I went back for a fill with Latea (who was also really great, super meticulous taking her time and made sure i felt comfortable for the whole hour), and a few days later i'd noticed a bald spot on my right eye. I called in and they had me come in the same evening (luckily they had an opening!), and Chan was there. She assessed my lashes and although I hadn't complained about the work Latea had done, she apologized and gave me a complete mini-fill and didn't charge me. She's seriously a hard-working business owner, not only because she takes pride in her work and wisely audits her employees' work, but she also cares about clients. She also explained to me that when customers purchase through groupon, her business never sees that money--so for the reviewer below who's fuming with anger: I believe Chan has no way of "refunding" money since Groupon is an entirely separate business, but I do highly encourage anyone to go in for Chan's assessment, where she can see what can be done to make you completely satisfied with your lashes! I really appreciate how accommodating they are; On my way to my appointment I got a flat tire, I called and they were very accommodating considering I would be of country the next few weeks so I was hoping to reschedule within a day. Latea was right on it and was able to stay a bit longer to fit me in. I've been getting my lashes done for about half a year here, mostly with Latea (Chan is great as well) and couldn't recommend them enough. And really appreciate the accommodation. Chan is amazing! She was very knowledgeable and made me comfortable with the decision to get lash extensions. She has made a wonderful environment to lay in while getting your extensions. It's been over two weeks and my lashes still look amazing! I think the biggest difference I've noticed in comparison to other people who I've had do my lashes is that I don't feel them at all!
