I seen a Lexus listed and was extremely interested. I would be an all cash buyer as I don't want payments. I had a few service and recall notices questions on car before I drove the 1.5hrs to buy. I was text/chatting with the sales person. He seem very offended that I ask any questions, then told me to go and by a new car from the dealer. The then blocked my communication. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM. If they won't answer simple questions, how can you trust them when making a purchase. I found a similar car somewhere else and purchased cash. My son and I gave a refundable deposit (without paperwork, my fault) which was verbally promised back if we changed our minds on the car. The hot me this great Jeep Wrangler, unfortunately 3 days after I bought it, I was rear ended and my new car got totaled. So now I was out two cars. I told them, I wanted another wrangler, and since supply is high for cars and parts are out it wasn't easy. They went out of their way and even found me a wrangler of almost better quality than the first one. I even asked, if they could have the plates shipped to them and hold on to them for me, because I was in the middle of moving/changing address. These two guys are the best. Tony was responsive, informative and honest throughout the whole process but never pushy. He even had some minor cosmetic repairs done before I picked up the car. I'd definitely buy another car from Mesa. UPDATE Nov. 2022: So the car that I bought ended up breaking down on the 405 less than 2 weeks after I bought it. Cost me over $2500 and almost 2 weeks in the shop to get it running and safe again. I reached out to Mesa about working something out since the problem was something that might have been fairly obvious if they had it looked over by a mechanic before listing it but they declined to help cover any of the work. Check your catalytic converter if you buy a Prius from them. My husband and I bought a 2006 Prius from them with an aftermarket catalytic converter on it. Knowing all the problems with theft I had asked specifically if it had an OEM cat on it and was told it must be fine if their guy passed the smog inspection on it, but their guy must be as dishonest as they are. We bought the car for our daughter for Christmas and wanted to make sure it was in good condition so I took it to my mechanic for an inspection and it was VERY obvious it was an aftermarket cat. I felt so horrible because now we were giving a gift to our daughter with a $3,000 problem. Make sure you have someone do an inspection before you buy, I wish I had. read more

I drove over 120 miles each way to come look at a white Honda Accord. Got there the SRS (airbag) light was on, right rear brake light was out, and the right door handle was broken and we could not exit the car without someone helping us. Excuses were made endlessly. I even had to say these are safety concerns not cosmetic. No offer to compensate for wasted gas or time. In fact, I was told the price of the car would now go up to cover the cost of the repairs. No follow up was made by the seller. Clearly this is a shady dealership that everyone needs to avoid and be aware of. Spend a little more money and get a used car ANYWHERE ELSE that isn't going to be running poor a week after you spend your money. read more
