UPDATE 8/29/26 We returned to Emiliano's with good friends from out of town. We all agreed the food taste was outstanding. The problem, once again, was the uneven service or lack there of. Apparently two other tables near us were having problems as well; I saw the the manager go over to each. Those tables started being served after that. The manager never showed his face in the dining room again, despite it being a Saturday night, restaurant was full, and wait staff unable to keep up, or disinterested in follow up, not sure which it was. It's truly a shame that such delicious food has such terrible service. More disturbing is that management doesn't make an effort to correct this long-standing problem. read more

We sat in the bar area for happy hour which filled up quickly. The BEST eggplant parm appetizer, great sauce lots of cheese and flavor. The fried calamari was big rings breading a little more heavy but not overcooked, served with marinara. Dinner special was a great value, entree with salad and dessert. I ordered the chicken francese hubs had the chicken parm. Both were good portion, my dish lacked lemon, tasted more of a butter sauce. I squeezed a whole lemon on top to get some acidity. Overall we did enjoy our meal and look forward to returning to try their other dishes. read more

Their food is amazing, but their service is very slow on at least two occasions that we've been to. We tried to go one night at 9 PM and stood at the front desk for well over five minutes and no one ever came. We left and went elsewhere. read more

We heard many good reviews of the restaurant and decided to give it a try. They advertised a summer special on their website $35 pp for a large selection of 3 course dinner. We all selected and enjoyed what our choices were however when our bill came, we were charged $39 pp. Although it was a small difference, when we mentioned this to the server, he said he mentioned this to the manager and did nothing about adjusting the bill. We also complained many times during our meal that the air conditioning was not working properly as we were all perspiring. Again, nothing from the manager. Maybe if they fix the a/c, we will try again. But I am on the fence read more

We went out for an early dinner with the family and were pretty disappointed. The food was not very good at all. Their pizza was tasty but nothing special. There was one server working ten tables she forgot our appetizers and my drink, honestly don't blame her because of how busy she was. We had a very good food experience here a couple weekends ago. We'd made reservations -- which I highly suggest -- and when we arrived, they were quite busy. There's ample parking in the lot right outside the restaurant or within a short walk in the adjoining lot. The restaurant itself is located on the south end of the Walmart shopping center on the northwest corner of Lake Worth Road and 441. Once inside the restaurant, you will not be aware of it being in a shopping strip or any traffic, etc. To get this out of the way, the only minor negatives were that the tables are fairly close together. This is especially true of the small two-top tables in the middle of the dining room. You won't have much privacy conversing, but the food here is the star. The other comment is that the servers are quite enthusiastic, friendly, and amenable, but they all seemed to be teenagers still needing a bit more training. We came to try the Chef's August menu which was price-fixed with three courses for only $35. The portions were huge on all courses and all items. And everything we ate was delicious. To start, they provide bread in a basket and a whole roasted head of garlic to spread on the bread. My husband also enjoyed a very good and refreshing cocktail to start. I wish I could remember the name, but it had lemoncello and gin and club soda, I think. I'm not much of a drinker at all, but I tried a sip and liked it, also. There were five options for the first course from soup to salads and an eggplant dish and some meatballs. We both chose the Caesar salad. The plate-sized salad had romaine lettuce and red lettuce, copious amounts of cheese, and crunchy croutons. All topped with a nice, light dressing. The second course had over a dozen choices. My husband had their short rib Bolognese. In addition to a very meaty "ragu" (sauce) over tender fettucine pasta, there was a large chunk of tender short rib meat. And of course, some parmigiana cheese. He said it was excellent. And he took half of his dish home for another later meal. I had the grilled salmon. It was perfectly cooked and served over creamy polenta. On top of the polenta and salmon were cooked small tomatoes and a truffle butter sauce. Alongside the fish there were al dente stalks of colorful broccolini. I, too, wound up taking half my meal home. Dessert was the third course. There were three options -- a few different flavors of gelato, creme brulee, and cannoli. We decided to get the cannoli to go and share a creme brulee in the restaurant. They served the classic rich custard in a large martini glass. There was a slight layer of crunchy "burned" sugar on the top. It was a nice, sweet ending. We will definitely be returning here in the future. Lots more items to try on their appealing regular menu. This might even become a frequent dining spot for us. read more

the food and ambience was 10/10 but.... the wait time and service was horrible. Only brought 1 water bottle for a party of like 10 and the servers came up to us maybe 3 times( when they were taking food orders) and then we had to wait well over 30 minutes for the bill and they didn't even bring us change the first time... and then another 15-20 minutes for the change. Insane. Also by the time we asked for the check the restaurant wasn't as busy as it was in the beginning, half the tables left so it's not like they were that busy.. read more

Emiliano Italian was a huge surprise, not only because they offered an incredible veal chop parmesan that I savored with every bite, cocktails that were not only satisfying, strong, mixed well, and made you moderate your sips, but also their plethora of gluten-free pasta and pizza options that made my wife incredibly happy, especially with the wild mushroom gluten-free pasta. Our server was also on point, friendly, and ensured our experience was worth while. She was very engaged and provided great suggestions for what we should order. Because of her, I ordered the veal chop parmesan when I originally was going to consider other dishes. The savoriness of the sauce and melted cheese combined with the crusted veal chop. The Melagrano and Campari Spritz was a delicious cocktail that served me well as we enjoyed appetizers of carpaccio di manzo and burrata. Overall, the experience was awesome, the food was amazing. We got the $35 take out meal for 2 tonight. It was truly a great value. We got the Caesar salad for shared appetizer, hubby got sausage arrabiata pizza and I got shrimp scampi risotto. The salad was plentiful and fresh. I did request anchovies which may have accounted for the $38 charge rather than $35, but must have been forgotten. Pizza was hot from oven and he was full after eating half of it. My shrimp scampi risotto had 5 large succulent shrimp and buttery risotto with nice fresh spinach in it. I needed to give it a little kick, so I squeezed a half lemon over it which did the trick! I also was full after eating a little more than half. There are other appetizers and entrees to choose from, and I highly recommend this special! Such a great option for a yummy and plentiful quality take out meal! read more

An oasis in an area some may consider a restaurant wasteland ... Emiliano Italian is a bustling space on 441 & Lake Worth Roads, in the corner of a strip mall with stores, including Walmart, Connie's consignment shop and Strathmore Bagels. What initially drove me to it was the wild mushroom pie. A pizza with mozzarella, maitake, beach, & trumpet mushrooms on a cauliflower crust, drizzled with truffle oil (not too much and not too little). I don't eat pizza and this was great! It had no tomato sauce - and is definitely one to try. I loved it. PS the rest of the pizza look great as well. From your basic. MARGARITA and LOVE OF SALAD pizza (yes, just like it sounds) to MEAT LOVERS, there's a nice variety. The CARPACCIO DI MANZO parmigiano reggiano - arugula - lemon - capers - olive oil was simple - and perfectly delicious. If you are a fan, don't miss it. It's exactly what you want it to be. EntreesAndrea's were also delish. My husband loves lasagna, and he wasn't disappointed. My dad - he is quite particular - seconded the greatness of lasagna. He went with SHORT RIB BOLOGNESE - and while he wished it had the lasagna's "red gravy", I loved it. Rich, tender, savory but not too much... I would order it next time I went. A cautionary note: I ordered chicken franchise, thinking it would be exactly what I wanted and it came out very buttery and greasy. I sent it back and it pulled off everyone else's plate cause I couldn't come back from that Short of that one dish, dinner was absolutely great. Juan Gando has done it again! We started with the homemade mozzarella caprese salad. A bit pricey but the cheese was fabulous! At the recommendation of our daughter (a server there) I had the short rib bolognese and it was just such a step up from other Italian places we've been to. Spouse had the chicken scarpariello and though it didn't look like a large amount of food, we both had leftovers to enjoy the next day. We finished with a cannoli & again, it was delicious. Our waiter was very polite & helpful. The ambiance is sexy with the dark walls, but extremely loud in the dining room. We ate in the bar area & there is also outdoor seating, both of which I'd recommend. We will definitely return for more culinary delights! read more

I've visited Emiliano Italian Restaurant twice, and unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing due to poor management. My first visit was for my mom's birthday. Right from the start, we had a terrible first impression with the manager. He was rude when we politely asked to change tables. We were seated at what was essentially a tiny patio table--about 2 feet by 2 feet--which was clearly too small for three people. His attitude about the situation made it even worse. That being said, the food was absolutely amazing, and the staff was wonderful. Our server was attentive and kind, and they truly made up for the poor behavior from management. I decided to give the restaurant another chance on Valentine's Day. I had made a reservation for 8:45 PM, but when I arrived, the experience was just as frustrating. The host repeatedly ignored me while allowing other guests to skip ahead in line to ask questions, even though I had been waiting patiently. After finally speaking to someone, I was told that every table and reservation was on a waitlist because the kitchen was behind. If I made a reservation, I don't understand why I still had to wait with no clear communication. It's disappointing because the food and regular staff are excellent. However, the management appears to be very poorly run, which overshadows the positives. I honestly believe they over booked themselves and that's still apart of poor management. Due to the consistent issues with organization and customer service at the management level, I unfortunately would not recommend this restaurant. read more

Emiliano's Restaurant Lake Worth VERY DISAPPOINTED We had dinner at Emiliano's in the Wycliffe shopping center last evening. In my twenty years living in this area, I've seen this restaurant location change ownership and names at least a half dozen times. When Emiliano's opened 2-3 years ago, it finally felt like we had a quality Italian restaurant close to home. Last night completely changed that opinion. We started with a Caesar salad that was really just mixed greens with a small amount of bottled Caesar dressing. Entrées were equally disappointing. The Chicken Scapariello consisted of some ground pork with tiny, pea-sized pieces of chicken and a few peppers. The Snapper Francese was dry and not filleted properly, and a pasta dish at our table was bland and unimpressive. I've enjoyed this restaurant on past visits, which makes this experience especially frustrating. Perhaps there has been a change in the kitchen or chef. Excellent food! I like to start with the best part of the evening (other than the company)! Everyone was extremely happy with their meals. I had shrimp over linguini in a red sauce. There were either 5 or 6 VERY large shrimp over linguini with a delicious red sauce. The chicken parmigiana was a HUGE portion and tasted even better than it looked. The short rib bolognese looked beautiful but I didn't taste it. Before we ordered, we were given water (choice of bottled, sparkling or tap) and rolls with roasted garlic to spread! Now for the negatives. Service - - the staff were all extremely nice but terribly disorganized. To begin, the rolls, which were not nearly on the same level as the rest of the food, were just simple dinner rolls with some seasoning - I was expecting a nice crusty roll so this was a disappointment. After they took our orders, we never saw the wait staff again until our dinner had arrived - - well, all but one dinner had arrived. It seemed as if that last order had been forgotten and it took quite a while before it was served - - very awkward for the rest of us to start eating while one just sat there. After my meal was served I was asked if I wanted some grated cheese -- I said I did so the waiter had to go and find some! He came back with a hunk of cheese and a zester and started grating over my food as well as over my phone and the table! They never asked us if we wanted a drink so we had to call them over to order some. Finally - the noise. Their decor includes open ceilings - it's extremely loud inside and it really is difficult to hear people across the table. When it's a little cooler outside I imagine eating outside will be more satisfying. I will absolutely go back to this restaurant - - the food was truly that good. So far...not way too bad. But when a server describes something from the menu as "disgusting" that was a 1) a big turnoff and 2) showed how the establishment is hiring very food-specific uneducated staff. Then the funny thing is, we ordered carpaccio and it was disgusting. The meat smelled foul - and it was so thick and chewy for this dish, we sent it back. The limoncello was rushed and burned which it should not have. The bread was awful as well however.... The redemption dish was a breaded parmigiana veal chop (bone-in). 10 of 10 and that is the reason for all three stars above. Other issues: this restaurant could be far more intimate if they had booths against the opposite wall rather than a table where we felt very exposed. The hostess in a very short dress who kept bending over was a huge turn off and it was cold outside at 60° yet the inside of the restaurant was even colder. So far, we still see some menu items that we could try however it will not be my first restaurant choice although I reside very close. God Bless. read more

I've dined at Emiliano's more than a few times. I've held back writing a review because I know it's a tough business and I don't wish to discourage others. But here goes.... The good: The food is very good, well prepared and the service is very attentive save for the fact that they do not pace your meal properly and seem to be more interested in turning tables over as quickly as possible. Their servers need to slow it down. We were served drinks, appetizers, mains and we were out of there within 40 minutes! Yes, we felt rushed. Now for the very bad part: The tables for two are very small. Between the bread basket (very good!), the water bottle, silverware, bread plates, bottle of balsamic and olive oil, salt & pepper shakers, the drink menu, the regular menu and the bulb of roasted garlic, you feel very cramped and uncomfortable. There isn't a square inch to spare. You have to be very deft of hand not to knock something over. Then we get to the acoustics. There are none! You cannot have a conversation without screaming which only adds to the din. It's beyond uncomfortably LOUD. The floor is cement, the ceiling is steel sheeting and the walls are bare. You would think an experienced owner/restauranteur would put even a little thought into trying to provide their guests with a comfortable dining experience. But this guy compounds the noise by attempting to pipe in some kind of music.... Which nobody can hear nor can pay attention to. Where's some noise dampening material or even some acoustic tiling to absorb some of it? Between the cramped and uncomfortable tables and the unaddressed noise level, I left the restaurant feeling that I was put through a grinder and I wanted to shout "SERENITY NOW!" Needless to say, I've given Emiliano's a fair shot and even though the food is very good and well prepared, it's just not a comfortable dining experience and I won't be going back anytime soon until I start hearing from others that they started paying some attention to their customer's dining experience a little more. read more

This is turned out to be one of my favorite Italian restaurants in the Wellington area. I love the fact that most of the time you won't need a reservation because the establishment is so large with the inside and outside dining. The food is always very good. The service is very nice. The atmosphere is lovely and I frequent this establishment at least 3 times a month. read more

Went with friends for Valentine's Day. We had to do something that we have never done before, leave before getting served our food! After two hours, and being told time and again the food was coming with only two orders ahead of us, we called over the manager and told him to forget it. It would have been almost 2 /12 hours after being seated before we got our main dish. The service was terrible, every time we asked for something, salt, a coke, a plate etc. it never came or we had to keep calling a server over to the table. Our friends have eaten there in the past and never experienced anything like this and enjoyed the food. Can't comment on the food because it never came. Knowing it was Valentine's Day and based on their reservations they should have been prepared to accommodate a full house. read more

Worst service arrived at 6:30 dinner served at 8:45 on a Tuesday night with two kids. We waited 35 minutes for a bottle of wine and 45 minutes for a cocktail. Food Ok staff tried but way under staffed. Desert took 30 minutes. There is no way they should add 20% service charge for this type of service. Emiliano is new to the Wellington area, but an amazing addition to the community. We have enjoyed all of our meals (of which have been many). Food has always been good. Hostess was wearing inappropriate clothing, so short of a dress that you could almost see her privates. Not representative of a classy restaurant, if that is what the restaurant is looking for, but trashy. Table water had oil droplets in it, so we asked for another bottle of water. No more than three or four tables full at any given time. The food and the service were great, the Mrs. had penne à la vodka, and I had short ribs with fettuccine Bolognese, both were perfect.
