They don't just have a one or two page list; they have what amounts to a loose leaf that contains not only what's available, but an encyclopedia explaining the difference alcoholic beverages. As for the menu it is very extensive and contains some surprising dishes. But the real bread and butter is sushi and sashimi and they definitely deliver with fresh, fine quality seafood.
