All of the food was so good! And the food was represented very well. After a good meal and not having to wait very long, our experience dining there was very enjoyable! After we got the check, the staff member gave my kiddos two Sanrio key chains which they loved so much!! That made their day for sure!! Will be returning soon but not on busy times and days!!

The inside has nice decor and plenty of seating with tables, booths, and bar seating. We enjoyed fried oysters, katsudon, and spicy katsu ramen. All were pretty tasty and prepared well. Service was good and the restaurant is clean. We have enjoyed several meals here and will probably continue to do so. Recommend giving Hokkaido a try.

Undeniably the food is good but being the last one served. Literally the last person in the restaurant to get your food kind of sucked. This is after our drinks were dumped on the table. Granted there was two large groups there. But I need you to come by the table and tell me an update on my food at least a couple of times in 45 minutes. Garlic and Parmesan wings didn't have any garlic. The barbecue wings is covered in Sweet Baby Ray's which I love but still. I'm just thinking if I had gotten take out I wouldn't of had to wait that long for my food. Some preference needs to be given to people seated in your restaurant for that amount of time. Will I go again? Probably so but be forewarned. read more

My husband and I love Emr wings. We go there on our date nights because the food and drinks are immaculate. My husband loves the wings with hot honey sauce , fire sandwich and of course the beer battered fires. I love eating the soups they have alone with the taco bowl. I'm a vegetarian so I'm happy they have things I enjoy to eat. The drinks are always a crowd pleaser. It's what keeps us coming back week after week along with the best service you could ask for. read more

I do believe we have had everything on the menu and everyone states how great it was. We even have to share so we can see for ourselve just how great it was! As usual, the wings were great! We had the hot, honey (a change from our teriyaki) and they were great. Even though the restaurant is usually busy, especially during beach season, we never feel rushed. The waitress we have had on several occasions is very friendly and on this particular night, all the wait staff was smiling and friendly. It is a must go to restaurant if you are visiting the North Topsail Region. read more

Love the food and atmosphere. Great place to get wings and they have some delicious hot chips to go with them. Wings are specially priced on Sundays. We go at least once or twice everytime we're at N. Topsail Beach because the food is so good and freshly prepared. read more

We ordered some pretty basic mixed drinks and they were awful. Didn't finish. I would say the vibe is so casual that for the money, you're better off doing Ricks's or another pub on the island where service is better and it's more of a dining experience instead of fast food. Probably won't be back.
