Seafood village newburgh is very easy parking, and good service. Very good and fresh food! Had the Tuna poke and was not let down. All ingredients were fresh and tasty. Portion was good and relevant to the price.

Circled back! I had an amazing lunch here with my wife today and gave their Poki Bowl another try. The Poki was amazing, along with the Kani salad and shrimp tempura.

So excited there's finally a place nearby to get poke bowls! I had the tuna bowl and added jalapeños and spicy mayo. You can also build your own bowl. All the ingredients were very fresh. Friendly service. Looking forward to going back to try some sushi rolls.

tried here for lunch, been waiting too for a while. so approached the counter to place my order, I was not rushed and I placed my order and sat down. ordered the bento lunch box with shrimp teriyaki. my food came fairly quickly and you can watch them make the food too, so a nice show. so white rice was cooked well and firm, miso soup was standard, shumai was flavorful and this the first place I been too that steams then and then fries it, added a level of depth, house salad was a tasty bite, but could use more dressing, shrimp teriyaki was pretty good, shrimp was plump and tender, teriyaki sauce was savory and sweet. veggie bed underneath the shrimp could have been sautéed in the sauce more. California rolls were good. all in all $10 for the lunch bento was worth the price.

The salmon lover poke bowl was awesome! You can choose what toppings or sauces you prefer. I'll be back! Ordered at the counter and they bring it to your table. Thank you Yelp!

Love dragon roll and spicy salmon roll for me, warrior roll and volcano roll for him. All were exceptional.

If you dine in, you have to know what you want and then go to the cashier to order so the service was kinda iffy. BUT the food was incredible. I had the love dragon roll and spicy salmon roll. Both were delicious. I love sushi and I will be coming back to this place again.

House signature poke bowl! Fresh salmon, tuna, crabmeat salad bowl.

I have high hopes for this place and hope it stays open. It's rare to find such good quality sushi around here. The prices are super cheap for the food we get. Not only that, since it's self serve, we arnt expect to tip! The staffs are friendly and try their best to give us what we needed despite some language barriers. It all worked out and totally worth the drive! I asked if they would do delivery and they are considering it if business gets better in the future! Check out this sushi and shellfish Cajun joint! Highly recommended! Freshest sushi in town.

Decent sushi and specialty rolls when you need a quick fix. Octopus Sushi was tough and not edible but the Tricolor Roll was good and the Shaggy Dog Roll was nice. Presentation and price are fair. We enjoyed the food and the quick service.

When you walk into Yobo, you are greeted by a large portrait of Ms. Rocky. She used to walk around the dining area to ensure every meal was up to par, and she always entertained us as children. She is missed dearly. The ambiance is always stunning - you are truly transported to a different time. The food is consistently a 10/10. They offer traditional Korean dishes alongside a fantastic fusion of everything else. Their portions are generous and always come out piping hot. For appetizers, I highly recommend the egg rolls and crab rangoon (easily the best in town). For main dishes, the spicy nutty chicken, SiWoo Duck, and any of their steamed buns are incredible--but honestly, you can order anything on the menu and it will be amazing and you will mostly always go home with extras. Seasonal options are available and if the pumpkin soup is on the menu, get it. You will be sorry if you don't. Their drink menu is also extensive, featuring seasonal options that never disappoint. When we want to eat out, this is almost always our go-to spot. We love the owners, the entire staff, and the food always hits the spot. Thank you, Yobo, for years of great experiences.

When I was growing up, restaurants had unique theming and quirks vs. the same pinterest-inspired design tricks that you see today. What looks like an unassuming Japanese style rectangular building on the outside is nothing but inside. You are immediately transported to a (somewhat tacky, in a fun way) Japanese home on the inside with those late 1970s vibes. There are water features, like a small Koi pond, and a waterfall inside, which is full of fake cherry blossom trees and a dimly lit scene, complete with purple Christmas lights. Each nook and cranny is a little different and there are tables and booths set throughout, which are meant to put you in your own little corner of this interesting world of a cartoonish Japanese village. The food can be hit or miss, depending on your order and the delightful cheesiness of the decor matches the menu ... with a lot of classics from the 1980s, including American Chinese/Polynesian inspired appetizers. The eggroll here is the best I've ever had. It's enormous and freshly made. It's not the frozen and fried kind ... you can actually see the soft inner-egg later within its fried shell. It's full of chopped pork and seasoned perfectly. It comes on its own silver warning tray and is more the size of a small burrito than anything you'd pull out of a white cardboard container at a traditional Chinese restaurant. Get the eggroll. The tid bit platter is cool ... retro. The menu states that the crab Rangoon are the original recipe from Trader Vics, where the dish was invented. They are smaller than a traditional crab Rangoon, as we know them, and packed with a much more garlicky taste in their creamy filling. The sliced pork is not the dyed red rubbery strips we are used to ... but actual sliced pork with a nice BBQ taste, even with little sauce used. The fried shrimp was not my favorite, dry and bland. The main courses have a lot going on. Sauces, meat, vegetables. They are pretty big and the sauces seem homemade. The house specialties are unique and prepared thoughtfully, many with exotic flavours or strange combinations you won't find elsewhere. The sushi is also done well ... as if it was a real Japanese sushi chef. The staff is very warm and friendly. From the hostess, who could be a NYC fashion model, and makes an effort to seat each table away from other tables when possible ... to the waiter whom has been there for the decades I've been going there and I don't think I've ever seen him not smiling and laughing in all my trips. They play a mix of music with Martin Denny and Henry Mancini lounge classics being my favourite because it really makes like you feel that you are in a different decade. If you ever wondered what it would be like to dine at a fun place in 1978 ... you won't be disappointed. If you like modern and sterile, steer clear of this place. The Yobo is one of my favorites and I often take the long way, through 287 and 84 back to New England after visiting NY it NJ so I can come here.

What it does lack, however, is a standalone boba shop. While Asahi is, first and foremost, a poke restaurant, it does offer a selection of boba teas and slushies. The weather had just turned from dreary cold to summery hot, so I was craving my favorite Asian drink. After some hand-wringing (I couldn't decide which one to get), I finally settled on an iced strawberry tea with milk foam. I wasn't confident in my order, but all my anxieties allayed at first sip. It was delicious! The boba was soft, the strawberry flavors came through strongly without tasting artificial, and the milk foam added a complex layer of creaminess and saltiness that elevated the drink altogether. Even my husband, who's not much of a boba drinker, thought it was great (and kept stealing sips). If you're in Beacon and you're suddenly hit with a hankering for boba, try Asahi.

Service was excellent when we went in and ordered I didn't have to repeat myself at all the girl that took the order knew what she was doing. I forgot how long she said that the wait for the food would be but I didn't wait that long considering the wait I waited inside for the food while I was waiting a man had came and had gotten his takeout paid and left. Then another woman had came to pick up her takeout she was still on the line when I was told that my order was ready which was great considering that it was after 8:00 PM. Ambiance for a Friday night it wasn't that crowded with people when we were first going into QQ a group of teenagers that also, were going in one of the boys help open the door for me to go in I appreciated him doing that for me. There was an older couple a man and a woman probably husband and wife sitting at a table also at their table was another older gentleman sitting by himself they were enjoying eating their food and talking. T I also waited almost 3-5 minutes at the front for a pick up, thinking it was weird that no one was at the front. I randomly look to my side, to see a dude seated, in the corner on his phone. Whatever he was looking at, prevented him from looking up for almost 5 minutes. I took me saying something, or I would've been standing there way longer SMH. I can't say the food is to die for, but it's decent. Green Garden across town is still the best.
