We needed our company logo put on some Carhartt jackets for the employees last year. They, Fabiola and Gumaro (spelling is wrong), work as a team and gave us precisely what we wanted. Fabiola is very knowledgeable and helps with conceptualizing the design and color. Her husband does the work itself and his work was top notch. I was very impressed but didn't write a review. Today I was at their shop to pick up another project and I was struck again with how lucky we are to have them here in Vista! They are superb. Came in right at opening to pick up a jacket I had gotten done. Looks fine but being a younger individual the staff there this morning did not take me seriously and had me wait throughout their 10 minute personal phone call placed on speaker before telling me they only took debit. Sometimes you walk in into a business and the staff looks like they are not happy to see you. My office started to use this company a couple of years ago for the embroidery on our work shirts. We had gone through another local embroidery company, but service started to slide and they wanted a higher number of shirts ordered to meet their minimum quantities. Embroidery Image was recommended by another department , and they delivered. We purchase a few shirts per person in our department with our department and University logo's. The first time we ordered shirts with them, I was a little bummed since they discontinued the PING shirts I usually ordered. They searched high and low, and finally they told me they could not find the shirts anywhere. I felt like "that" customer, and finally succumbed to order Nike and OGIO shirts. They ordered the shirts, kept us apprised on any delays and finally got us our shirts with our logos on the chest and sleeve areas. They do excellent work, whether you have a one hat order or 25 shirts for your company. They even worked with us on getting the shirts delivered when we couldn't make it to their office in time before they closed. They do all types of embroidery, whether on a shirt, hat or linens. They have gone beyond what I would expect a "normal" company in respects to customer service. I don't think we'll be going anywhere else. read more

I had an excellent experience with Embroidery Image. I had them custom embroider a service dog vest, and I couldn't be happier with the result or the service I received. The vest was ready to go within one day. It was also super affordable and I didn't have to place a large order or anything. In fact, I just realized that I would have spent the same amount of money to buy a patch and have it sewed on the vest, and the result would not have looked half as good. I used Embroidery Image for some shirts that I wanted to have embroidered with my logo. They did great! The quality was great and the price was reasonable. I brought in my own shirts and they didn't try to force me into buying shirts from them. They also did not charge me for digitizing the artwork since I had my logo in vector graphics. I found their prices to be very fair and reasonable...in fact cheaper than the 3 other quotes that I got. They also were incredibly nice to deal with. I have already placed and received a second order...and both experiences were great. To recap: 1. they provide a quality product, 2. at a reasonable price, 3. and are great to work with. The staff here are amazing. Ramon just spent 20 min helping me choose fonts and colors and the perfect sizing for the items I am having embroidered. He was so patient and kind and wanted to make sure we got it just right. I am having 5 items done. I am not a high volume customer right now and many places I contacted wouldn't even help me. I may not have high volume, but I will be a customer for life. Also Fabi and Monica were so helpful in email and on the phone getting everything set up. We used to use Queensboro shirts for out company uniform shirts but the quality of their shirts wasn't too good. I went to Embroideryimage for some some shirts for myself and after seeing the quality of the embroidery and their shirt selection I started getting all our company shirts from them. They can supply the shirts or are happy to do just the embroidery on shirts you supply. I used to think embroidery was embroidery but when you compare the work side by side you will see the quality from Embroideryimage is far superior. We will not have our shirts made anywhere else. read more

I REALLY like working with a business that under promises and over delivers. Embroidery Image is just that kind of Company. I needed several flight bags embroidered with an organizational logo, but there was a problem. The flight bag had piping in the area where the embroidery should go. After calling several other vendors, I called Embroidery Image. They had invested in the equipment needed to do the job. Many other vendors had not. So, I brought the job to them. At the time, Embroidery Image indicated two weeks were needed to complete the job. Rats! I needed one of the flight bags done in two days, and the others were needed in a week. Well, Kent said he'd see what he could do. Outcome: Kent met the two day deadline and then proceeded to finish the order two days earlier than my deadline. The work was exceptional. The staff, Kent, Brenda, and Mindy were very professional. This family owned business could certainly teach other companies how to treat customers and I highly recommend their quality work. i will return. read more
