On 5/26/2023 Epic responded telling us that our Savannah had an exam, if that did happen Dr. Matt Owens never told us about it, because he never came back into the room to inform us of his exam, also we never did get the results of Epic viewing us on their camera of course not because if anyone witnessed what happened in that room, I'm sure Dr. Owens would no longer be employed. The way he treated us that night was a feeling I'll never forget, so cold and dismissive. Someone like Dr. Owens is truly burnt-out and shouldn't be working with our animals who mean everything to us. On May 20th 2023 our sweet little angel Savannah passed away. I can't stop thinking about how different that night could have been if only Dr. Owens had come back into the room and talked to us about how serious Savannahs condition could get. This place is terrible. I brought my cat here when he got attacked by a coyote because they are able to watch him overnight. I had previously taken my cat to Butterfield animal Hospital during the day and they did x-rays ran test and told us to just take him here so that they could watch him. Got a quote over the phone that it would cost $200 for them to watch him overnight. Brought him over here and they called us back saying it's going to be about $1000 and that the person that called us over the phone is new and she should not have done that. They wanted to run all new x-rays and test even though they had everything we had just gotten from Butterfield but apparently The x-rays that were taken two hours prior were not new enough for them so they wanted to run all new tests. PLEASE PLEASE Please do everything you can to find an alternative before going to this Clinic. We have lived in the valley for 23 years and love our Golden Retrievers. I have written 105 total Yelp reviews for businesses of all kind and 101 of them are 5 stars. I don't believe in negative reviews but I feel the need to let pet owners know what they are getting into. Surgeries that they quote here for $7000 can be done elsewhere for $2500. After paying $4400 for 2 sets of xrays for 2 dogs, I still can't get a doctor to return my call. Their customer service is also terrible. Maybe it is just our family but unless a total life and death situation, I would be very hesitant. read more

What a wonderful bunch of people work here. After almost 13 years and recent cancer diagnosis, my beloved Golden Retriever let me know it was time. We came here and the staff could not have been more helpful, caring and sensitive. She couldn't walk, so they came out with a gurnee and brought her in. They took her to the back to get an IV going, and gave her lots of love and even some treats. They brought my husband and I into a private room, outfitted with a small sofa and chairs, with low lighting, and then they brought my sweet girl in on the gurnee. We were told to take as much time as we needed, and that when we were ready for the Doctor, to flip a light switch. When the Doctor came in, there was still no rush. We talked about our girl's condition and how wonderful she was. She was in pain and distress, so we had the Doctor proceed with the Euthanasia. I held her head, kissing her and telling her what a good girl she is, even though she's been deaf for the past couple of years. She relaxed, and peacefully passed. The Doctor had tears in her eyes, as did I. She was so very kind and sensitive and I will always be so thankful for her help. read more

My kitten Lola, swallowed a long piece of plastic and it was stuck in her throat and stomach. I called EPC and Alicia was extremely helpful. I could sense her kindness in her calming voice. She put us on a waiting list but called within the hour to come in. Dr. Kelly was Lola's doctor and she was excellent! She thoroughly explained what she was going to do and what our options were. In the end, Lola had to have surgery to remove the plastic. Dr. Kelly kept me updated in a timely fashion and I felt at ease knowing Lola was in good hands. This was a very frightening experience. I want to thank the staff for being so kind and professional and for saving Lola's life. I am so lucky to have fallen into the right hands. read more

Even though we had a very long wait here, I am grateful to the caring Doctor I spoke with on the phone who showed so much compassion and diagnosed my dog so he was no longer suffering and we made the decision to put him down. Arrived, followed directions to call for someone to come triage pet. 40 minutes later no one had ever come. Instead could see through windows 4/5 people organizing furniture, discussing blinds etc. Common courtesy would have been to at least personally acknowledge a pet parent's concern with five minutes to the car waiting area. I will never return. Thankfully we found a responsive "emergency" clinic that greeted us within minutes and took great care of our pet. ****also pretty shady characters at night in parking area. read more

Our 10 month old Husky was attacked by another dog on his left eye . I called the Emergency Pet Clinic and put him on the wait list at 2:30 PM. I got the call at 10:08 PM that I had an hour to get there to be seen. The staff treated our pup with care, I'm so grateful. He's now happy & recovering. My cat Cecil had gotten sick, and progressively gotten worse over a day's time. I took him here hoping for the best but knowing well he may not make it with his age and medical history. The doctor gave me honest prognosis and discussed all options. The team did their best but when they started to treat him his condition worsened rapidly. I could tell that it hurt the team to see how much grief we experienced losing our sweet kitty. They let us have as much time as we needed and we're very respectful as we said our goodbyes to him and sat with him. We really appreciated this caring team. read more

I rescued a little 7 lb Maltese/ shitzu mix about a year ago. Appears to have been used for breeding purposes because she has tumors on her teats . I had her seen by a vet and X-rayed when I rescued her , I was told her tumor is external not connected internally. Very relieved. My issue for taking Lily to the animal clinic on a Saturday was she was going on 3 days and not pooping.. My negative experience started with the first contact with the phone call to get information, where are you located and what is the process/ procedure? I have no idea as to what to do. The gal was abrupt talking over me . She had a rehearsed message she most likely says a lot. I followed directions and completed forms on line. Shortly after we arrived the vet technician took Lily back and for the next 4 1/2 hours we sat. I completely understand that some dogs could come in or cats and have been seriously injured. We didn't see any of that and we visited with the other moms and dads of their fur babies and there were no critically injured animals that we came in contact with. We were told 2 hours in she was comfortable and is next up ! We listened to a very nice competent young lady share over and over , " it's a 6 to 12 hour window " over and over and over ... this is their mantra ! After 4 1/2 hours the nice gal said we could go home and they can call us . I'm wondering why we were not given the option 2 hours in..?? Ok , we leave and a mile down the road I look and see I had a phone call from the Doc . He had called 20 minutes before we left. Why didn't somebody just came out in the waiting room and the kicker is the nice lady told us she had not, Lily had not been seen yet as we were leaving. Well, of course she had been seen because the Doc verified it. Bottom line , Doc stated she's not constipated but wanted to do test/ X-ray etc leaving her over night. I'm guessing he wanted to X-ray because of tumors. We declined. My suggestion, real emergency they are ok . Not emergency wait to see your own Doc .. I'm so wordy read more

Long story short, my best Bud, a German Shorthaired pointer, was unknowingly bitten by a rattler. EPC of Temecula along with Dr. Saaiman, Dr. Penraat, Dr. Maiello, Alicia, Jamie, Megan, and the rest of the staff (please forgive me if doesn't mention your name) have been outstanding in caring for Beau. After a couple days of hospitalization, Beau is on the path to recovery. The entire staff have been more then happy to answer all my questions. They have been informative and compassionate. Though I hope I never have to go there again, they will definitely be our first call for any pet emergency. Thanks again. read more

The vets here saved my cats life. A case of fatty liver meant Miu Miu had not been eating enough and her health was deteriorating rapidly. I knew something was off and immediately tried feeding her fresh chicken and tuna - not interested at all. I first took her to VCA in the In N Out shopping center of Murrieta - awful experience. Luckily EPC was recommended by VCA California Oaks and Miu Miu was rushed over there. Dr Fang told me a feeding tube would be her only hope and I was petrified, but he was 100% correct. It was a few days that she had to spend in the hospital and I battled with whether or not I was making her suffer and how her quality of life was going to be affected. It was an awful experience, but the vets and techs who took care of Miu Miu were always supportive and reassuring. I battled with whether or not she should be put out of her misery, but when I visited her at the clinic, she was always purring, walking around the chairs and floor, and rubbing all over my legs and feet. She was telling me she was prepared to fight and I was proud to let her. Ultimately, the feeding tube was in place for around 1 month, but she spent up to 3 nights at the vet and was allowed to go home after that. She was fed through the tube every 4 hours and hated it, but we managed. Not much change the first week check up when she had her bandages changed, but we would run a test weekly to see if her levels were changing and at week 2 they started to gradually improve. Week 3 we were hopeful with her improvement, but she wasn't eating on her own still - this meant keeping the feeding tube in longer. Around week 4 Miu Miu became interested in eating, but I would still feed her through the tube at least twice a day as she built up her strength. Likely week 5 was the week we attempted to just let her eat on her own, but with the feeding tube still in place just to be safe. I'm so grateful for my experience at this vet and what they did for Miu Miu - I should also mention she was born 3/26/2018 and was not even two years old in January 2020 when this all happened. This is not just something that can happen to an older cat - these things happen to the babies who haven't had the opportunity to have a full life. I would do this all over, knowing it would all be worth it in the end. She's such a sweet little angel and I'm so proud she put up one hell of a fight for her life! read more

Unfortunately, I've had to bring my dog here twice. My dog suddenly grew a gigantic ear hematoma. His ears are dark, so all I saw was a giant fluid filled ear. This was close to 11 pm so it wasn't busy, they took him right away. I weighed the treatment options and decided to drain, cauterize, and repair the ear. Not only did the doctor do a phenomenal job, I got him back after surgery the next day at 11 am! It was also under $1,500 for everything. Now during this covid crisis, I found out my dog had elevated liver enzymes after vomiting and lethargy. Everywhere is crazy getting into any vet. After a symptom change I rushed him in. He was treated for dehydration and came home feeling great. There was a bit of a wait, but it's to be expected, and I feel safe with my dog there. They check in on you after your visit, and they care. Can't ask much more for an emergency vet hospital. read more

Don't have time for a full review now but, in short, this is your place if you have $3,000 - $5,000 burning a hole in your pocket and you want to waste it on a sick pet you don't like very much. This will become apparent when you're filling out the paperwork and it requires you to initial a statement that says (I'm paraphrasing here) that you won't accuse the staff of only caring about money. It's literally in their paperwork. Because it's a thing. But we all know that the staff at the front desk probably don't set the prices so I'm here to yell at the owner of this business. I had to take my dog there on Easter night because she could not walk on her back paw. My first encounter with the clinic was great. They explained to me over the phone what the guidelines were in this pandemic, to call as soon as I got into the parking lot and they would come out to get my pet when it was her turn. They came out and took her back, a little while later they called me to inform me that they were going to have to sedate her and open her paw. I was told that the amount would be anywhere from $900-1100 and was assured that it would not cost anymore then that. I paid a $900 deposit and was told I could pick her up the next day after work. They also informed me that the doctor would call me that night with an update. While at work the next day, I had to call to get an update on what the findings were. When I called, they transferred me to a female doctor who sounded frustrated and annoyed that I had even called to ask questions. She let me know that my dog was ready to be picked up. When I arrived to pick her up, I called and let them know that I was there. They had stated that I would be getting a refund of about $85 because they over charged me. They brought her out to me with a copy of the bill. As I was driving away, I realized they never went over the discharge instructions with me since she had a huge bandage on her foot. I pulled over and called, the girl that answered said she would email it to me. She let me know that I needed to bring her back in 3 days for a bandage change and then 3-5 days after that, her stitches would come out in 14 days. 3 days later I brought her to the clinic for her bandage change. I waited 2 hours in the parking lot. I called again to see when they would be taking her back and the lady acted like I hadn't even called in at all. They came out and got her, then when they were going to bring her back to me the lady called and said they would need to get a payment for the bandage change. Never once did anyone say anything about being charged for the bandage change. I let her know that and told her that I was told I wouldn't be charged anymore then what I had already paid. She said she would leave a note for the manager and see what could happen. The tech that brought her back out to me proceeded to argue with me about the payment, I told her that since I was a nurse I could have done it, if I had known they were going to charge me for it. Her response was that they don't allow that and they are busy too. I waited another 3 days before calling to see if the manager had a chance to look at the account to see if she could waive the fees. When she did call me back he response to me was that she waived the fees and that it was taken care of. I asked her if she was goin for call and let me know, she said that the note the staff left her did not say I wanted a call back. I'm sorry but I think a manager should call and let the customer know the issue with their account has been handled. She proceeded to argue with me over the phone in regards to the bandage changes and when I asked to talk to her boss because I felt like she was rude and the information I was given was incorrect, she said she would leave them a message. I have yet to this day heard back from anyone there. I'm sorry, but most of the staff were rude and had no customer service skills. read more

Can I give a 0??? Brought my dog to them with a common issue he has. Nothing I haven't seen before, but this time it concerned me a little more than normal. Within minutes they deemed his case an emergency and the litany of medical procedures done to him, without my consultation, were administered. All information was told to me via phone, as no one is allowed inside because apparently Covid is still a thing in their office. When information was relayed to me it was fast, overly complicated medical jargon made to sound like it was all a necessary procedure in order to save my dog's life. Of course, the $1200 deposit would be long gone, and the total bill would have been to the tune of $4000-$5000. In the end, I was still charged about $600, okay fine, they did help him...a little bit, but not much. I took him out of there and went to another vet, who gave me calm and collected advice on how to tend to his issues and gave me some recommendations for possible future procedures that will help him with his issue, should it get worse, not present them as a necessary emergency procedure. This office does not care about the animals, or the family trusting them with their loved ones, they care about their bottom line. They didn't care that I've dealt with this issue and know what has worked to get my dog past it before. They didn't care that they stressed him out, ultimately exacerbating that issue. Yes, I am not a certified veterinary professional, but wouldn't the experience of the pet parent be a key piece of information for the doctor to consider? But then again, that would require him to actually see them face to face. In the end, if you need a 24 hour vet...find another. And for those wondering, my boy is doing okay... read more

My dogs got into a fight with each while I was at the grocery store. When I got home to my surprise when I got home and checked on them Roxie was in shock and barely conscious. I wasn't prepared for this. It was about 9:30pn. A friend told me to go to Emergency Pet Clinic. I called prior to showing up and was able to complete their questionnaire promptly after Roxie was loaded. Even if it is an emergency like my situation have someone do the questionnaire before you arrive or you will have a longer wait period. Roxie was able to get in after about 15 min. The vet said she was in critical condition due to blood loss. They took her in and I went home and waited for an update call. Vet called and was really nice and explained injuries and treatments. For the type of injuries Roxie had I was bracing for the next shock. Cost!!!! I paid less than 2k for everything including meds. Roxie was able to go home the next day. She was in pain for 2 days but after that back to herself. I received 2 post release follow up calls and an email. All the staff were very friendly even though people were losing it because of their pets emergency. Both vets I spoke to were 5 !!! Thank you so much... read more

The below response from this hospital is not in true in the least. When I came in to have my dog seen it was at 8 41. I was told she would be seen right away as she had suffered bites on her back and leg from another dog. We had to wait over 5 hours to be seen and the only reason I was able to get her looked at was because I called multiple times to have someone look at her. When it was time to go over pricing no one could tell me the cost and I asked to take my dog out because of terrible service and was still charged 140 dollars. I am seeking refund for this horrible experience for my dog and myself. Good news is we brought her to another vet who was able to help and treat her. I can't thank the kind and compassionate staff enough for taking care of my boxer pup. She started vomiting bile, had diarrhea and was lethargic. They took us right in and kept us updated with the plan of care. Multiple tests and meds were administered. They found an ileus on X-ray which caused a partial bowel obstruction. After 12 hours she was able to come home. Every single person who called was so friendly, kept us up to date, and calmed my anxiety. All my questions were answered. Thank you so much for everything! Took my pup in and it had to have surgery. We agreed to pay the $6,000 up front ... In the mean time while knowing our was was in serious pain. They told us that they would not give the pup any pain medication for the pain until the $6,000 charge was put on our card. We could hear our puppy yelping while on the phone...we had thought they would of done something but refused. The only positive part of the experience was the nurse on the phone and the lady that returned the pup to our vehicle. The doctor told us after the surgery that the pup had been taken out to walk and urinate etc. I asked where ? He just kept stuttering and couldn't answer me !!! After picking her up we drove around the building and there was nothing but black top behind the building. Once we got home she must of urinated 10 times in the first 4 hours after we picked her up. Obviously they never walked her either, she could hardly walk when they brought her to us. Therefore I was correct that they don't walk the dogs or give them a chance to do there business and keep them boarded up in there cages. That is not humane to treat an animal that way. We just had an emergency visit for our Frenchie that lost his nail and his pad was bleeding profusely. I called and was told about the current protections in place (hang in your car , we will come out ) and Kahley assisted us and was excellent. Sunday, 4th of July weekend our very large German Shephard was bitten by a rattlesnake. Being a holiday weekend and a Sunday, we had few options on where to take him. My husband and I were so scared that our dog was going to die before we could find a clinic open so we just rushed here without calling ahead. They were so responsive and took him right away. Dr. Siamen (sp?) was very very communicative and let us know the status of our pet at least 3 times in the 24 hours he was under his care. While the cost was very high, it is nothing compared to saving the life of a four-legged, family member. I am so grateful to them for saving my boy's life. I brought my fur babies here when they consumed a corn on the cob. It was late at night, and the vet had several patients already. Because I had to wake early for work the next day, I was relieved at how quickly they assessed, treated, and released my fur babies. The vet tech who spoke with me by phone and assisted me in person had a friendly demeanor, which I appreciated during such a crazy time. I typically DO NOT experience that kindness at my regular vet nor the other emergency vet hospital near my home. Another bonus was the clinic refunded me the vomit-inducing medication the vet didn't need to use (it's based on dog weight). I don't think most clinics would do that, so I was pleasantly surprised. I don't normally use this vet for emergencies but probably will because of how kind everyone was to my family- both human and canine. Thank you! read more

I wish I had looked up some reviews before taking my Jack here. Maybe then I would have known that they do not put your pets needs before their need to collect a boatload of money. My Jack had a respiriatory infection that had come on quickly. I had taken him to the regular vet a few days prior and he was put on antibiotics and we thought he was doing better until the evening when I noticed the color of his tongue was a little pale. I went in the other room to set up oxygen for him, and he coughed up blood,while being a bit excited about me being out of site. I took him to the bedroom and used the bulb syringe to suction the blood out of his throat, put him on oxygen and called EPC. I explained the situation, including the oxygen therapy at home, antibiotics and 4 visits to the vet during the week along with him coughing up blood. Instead of telling me that he really needs the oxygen and if I did not have oxygen for transport to stay home, they told me to make the 40 minute trip to their location in Temecula without oxygen. They led me to believe they would do more for him there. The drive there was horrible for Jack. He was trying to get loose to escape what he was feeling and he wet himself on my lap. I ran him in the door and they immediately demanded $800. They took him back and put him in the oxygen tank with no blanket, where he couldn't see me, and caused him to be stressed. At that time they had been given permission to treat him. I pulled out three credit cards and told them to break up the $800 payment between the three. A few minutes later they asked me to go into a room where I spoke with the vet. They vet was now recommending 24-48 hours of oxygen therapy at a cost of $2000-$3500- He did not give me an itemized estimate. He told me that he had very little functioning lung. I asked him if Jack could survive and he told me he could but I would have to give them $2000 up front. I only had $1000 with me and I told the girls I had some money at home and would have to go home to get it. They then told me I could bring it in the morning before shift change. During the time I spoke with the doctor, he told me that many of their patients could be saved but unfortunately their parents run out of money before they can receive the life saving treatments. The estimate they gave me was for 24 to 48 hours- not stating what treatment Jack would receive. Their doctor made it sound like he may not last that amount of time, so for the estimate to be for soley oxygen therapy made no sense. However - no other treatment was done, no antibiotics, no steroids, no clearing the airway. Jack was just alone in a cold cage with oxygen. After I questioned the doctor about the lack of treatment he claimed I had tied his hands by not providing more money up front. But he did not tell me any more treatment plans? Or the costs for that matter. I headed home after the doctor told me Jack would receive antibiotics and a towel, so that I could bring more money back. I only made it to Murrieta Hot Springs road before I was called and told that Jack was worse and I needed to turn around and come back to discuss new treatment plans. When I returned, the doctor pulled me into a room where he proceeded to tell me he thought my Jack had Distemper and I would need to pay for an expensive test to check on this. He thought this because Jack could no longer stand up and his eyes were not focusing together. His oxygen saturation had been down for some time at this point- so most people would have thought that the oxygen deprivation would have caused the neurological symptoms. But this doctor put a fear in me about Distemper to spite the fact that Jack had had his shots and had not been exposed to distemper anywhere. About this time the vet tec came in and said they were now providing CPR on Jack as his heart had stopped and he had stopped breathing. I was told that I had to go in and watch so I could call it to spite signing a form that put the decision in the doctors hands. This was a horrible experience. Only now did they try to suction the blood from Jack's airways. They tied his mouth open and kept turning him upside down yelling dump! the blood would role out of jacks mouth and they would put a tube in and start up again. This happened about three times and they prepared some atropine and injected in him and his heart started back up. A few more seconds and he was breathing again, but they looked at h is eyes and told me he would have brain damage and they he had to be put to sleep after reviving him. Mind you the doctor was supposed to make the decision on whether or not to do the CPR but instead of following the form they made me watch this. After all of this I just wanted to scoop my Jack up and take him home. I knew of a pet crematory that costs far less than these places charge and I just did not want to deal with these people who refused my pet treatment until they had money in t read more

They were open when all other veterinarians were closed today ( the day after thanksgiving). Our regular vet was not seeing patients and was leaving early. We were treated on the phone very professionally by friendly helpful staff. When we got there, we were triaged and waited less than 2:hours, which we were told in advance. The veterinarian, Dr. Kim Delapeza, was honest and upfront and treated us professionally and kindly. She was thorough in our cat's diagnosis, covered everything we needed to know, and was up front about everything. Was it expensive ? Yes, it's an emergency pet clinic. Was it worth it ? Yes, our cat was seen and treated to the best of their ability. i have confidence on the staff there. I will highly recommend them to anyone who considers their pets part of the family. read more

First off DON'T GO HERE!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! My experience: my rescue dog; Parvo. I get there with my very sick dog who has none stop throwing up. Soon as I get there the receptionist is dry. I tell her I think my dog has parvo. She says oh, ok wait outside...I go oh ok. I step outside with my dog only to be kept waiting outside in the cold with my sick dog. She seriously made me wait outside while I'm freaked out about my dog who is very sick. She only said she would give me some paper to fill out is all. No compassion. So I see her cleaning and talking to some other person who is there. I go and ask can I please have the papers to fill out so I can sign in my sick dog. She says yes but I have to clean first. Like seriously just give the papers so I can fill them out before you start cleaning at least. Have some common sence. She finally gives me the paper. I fill it out. Still waiting outside. I get my dog is sick, but have some compassion I am already sad and horrified that my dog is sick. Finally get called in. We wait for awhile to be seen, again my dog is sick, I'm scared and just want to be seen. Finally the nurse comes in. I give her the information about our dog, we know what she has, we tell her we don't need to waste time with a test we, know what it is, please just give us options. I get even more upset when she asks if we have more dogs in the home (we say yes, a terrier and she is pregnant) she goes off to tell me, yeah they probably won't make it since the virus is already in your house. So to make things even worse now I'm terrified for my unborn puppies, way to make a girl feel better when her dog is already dying! Just add insult to injury. The waiting outside, the unpleasant receptionist who has no customer service skills, and the unnecessary remark of my unborn soon to die puppies, the high cost. Unbelievable. My dog was attacked by two larger dogs injuring her '' Axl'' with 11 deep canine punctures into her upper torso. I brought her into this clinic for help and Dr Campos immediately took charge. He and the staff stepped it up when this was most needed. I am grateful for your urgency and expertise with this emergency. Axl after a long difficult night is on pain meds and inflammatories with signs of recovery. If you have the option, go to another 24hr clinic. We will NEVER step foot in there again. The only reason we went here was that our normal vet recommended that we go there because they were going to close and if our dog needed observation that would be the best place for him to be seen. Our vet sounded extremely concerned when I called before heading over to this emergency clinic which of course got me even more concerned. We get to the clinic and are hardly even looked at! We were asked to fill out papers and sat in the waiting room. The receptionist took our dog back for a minute or two for god only knows and then made us sit and wait in the waiting room for 2 hours without anyone speaking to us. I'm still panicking because I have NO CLUE if my dog is okay and no one seems to care. Meanwhile, an older lady came in with another dog who had surgery to say thank you to the doctors for saving his life and was basically given the cold shoulder too. During this time the receptionist and nurses would look at me and chit chat which I found beyond rude. We were at the EMERGENCY VET CLINIC no attention at all and no one else in the place but us. I told my husband that there better be some sort of huge emergency because we were being treated like crap. So after I ask a ton of questions and notice new symptoms appearing while waiting we finally got in a room and was seen by a nurse who then JOKED with us about our situation. WTF honestly we think our dog could die and you're cracking jokes about what he ate? what's wrong with you? No one has even told us a word about the condition of our dog and you're making jokes? Anyway, the vet came in and didn't seem too concerned about us either, wrestled with our dog on the floor like it was no big deal. Finally told us he wasn't going to die, but he should still stay for 6 hours to be watched just in case. The cost: $1000 for iv fluid and stuck in a cage with no attention for 6 - 8 hours. Ya no! According to my husband, he also looked offended when he asked for other options. Our thoughts are; if you're making us wait 3 hours and then wrestle with our dog the first minute you're seeing us then he must be fine. Why spend the money when you'll just wanna play around. Anyway, our dog is home with us now and if anything comes up we will never be going back to there. I don't care what was happening in the back behind closed doors, you don't treat your customers like that regardless of the reason they are there. Had you'll told us, hey there's an emergency and the vet's in surgery or something i'm sure I would feel slightly different, but nope not a word. Communication is vital and give compassion. Every time I asked questions I was told: "I don't know, let me ask". Our pets are our like our babies. There was plenty of girls who could've talked to us instead of each other but they "didn't know".
