The oil light turned on and they kept telling me it was my car's fault, not theirs, and that they put the correct oil. I told them they need to put the correct oil that is recommended by the manual, but they said it doesn't matter and it's the same. I told them no, I'm sure it's not the same. When they finally listened, drained the wrong oil, and put the recommended one, the light turned off right away."

I was visiting St. Louis from California when my windshield wiper motor died on my BMW. The dealerships wouldn't help because I had not bought a BMW OEM motor at over $600 (I bought a 3rd party motor that had an identical spec to the OEM motor for under $200). I contacted Joe's because, honestly, the name sounded like a local shop that wouldn't give me a run around. I was right. The gave me an appointment for that week. I waited in the shop while they installed the motor in under 1.5 hours and was on my way for under $200. So, BMW was going to charge me over $1,000 for parts/labor. With Joe's garage, I was able to get it done for under $400. Huge savings and very happy customer.
