The best airport lounge in the Bay Area. The food was good. A lot of selection plus more you can request from the kitchen. They had an open bar that you can pour yourself your own drinks. They were always cleaning and checking up on you. When it was time to board, we had a gate on the same level. Didn't need to leave the lounge area. They kept you up to date on your boarding. Restroom was clean. I can not wait to return.

THE BEST LOUNGE EVER!! This was my first time at the Emirates SFO lounge and I had no idea what to expect... until you are blown away the minute you walk in.. This place is huge, plenty of seating, separate dining area, full bar and EXCELLENT and very courteous staff. Selection of food is enormous.. caters to every palate.. vegetarian, vegan, steak and sea food.. all meat is halal. This lounge caters to currently just one flight that goes out of SFO to Dubai. So opens just when the check in counter opens which is 3.5 hours prior to your flight and closes right after you board. For Lunch they had roasted pepper soup, with selection of fresh baked bread, salad, appetizers and Various types of Arabic dips, steak, salmon, shrimp curry, Indian vegetarian dishes like paneer butter masala and veg korma, raita, papadum and pickle. Top shelf alcohol, at a self serve bar.. pour what you please! Being a wine lover, the selection of wines blew me away.. Emirates known for serving veuve clicquot for their champagne, I was surprised to see Pol Roger reserve, which was way better! Their wine selection is fantastic, Chardonnay, sav blanc, Pinot noir and Cabernet.. all local from the Napa area. They even have cute little port wine glasses and a great 2003 port that paired great with their pear chocolate tart, hazelnut banana Bundt and cheesecake. They also have nice shower facility, business lounge with computers and internet and complimentary WiFi The best part... you board from lounge!! Can this get any better?!

Probably the best lounge I've experienced in the US thus far! The food spread is excellent, and a nice champagne and wine selection too! Everything we had was delicious, and the desserts were very fresh and light. The salmon and various salads and other bites come on separate plates, and see well stocked. We arrived about an hour before boarding, so we definitely helped ourselves *eats everything with no shame* The seating is well spread out with lots of tables and comfortable chairs. You can tell this lounge is very well maintained and the employees have a friendly attitude :) It was also nice that we boarded the plane through a special door and hallway connecting from the lounge to the first class and business class seats. We definitely felt the special treatment on the flight with more champagne (read: Don Perignon, yaaaaasssss please!) I don't think I'll be flying Emirates any time soon as I have other travel plans, but if I do, this Business Lounge is a must visit!

The best in SFO!!! We've got the contract with them to do their weekly flowers in their lounge. I also found out that they are the only airline lounge to have fresh flowers not only at their reception desk but all through out their lounge even in the dining room and restrooms. We have been working here for a year now and with all the observations i have...they have the best airline and best service all around the world...5 star all the way.

This is a "temporary location" and supposedly a new and fancy lounge will be christened in 2027. This current iteration of the lounge is open: 5am-11pm. I was granted access without difficulty about three hours before my flight. Typical breakfast options were being served including assorted fruit, oatmeal, grits, & lots of breakfast pastries. The hot food consisted of egg white frittatas, biscuits & gravy, chicken apple sausage, mini pancakes, bacon & vegan sausage. Items were being replenished quickly and there were a number of employees clearing plates & assisting patrons. At 11am, the staff announced last call for breakfast, & they indicated that they would be setting up for lunch. The bar is fully stocked & the coffee machines are humming. I had a 2% latte that was pleasant. On the other side of the lounge is a fully stocked tea & drip coffee station. There is also a water / water bottle refill station that is not exactly intuitive. You have to hold down the little button at the base of the faucet. Anyhoo... The space itself is nothing special or spectacular, and it was quite busy the whole time I sat here. It was more pleasant than sitting at the gate though, that is for sure! The bathrooms are adequate. L'Occitane Verveine soap is stocked, but there is no lotion. (When I went back into the bathroom before I left the lounge, the lotion had been restocked.) Shower facilities are available upon request. Overall, this is an adequate lounge that dues the job, but it is not a showstopper or particularly memorable - nor does it really scream "Centurion", premium, luxury, or anything similar to that. Peace.

Breakfast options were the following: Biscuits & gravy- just okay. This was a little dense and heavy for my liking. Bacon- always a solid choice and perfectly cooked Sausage- tasted fine. Herbed potatoes- I enjoyed this and the veggies Egg white omelettes- Did not try this but looked fine. Pancakes- Did not try any but looked fine. Green smoothie- I enjoyed these. Oatmeal- This was fine and texture was perfect. Yogurt- Did not try this Various fruit- Pineapple, honeydew, cantaloupe, blueberries. Fresh and pineapple and melons were sweet. Pastry items: croissants, danish, cinnamon roll- just okay Staff were attentive and area was clean. I am not a breakfast person, but needed something since I was flying to the east coast.

When I walked up to the buffet-style breakfast, there were no plates--only bowls. That made it a lot harder to grab what I actually wanted. I eventually found a seat and tried to eat, but it was so crowded that there weren't any seats with tables available. I ended up finding another spot with a ledge, so that worked. The eggs were good, but there was no cream cheese for the bagels. After toasting one and realizing there wasn't any cream cheese, I had to eat it dry. I'd suggest adding that to the spread--no pun intended. I tried the strawberry-infused water, and it wasn't very good, but the orange juice was pretty good. They also had a robot moving around, though I'm not sure what its purpose was. There were people collecting trash and plates, which helped keep everything clean. Overall, I think I would go back if I had the chance.

The check in is quick and the staff was very helpful in giving us a rundown of the lay out of the lounge. Food was great. They had a salad bar and also some hot options. There were 2 options of soup, pulled pork, black forbidden rice, and veggies. Flavor wise, everything was delicious. There's also a pancake machine available the whole day and desserts. There is a separate bar area offering some complimentary drinks and also the option for upgraded "premium" spirits. As well as a coffee bar area with a barista available to make lattes, cappuccinos and more. There is a lot of seating area, and it's spaced out so you're not crowded in one area. Walking off a plane at that hour, you are not looking for much, just somewhere quiet to land. The Alaska Lounge was right across from our gate. First time in, and the staff made it feel like they were glad we showed up. Friendly, genuine, no airport-zombie energy. The space is impressive. Floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the tarmac and the hillside, plenty of natural light, and seating for every mood: work tables, soft chairs, window loungers, even a private booth if you need to take a call. I planted myself at a window seat and didn't move. The bar is well-stocked. What stood out was having an actual barista on-site. Oat milk latte and a bowl of steel cut oatmeal, exactly what I needed at that hour. One honest note: the food selection was thin and several items needed restocking when we came through. The staff were apologetic and moved quickly, which matters. But the variety just wasn't there. Solid lounge. Good people. Great space. The food program has room to grow into what the rest of the experience already delivers.

The place can get busy and an occasional traveling swine will leave a belonging on a chair or table to "Reserve" it - rendering it unusable for possibly hours.
