Used twice in the past, long ago, at 2 different rentals. For dryer repair at the first place and I can't remember which appliance at the other..different appliances, though maybe both dryers (?). One, I found them, the other, property management hired them. Very professional, knowledgeable, quick and painless scheduling, fast service and very personable. (I always ask questions, trying to figure if I could have prevented or caused or how to prevent next time. (Most service people are not as welcoming of questions or willing to talk, and be kind while doing so, if they do indulge me.) Both brothers, who I happened to have the pleasure to work with at each place, were great.) I held on to their magnet from place to place, knowing I'd go to them again whenever needed. My dryer stopped heating in the middle of me dealing with a sinus infection and instead of wasting more time breaking out the multimeter and fixing it myself I messaged AARS in the evening and received a prompt phone call in the morning from Craig, was scheduled for a visit, and he showed up within the 3 hour window. Experienced problems (at different times) with my washer and dryer (both 10 years old), and Craig was able to quickly make the repairs, thus extended the lives of both of these appliances. Working with them couldn't be easier. You just send them a picture of the issue (if applicable), send over the make and model with a description of the issue and you get a quote back. I filled out the form online (on Sunday) for help with my oven. This was after another company stood me up three times. Glenn reached out Monday morning. I was unable to get to the phone in time (toddler problems) but said I could call or text him back. I followed up via text. We talked about my issues with the oven. Glenn felt very confident it was the igniter . Per my request maybe the oven needs to be recalibrated, but I wasn't sure. We schedule a day for repairs and talked price. Glenn showed right on time (8am) fixes the oven, igniter (20ish mins) then balanced the oven (this took alittle bit of time maybe 45ish mins). We bumped up my oven 20 degrees, so now 450 degrees is 450, and not 425. So happy for his help. The oven has been working great. Here's an update on the review I wrote a month ago. This is a business of two twin brothers. Greg installed both parts for me after doing a more thorough exam than I had ever seen. Tried the first part, then the second. For a while it looked like the refrigerator was still running too cold, and he offered to send me back the majority of what I had paid. Turned out it just took some time for the refrigerator to stabilize. But I really appreciated His professionalism in making the offer. He is the best. read more

Top notch service. Craig asked for an audio file of the noise the dryer was making (7yr old Samsung). I sent him the file, he got me on the books 10am-1pm, he shows up at 10:15ish...fixes the dryer within 20 mins of arriving and done. Excellent customer service. Excellent service all around. I don't know if the price was reasonable but the service alone was worth it. The guy who came out before Craig did nothing but look at the dryer, made recommendations, and tried to charge $375 like he pulled that number out of thin air.
