Carlos diagnosed and repaired the problem with our Samsung dryer, checked for any other issues, and gave it a good cleaning. Terrible. I should have been on guard that Emmanual was available to come to my home within hours of my call. They sent a repair tech who had no clue what to do and was on his cell phone the entire time talking with someone trying to figure out how to repair my refrigerator. Then the tech said it was merely a reset switch, pushed it, and said it was good to go. He never looked at why the reset button was popping, but charged the $65 fee. Of course, minutes after the tech left, the refrigerator failed again. When I called back and after they took my money, Emmanual's schedule was booked for days. When another tech finally came back, he claimed a part was needed and repairs would be over $500.00, for something that was apparently never a problem to begin with and only a flipped switch!! This other tech was also on the phone the entire time talking with someone else to figure out what to do. This part was to take another 4 days to get then the time for install. I did not have a refrigerator for Thanksgiving. This company is a fraud. When I disputed the $65 charge, Emmanual said they would call back to see if they were willing to do it, but never even had the decency to call. I notified my credit card company and Emmanual even fought that. Talk about desperate. NEVER use this company unless you want to be taken. read more

I had a leak problem in my kitchen. I was sure it was the fridge leaving a puddle on the floor. They came out and checked everything. It was the washer drain pipe. Thetvare beyond amazing! I was actually referred to them from another appliance company (Cagles) for them to come and check out my refrigerator that stopped getting cold. Cagles had no openings to come and take a look for two days and gave me the number to see if they could help me out. From start to finish they were nothing short of awesome. I called and the young lady (I don't remember her name ) was very warm and helpful. I told her my situation and that I wanted someone to come by the day's end if at all possible. She asked me where I was located and told me she wanted to contact the technician in my area to see if he could fit me into his schedule for the day and asked if she could call me right back. She called me back in less than 2 minutes! She said he could be there at 1pm which was less than 2 hours away! I was stoked and confirmed the appointment. Their technician, Abraham, got to me at 12:40pm (even better!)! He diagnosed and repaired my fridge in less than an hour! He was very personable and explained everything before seeing if I wanted to go on with the repair. I was referred to Emmanuel Appliances. I got a service appointment the same day. The technician showed up on time. He serviced my dryer that had a burning smell. When he took the dryer apart, he discovered that the dryer actually caught on fire. He showed my wife the build up of all the lint overtime. They saved my dyer and from me buying a brand now one. I used this company as a referral from Cagel appliance repair service. My Maytag refrigerator went out and after call Cagel, they could not come out, so they referred Emmanuel's. This was the best referral ever, they are professional, timely, kind and caring company. The were able to come out the next day, after the diagnosis the compressor went out, it needed to be replaced. They said they would order the compressor and be back on Tuesday at 3 to install. Well at 3 the two service guys came and installed the new compressor and my frig works and purrs like a kitten. Not happy. I went to Cagles in Ontario in regards to a part on my washer door that needed to be fixed and they said I need a whole new door. They said Emmanuel appliances may be able to help and that they were standing right there. I talked to one of the guys who stated he was busy this week so to text him sometime next week so he can find me a used part. So I texted all of my photos and model number over and no response. About a week later I called the number on the business card and a women answered and took down all of my information and said that she would get one of the guys to look into it and contact me. 2 weeks later and still no call back. I finally call once more and leave a message saying I have been trying to contact them and that I need help and to please call me back. I've been without a washer for over a month and it sucks! Especially since Chino Hills has zero laundromats! I gave up on them because they clearly can't give a courtesy call to say they are too busy for new business or don't have the part or whatever it may be. I ended up contacting a recommend place in Anaheim Hills and the man found the part used on eBay for me quickly for $50 when a whole new door was around $200. Very disappointed in their lack of communication and customer service. Rant over. read more

These guys really dropped the ball. Let me explain. First of all I'm shocked to say I was recommended to them by cagles in Ontario which in my opinion is a great business because of the fact they didnt service Samsung refrigerators. Called and scheduled to have the fridge looked at. Then I was quoted, no problem. They gave me an explanation of how a slight "modification" would improve the system altogether, no problem. Fast forward to next day, I get a call saying they need to pick up the fridge and work at it in the shop. Because the repairs needed time an this and that, still no problem. This is where the detail about the review comes into play, Then I get another call stating the owner was presented with the situation and that "trust" is everything to him or her not sure what the situation might be there, and that he or she felt I no longer trusted them to do a good job, so they can longer do the repair. Great right? So let me tell you something, in this world actions speak louder than words, and this case we had agreed the repairs would take place one way or the other and that never happened for obvious reasons stated above. So unless you the consumer wants to run the risk of being left high and dry with lost time do not call this business. You been warned. read more

This company is great! They came highly recommended by Cagle's so I called them. I have a Kenmore Elite (LG) refrigerator that has been nothing but a piece of junk . I have only had it for 3 years. Sears is a complete waist of time and money and they are so frustrating. Nobody but Sears seems to work on LG or Samsung but then there is Emmanuel Appliances to the rescue. Abraham came to the house a few days ago to evaluate the situation and had to order a new compressor. He came back today with Ruben and they took care of everything and my refrigerator is back in working order. They are so kind and cleaned up when they were done. Absolutely dissatisfied with their customer service. We called to have them check out our refrigerator (freezer not working but the fridge was working).The repairman came out and said that we needed to order a compressor. Long story short, when they came back a week later, he removed our current compressor and attempted to replace it with the new compressor. When he replaced it, he noticed it was the wrong one. The company that supplies this business with their parts didn't check the model of our refrigerator. So we told him to put back our old compressor and he said he couldn't. If this wasn't enough, now we are out of a complete refrigerator. He said his company would supply us with a temporary small fridge so that our food wouldn't spoil. We called to complain and the individual who answered the phone (lady) said, the guy was being nice in letting us borrow a fridge.. that it wasn't their fault our fridge broke. Seriously?? The worst part is that they called to confirm the delivery of our temporary small fridge while the correct part arrives. They never showed up with the loner fridge. This happened yesterday and still no call and no fridge. Not even a courtesy call. We had to throw out all of our food.They estimated the total cost would be $756. Unbelievable! We called Sears and ordered the part for a total cost of $535 parts and labor included. Emmanuel Appliance has the worst customer service and they over charge their customers. BEWARE!
