looks incredible. We love the space it created for our kids to play and for us to enjoy. It's so nice to have a space outdoors where we can entertain and be proud of how it looks. During the patio process, they let us bring our own drawings and ideas to the table, and guided us according to the best practices they know so well. They went over and above, allowing us to add some additional space and came back to add sod in some places where the yard grade had changed and drainage needed to be adjusted. Both at no extra cost. Cole and his team know their stuff, they're honest, fair, upfront and who I'll call for any landscaping needs.

They used to be into cars- I gave them my car to fix and I never heard from them again. It was a BMW SILVER Z3. I went to high school with these guys and Cole Travis/Greg Epps were still in high school in 2001. Brandon Sarvadi already graduated. I believe they parted my car out for profit and I never saw that car again. What a shame. I hope they have changed their ways or have grown some sort of conscience. I DEFINITELY WOULDN'T TRUST THEM EVER AGAIN!!! With ANYTHING! LANDSCAPER's BEWARE!!!!

It was no easy feat, given our project was so challenging. In fact, a prior vendor could not even deliver our project after 1.5 years. We lost all faith that our project would ever get done, until Josh at Precision Outdoors came along. We had very particular needs: * A handicap accessible deck, built up to the very specific height of our back door to make it easy to get in and out of our house. * The deck had to be structured to surround an "endless pool"-type swim spa that we could use for physical therapy. * Safety railings were key too -- with specific heights, lengths, and materials -- all of which were customized to ensure functionality and accessibility. * And, we needed a ramp that was easy to navigate up and down between levels for a person with mobility challenges. * If that wasn't enough, we also wanted a modern style (which is very unlike what typical Texas contractors even know or understand how to do), and we wanted to use a very particular full-PVC decking material that is not often used by contractors either. * How could we ask for anything more? -- well, we did. To top it off, our yard is tiny, boxed in by a retaining wall that leaves little usable space to work with. This meant we'd need a cantilevered deck to make the most use of our limited backyard space. As you might've inferred with this set of requirements, Josh and Precision Outdoors is not the kind of company that shies away from a challenge. Why? -- because they are just plain highly capable. Josh and his team took on the challenge, and they checked all the boxes. Their decking structure included concrete piers at multiple different levels of our yard, given the challenging retaining wall structures already on our property. They gained approval with the city at every step of the process, making adjustments where needed to ensure safety and a well-implemented structure. When it came to installing our Azek full PVC deck boards, they took the time to have an expert from the manufacturer on-site to guide the very unique installation process. When some aspects didn't initially hit the modern look and qualities we were going for, they took the time to work with us until we were fully satisfied. Given the care, attention to detail, and materials used, we now have an accessible and low-maintenance deck that we believe will last for many years to come. To say the least, they did an impressive job. We highly recommend Precision Outdoors.

Met with Raffie, an experienced pro, who laid out every detail of the project and went over and beyond our expectations with his crew. We couldn't be happier! From day one, he has treated our pool with the same care and pride as if it were his own, and we are beyond thankful for his service. Every single week, he sends a detailed email outlining exactly what he completed, the status of our chemical levels, whether anything was added, and even how long we should wait before swimming. He also includes a picture of our pool after he's finished, which always gives us such peace of mind. It's rare these days to find someone who is not only so thorough, but who genuinely wants you to feel informed and confident about the care your pool is receiving. Our pool has never looked better, but more importantly, we trust Japi completely. His consistency, kindness, and dedication mean so much to us, and it shows in every visit. If you're looking for someone who will take care of your pool with honesty, heart, and true professionalism, we cannot recommend Japi and GP&A Pool Services enough. They've been an absolute blessing to us.

We hired GP&A after speaking with several pool companies and chose them specifically based on their…read morereviews praising quick response times and communication. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. We did the "Green-to-Clean ($800)". It took SIX weeks. We had to repeatedly follow up because they would go ~2 weeks without showing up or communicating. When we asked, we were told there was an emergency situation, we tried to be understanding, but there was no proactive communication on their end. We decided weekly service ($250/month). After the initial clean, we signed up for weekly maintenance. Within 24-48 hours of each visit, chlorine levels would drop back to 0 ppm. GP&A's explanation was that our pool system was outdated and needed to be replaced. However, we had two separate pool inspections done when we purchased the home, plus 3-4 other pool companies assess the equipment, none of them flagged the system (installed in 2017) as a problem requiring replacement. Upsell attempts: GP&A quoted us a full system replacement (under $6,000) and then a filter replacement (~$2,200) before they said they could continue service. We decided to move on to another provider. End of service: We asked if they could continue maintaining the pool through the end of the month. Their last visit was six days before the final day of the month (image attached). The pool was visibly green and in poor condition by end of month (again they serviced it 6 days ago and it is this green; not adding enough chlorine). When we brought this up, they responded that the condition was "consistent with the unresolved filtration issue for which repairs were recommended", essentially placing responsibility on us for not purchasing their repair package. We were looking for a long-term, trustworthy pool service company. What we experienced was poor communication, inconsistent results, and recommendations that no other company has supported. I cannot recommend GP&A based on our experience.
