My satisfaction with the window installment and quality of the windows has not changed, but the continuous sales tactics have really put a damper on the overall experience. Looking back, the very first meeting going 2 hours longer than the original hour scheduled should have been a red flag. After the windows were installed, Elor called us to schedule an inspection, which turned out not be an inspection at all, but a 1.5 hour sales pitch (which was supposed to be up to 45 minutes long). THEN they called to "review the terms" of our payment plan, but instead pitched a loan that would be secured by our home, which would ultimately cost us more. Installation aside, this company has been inconsiderate of our time and made relentless efforts to get us to spend more money. I will say, everyone has been really kind and friendly, but the non-stop selling, misleading, and lack of respect for our time has been really disappointing. read more
