Purchase a car from this dealership and 11 days later I have been to the mechanic twice and now have a failure with the motor, and the car won't start. thousands of dollars in mechanical issues and the dealership will do nothing to help. This car has less than 65,000 miles on it and is a newer year. I was told by the owner that he took it to his mechanic and spent over $1000 getting it ready and perfect for somebody to purchase. beware of the vehicle you are looking at from this dealership.

Would not recommend them

Did not have a good experience with them at all. Of course friendly when a car was purchased but lied about sending out my title & etc and I had to pay and get on my own. Avoid this company if possible, things definitely seemed shady after purchase, will give you the run around. I personally work with a old man. Oh and forgot I had to purchase a brand new battery a month after purchasing the car.

Erik along with Ani from Lightning Fast were able to come up with a plan to try and help me out with all of the repairs I am having to make. It is sad when cars get sold that seriously pose a safety threat because there are no guarantees when purchasing used vehicles in this state! I have to change my review because that is only fair and since he did try to do something to try and make it right it is only right I let people know the truth of what took place.

He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. What we appreciated most was that Mark was honest, patient, and never made me feel pressured. Buying a car can be stressful, but he made it easy and enjoyable. His knowledge, great customer service, and dedication to helping customers truly set him apart. Thank you, Mark & David for making this such a smooth and positive car-buying experience. I highly recommend working with them if you're looking for a vehicle!

I understand that I purchased a used vehicle, and I knew it wouldn't be perfect. However, I've had…read morethis Acura for less than two months, and I've already experienced multiple issues. That's extremely disappointing, especially after spending my hard-earned money. When I called to discuss my concerns, I felt rushed off the phone and was told someone would call me back. That never happened. The service department was not helpful at all--I felt like the only concern was getting my money and sending me on my way rather than addressing the problems with my vehicle. If you're considering buying a car here, please do yourself a favor: start the car yourself, test drive it thoroughly, inspect everything, and don't feel pressured to make a purchase. The sales team seems focused on making the sale, but once you've signed the paperwork, getting help becomes much harder. Now I'm stuck with a car that's giving me problems after less than two months, and I still don't have a resolution. I expected much better customer service and support after the sale.

The staff was organized, clear, and respectful of my time. They also offered more money than Carvana, which is what brought me in, and they fully delivered. Highly recommend if you want a quick, clean, and well-run car selling experience.

WILL SELL YOU VEHICLE WITH POOR QUALITY TIRES!!!!!! NO REGARD TO YOUR SAFETY!…read more STAY AWAY FROM CARMAX ESPECIALLY BUENA PARK location. STAFF IS FINE SELLING VEHICLES AT SUBPAR because it falls within their BS policy. NO "GOOD FAITH" practices!!! Should have read their reviews before going in. Seems i'm not the only one that had issues with tires after purchase. Was smart enough to take vehicle to personal mechanic right after purchase to make sure vehicle wasn't a lemon. My trusted mechanic is the ones that found the cracks in tires. I knew the tread was subpar...but add cracked tires and it was concerning as I have long commutes for work. Called twice only to be told I'd get a call back and ghosted. So I drove back to buena park to speak to service manager. My concern was brushed off multiple times and they kept trying to show me how the treading met their policy requirements for "just good enough to pass." I kept telling them I was concerned about the cracks..not the poor quality treading. Employees/managers claim their policy BS rather than show "good faith" in actually resolving the issue. I was told "just return the vehicle"...as if the process of finding a vehicle, dealing with paperwork, wait time, and insurance was something i wanted to do all over again after thinking I finally secured a vehicle. The transmission never got flushed either..so I spent out of pocket to do that and new set of tires. Typical act nice enough to get you through the papers and then leave you high and dry if you have any issues. As a female the male staff treated me like I was an idiot and kept brushing my concerns off. I've had better experience at private dealer, but i guess to be expected from big name company.

Out of all the service advisors I've encountered across Mercedes-Benz dealerships, he stands out as the most honest, detail-oriented, and consistent. He takes the time to answer every question thoroughly and keeps me updated throughout the entire process--which, in my experience, is not always the standard elsewhere. That level of transparency and communication is something I really value. The rest of the team is equally professional and welcoming! It's clear the department is well run. Car service is never something you look forward to, but Miguel makes it as seamless and stress-free as possible--which says a lot.

This review is strictly to the sales guy Stephen Rodriguez phone number (562)746-8915. When looking over the car I purchased I notice the engine cover was missing. He said it must of been lost during detail. And had assured me before purchasing the car he would order a new one and get it to me asap. Well here we are 3 months later and still no engine cover. We have been back and forth for months now of him giving me the run around and excuses of where the engine cover is. I have had multiple response from him, and now he has officially stopped messaging me back. He has gave me a number to Felipe ( 7145621279)in parts who I have left multiple messages to and he has never responded to me either. This is seriously a joke that something so easy as an engine cover to purchase and hand to a customer has been this hard to accomplish for him I couldn't imagine actually getting my vehicle serviced here. Lastly, the paperwork and process put in place by whoever schemed up AutoNation should engage with a process improvement team. Horrible. Pages, days, conversations. It's easier to buy a house today than a car through AutoNation. Ridiculous process. It's the definition of friction. People at the dealership - awesome. AutoNation process - horrible.

My car just needed an oil change at 14,000 miles, they told me I needed $570 of other work. Tire alignment, some oil additive, wiper additive, etc. All of this was recommended before they even looked at my car. Like an idiot I said okay to the alignment ($350) and no to everything else. There was no reason for the alignment as the car wasn't pulling and the tire trade was all the same. Well I just flushed money down the toilet. 1. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle the passenger a/c wasn't working and the windshield wipers would turn on. The car was at the dealership for over 3 weeks with no communication about when it'd be ready. I had to call repeatedly to find out an update. Additionally the loaner car the lent me was a dud and I had to come a swap it out. 2. Oil change went fine other than I dropped it off at 8am and treat said it'd be ready around noon. I didn't hear from them until 3pm. No respect for my time. 3. Charged gif things that didn't need to be done. When I made my appointment I was told it would be 1-2 hours, nope 2.5 hours snd a bill for $350 of stuff that didn't need to be done. Good bye BMW Buena Park.

I was told my car wasn't ready and to wait. After waiting for 1.5 hours and noticing no other delivery customers around, I decided to stretch my legs and check the lot. To my shock, my car--complete with my name placard--had been sitting there ready the entire time. It was clear no one bothered to check or communicate. When I pointed this out to the advisor, there was not a single word of apology--just a careless "Oh? Yeah? Okay." While the lack of communication was annoying, what followed was a serious safety hazard and blatant disrespect. First, when inspecting the exterior, I found an open Exacto knife (flat blade) sitting right on top of the driver's side door. If that blade had fallen on me while opening the door, it could have caused a severe injury. When I pointed this out to a male service staff member, he didn't apologize; he simply grabbed it quickly and walked away to cover it up. I have photo evidence of this. Second, I noticed a significant panel alignment issue and a large gap on the door--wide enough to fit a finger through. When I raised this concern to the two service staff members on-site, their response was incredibly insulting. They literally told me: "It's because yours is a Standard Model. Yours is not premium. It's a completely different car." Are Tesla service employees trained to look down on customers based on the trim level they purchase? Implying that a customer should just "suck up" poor build quality and terrible panel gaps because they bought a Standard Model is completely unacceptable and discriminatory. This level of unprofessionalism has completely shattered my trust in Tesla. What was supposed to be an exciting and celebratory milestone of picking up a new car turned into a thoroughly miserable and insulting experience. Instead of joy, I left the delivery center with nothing but deep frustration and resentment.
