The food here wasn't bad. I ordered the skirt steak an eggs and it came out medium just like I asked. My biggest complaint is the wait time. We were told 15-20 minutes, but waited over 30. Not the biggest deal. The food my friends got was decent. The environment here is pretty loud for those who prefer a more quiet dining area. The service was friendly. I would come back only if it was on a slower day and I was in the area. I want to give a 3.5/5 but the app won't let me so I think a 3/5 is a fair rating.

Had another delicious breakfast here at Elly's . We drove from East Mesa. Love this place sat outside it was a beautiful morning. I had the Steak and eggs and hash browns with some delicious coffee. My friend tried the Chilaquiles Verdes and loved it. And Aurora did an excellent job on keeping the coffee filled and stopped by many times will be back.

I've been goin to Elly's since I moved to Phoenix in 2020! Their portions are always great and their staff has always been very welcoming. I've gone through a bit of their menu the past few years and everything I've had has been really yummy! I will say, their food comes a bit oily, but nothing a little napkin blot can't fix! Order your hash browns crispy! Skip the coffee, but go with the orange or grapefruit juice! It gets busy, too, so prepare to wait 5-15 minutes on weekend peaks, but typically no wait on weekdays.

I always love Elly's! I have been coming here many times. My favorite dish from them is the Provence Egg Benedict. The eggs are served on a croissant! This time I got Chicken and waffle. The chicken was nicely cooked with the crispy skin on the outside so you would get a good crunch in each bite. The waffle was nice and fluffy. I added the hot sauce on the chicken and the butter and syrup on the waffle. Next is the corned beef hash. It was crispy and delicious and flavorful. Service was great! Our waitress was attentive and welcoming!

Elly's is a definite must stop for brunch. This place is always busy and once you've dined here, you'll understand why. Service has always been great. The restaurant is a bit loud and can get crowded, but it's not a big deal. Food is great and prices are decent. Try a mimosa that are almost always on special. They're strong but good.

We ordered pick up for lunch. Good thing both of us went cause the parking lot was PACKED. It was our first time so we weren't entirely sure what to expect. The food was ready at the time promised and they made the coffee drinks when we arrived. The to go materials are top quality, so I told my friend the food has to be better. I drove around the parking lot, but she told me the place is deep. So much bigger than expected. We'll order again in the future.

Came here for a quick breakfast on a Saturday morning! We were seated right away and our server was lovely. I ordered the omelette and my boyfriend got the corned beef hash. Both were good but nothing to write home about! The pancake was our favorite buttery and fluffy and definitely hit the sweet spot for breakfast. Overall not the most amazing place for breakfast but it did the job for us.

I'm usually not a big brunch person and often find it mediocre, but this spot completely changed my mind. My boyfriend took me there for my 21st birthday after it was recommended by his coworkers, and everything exceeded my expectations. The portions were great, the skillet was perfectly blended instead of just thrown together, and the French toast had the ideal texture -- not too soggy or too dry. The mimosa was the perfect way to kick off turning 21, and the open garage doors by the bar created such a fun atmosphere (highly recommend sitting there!). Hands down the best skillet in town -- especially coming from someone who's usually hard to impress with brunch.

Came to this restaurant because of a friend recommendation and let me tell you, their food was amazing from the skirt steak and eggs being so tender and juicy and the pancakes were so nice, the best I've had from all the breakfast spots I have been to. Soft and fluffy with a good buttery flavor. As for our server, Sarah, she was phenomenal constantly checking on us always and making sure we had everything we needed or checking if there was anything else we would like and having a great energy and Kindness which we always appreciate from a server . Finally the energy in the restaurant was great, as soon as you walk through the door the environment screams Sunday Brunch with so much lively chatter and happiness and enjoyment from everyone! Loved it all

The breakfast selection was delicious & there are a variety of mouthwatering options. I got the biscuits & gravy and it was quite yummy & not overly salty. A good balance with the eggs. The space is somewhat open & airy with plenty of tables. You can also find seating outside which can be perfect when the Az weather is pleasant. Whether you're planning a breakfast date, a family outing or just catching up with friends, this is a good place to stop by.

I was eating my omelette and bit into someone's fingernail. I am upset and grossed out!!

So I love the fact that it's open early!! The place seems very nice and clean. The food was really good, they made my hashbrowns extra crispy (perfect!!) and had great portion sizes (not too much). Our server was great nice and very attentive. The other workers seemed stressed and barely said hi ( or a forced hi, as my mom said).

Weird interaction and say us right on top of someone else when obviously it's not busy.

She made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down and checked on us just the right amount. We ordered two BEC sandwiches, which sadly are no longer on the menu, but wow, they were delicious! The bacon was cooked to perfection, crispy and flavorful, and everything tasted fresh and satisfying. Instead of the greens, we opted for the Million Dollar Potatoes and they were super yum! Such a tasty choice and the perfect addition to the meal. Great service, delicious food, and a lovely breakfast experience. Thank you, Arely, for taking such good care of us. We will definitely be back!

The interior is pretty long with a large number of seating inside the building so we had no trouble getting seated right away by the hostess. We decided on food relatively quickly due to previous experience with the business, however, our waiter never came around to take our orders or even give us water at the table. We saw one girl with dyed hair who unassumingly could have been our waiter since she was in our section but only worked with one particular table and ran to the back after each time, but never addressed our table or came by. We eventually had to flag a different waiter down who was able to help us place the order and service us for the rest of our visit, she also informed us that this other "Waiter" was supposed to help us but she wasn't sure why she never made an attempt to do so after having us wait 20 mins and other tables were being serviced. We ordered Flordian French Toast and Elote Breakfast Burrito (plus a couple sides and drink) which were both really good, and filling. Prices weren't too bad for what we ordered and was able to take our mind off of the rather long wait to get helped. Not sure if we'll come back to this particular location again, but it was nice trying the restaurant out another time.

The staff was friendly throughout our stay, and the overall property has a relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to enjoy the sunshine and scenery. We booked an upgraded suite with a separate bedroom and TV room, which gave us plenty of space to spread out. While the layout was great, the room itself could use some updates. The bathroom fixtures were older--the Kohler toilet didn't flush well and was a bit noisy, and the tub/shower combo had rounded sides that made it tricky to stand comfortably. The shower water also never got fully hot. The room had a slightly musty smell, and the carpets would benefit from a deep cleaning. The balcony screen door didn't close tightly, which let a few flies in, and access to the second floor required two sets of stairs since there's no elevator in that section. Even with those issues, the resort's location, views, and overall vibe made the stay enjoyable. With some room refreshes and a bit more maintenance attention, this could easily be a standout property. The setting alone is worth experiencing.

I was looking for a good staycation while also earning American Airlines AAdvantage miles and…read moreloyalty points to maintain my status for another year. I found a great AAdvantage Hotel deal at the Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort and booked it. While it was a great success of a visit in terms of AAdvantage miles and loyalty points, my actual experience at the hotel itself was less to be desired due to the customer service and a big snafu on their part. I also have Hilton Gold status, though as I booked the hotel through a third party site (AAdvantage Hotels), I could see the stay and the stay history in my Hilton app, but I did not receive any benefits for staying there, which was fine as I didn't expect any anyone. I arrived in person to check in and already reserved and prepaid for a King 1 Bedroom Standard Suite, which had a nice view and reasonably spacious room (but not too much larger than a regular room at another hotel). The room was certainly not upgraded though there was parking available right in front of the entrance. I did not receive anything else at check-in nor did it appear that I'd get my regularly complimentary water. I did pay the daily resort charge which includes high speed internet access, access to the Falls Water Village, an hour at the tennis/pickleball court, an hour at the afternoon golf practice facility, two hours for a mountain bike rental, 20% off seasonal spa services, and 15% off select golf apparel. While I didn't use it, I had easy view and access to the Falls Water Village where you could lounge and play all day on their sun-marked terrace where you could find free-form pools, hot tubs, and cabanas. They even have a 138-foot enclosed water slide. When I checked out, I was told that a bill would be sent to me shortly since I did it on the app early, and when I received the bill, there was a charge for my room at the restaurant at the top of the hill called A Different Point of View. The catch is that I never went to eat there during my stay (or at any onsite restaurant since I live in the area and had my meals offsite). I reached out to the hotel who insisted that I did go there to eat. I promised them I didn't eat anywhere onsite and that they need to look at the receipt and see if it actually has my room number. They confirmed it did and that this meant I ate there. I told them to find my name on it and let me know if it was on there. After several more back and forth conversations, they confirmed it wasn't me and would remove the charge. They then mistakenly charged me double. Then they removed one charge, but it took more than a week before they removed the other charge. By the end of the exchanges, it felt like they were blaming me for their own mistake. While the resort is aged and rather pleasant, there certainly are training issues regarding the customer service offered at this property. I do not plan on staying here again in the future.
