John is patient, he listened, paid attention and even provide feed back. His proposal was very detailed and his workmanship and attention to detail was nothing short of stellar. John did my entire home AV to include my movie theater room. The install was professional and the system looks and sounds fantastic. Installing camera, thermostat, video door bell and my automation door lock. In my media room, placing speakers in the ceiling and wall to complete the whole surround experience. These guys are superb and extremely responsive. They do a great job and love what they do and do it well, including sweeping cleaning and mopping after Any dirt that is left from drilling studs etc. They are like family and will take care of you as such. We have recently moved to the area and contacted Empire Services and Installations Austin who came to edge of their current territory here in south San Marcos to install our 2 flat screen televisions on brackets we already had. They also installed our surround sound speakers and a pair of outdoor stereo speakers. This included much work in the attic running wires that are not seen. They worked with much of the materials we already had including the receiver. They made both TV's operable and the surround system work better and much easier than the way it had been previously installed at our prior residence. I would use them again without any concerns. Empire was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end for our home projector installation project. Dean and Mike were happy to customize to our specifications (we had a projector and screen already on hand). The guys from Empire were able to set everything up exactly where we wanted it, including 2 new ceiling outlets for projector and screen, and running a cable through the ceiling and wall for AV connections. We were especially impressed that they were able to tackle our old house (with nonstandard wall materials) with no problem. I had several technical issues with some new A/V equipment in getting them set up and connected to communicate. Totally frustrated! I contacted Empire and John the owner responded and set a quick date to come by get to the source. He was able to sort through the equipment and determine what was needed to get them functioning properly. Although the solutions were technical and over my head he took the time to explain in simple terms how it all worked which was really appreciated. John and Dean did a great job in installing all of our flat screen TVs and sound bars last week. They were here on time and made sure we were happy with all the installations.
