I had never had eyelash extensions before and ended up going to the new owner of the salon that I followed my hairdresser of 12 years to. Well long story short, she did a not so thorough or professional job and I was left with dangling, falling out piecey lashes after the first day:( I contacted Kylee this weekend in a panic because I was leaving town for my 33rd birthday and HAD to get these lashes on point. Not only was Kylee patient and kind, but she took the time out of her personal schedule while visiting family to educate me on lash extensions and give me some advice on what they were supposed to be like. Kylee then accepted an emergency appointment with me on Monday evening (same day she got back into town mind you, and the day before I left for my trip) to fix the disaster that the other salon owner had left on my face! I recently moved here and went to another high end salon and while the cut was ok, it was a LOUD, cramped and hectic place. I saw the reviews on here for Kylee and thought why not? Well, the salon was easy to find, plenty of parking and really tastefully done. Plus, Kylie basically has her own ROOM so your not sitting next to someone coughing, sneezing etc, which I find to be... uh, annoying. Like the reviews say, she LISTENED to what I wanted and cut it with care and speed. It looks great and I can tell the way she cut it it will hold its shape for a full month, which is what a really good cut should do. Sydney has been doing my hair ever since I was a little girl. Not only does she tailor your requests, but she works with you as a team to achieve your desired look. I do not let anyone else touch my hair and still get my hair done from her (I fly down from Seattle because she is THAT AMAZING!) I went to Syndi before she moved to Tahoe and am so happy she has returned to Grass Valley. She is very talented and does a beautiful job on what would be ugly, grey hair. ow I have my old blond coloring back with highlights and low lights. She also knows how to cut my hair in a way that I don't have to bother with it a lot. Many times I only have to comb it out. She is wonderful, cheerful and a very positive person.
