Utterly disappointed at the dim sum quality of this place. The portions are small for what they charge you. Almost everything is large or special prices which blows my mind for simple 8 dishes to come out to $45. Also, the dim sum was cold when I went to order in person at noon. They deceive you by putting the nicer looking dimsum on top and then give you the bottom ones. I told them that the chicken feet dish they gave me is a lot smaller compared to other plates but they won't change it out. The two stars are really for their dinner food as that is really good and comes out fresh and piping out. Zero stars for dim sum.

My New Year dinner 2026 Love the newly renovated atmosphere, the portion for all the dishes were bigger than I thought. The seafood was the best part of my night.

Came in for a family dinner during the weekend, The restaurant was packed with customers and really loud, and this was part of the new renovation done recently. Food came out super slow, staff kept apologizing and reminded us the kitchen is understaffed. The table behind me, had two cases of Beer and bottles of wine on their table. While my table was awaiting our dishes to slowly come out from the kitchen, the patrons next to my family started getting loud- like really loud. The place is smaller than pre-renovation, so we are basically all back to back with each other. Food itself was very mediocre and pricey. Overall, not an enjoyable dinner- don't feel like returning

The new renovations felt a lot nicer than before. The food was very good and served in a timely manner. The service was also pretty good overall. Would definitely return again for family dinners.

Tasty food with generous portions, and the place feels clean .Service is quick enough even during busy hours. I like that they start serving dim sum at 9 AM it's fresh.

My favorite dish, the shrimps were tender and fresh

We shared a big table, which added to the authentic feel of the place. The staff were nice. The carts were copious. They serve the greatest hits. The preparation is a bit different from other dim sum restaurants in the area. This just highlighted the deliciousness of the dishes. We worked our way through the greatest hits. Standouts were the clams in black bean sauce and pork chops. Has fried tofu skins filled with ground shrimp for the first time. The food was uniformly excellent. A great find, hiding in plain sight. Will definitely return.

The bathroom was passable, but definitely could be better. The staff were to the point and did their jobs well. The Beijing pork chop was fried well and had great flavor. My only gripe was that there were some small end pieces. I wish we had some bigger pieces of meat. The fried tofu was done well. They put some corn starch underneath each piece of shrimp so the shrimp will stay on top. It was not always cook through, so that was unpleasant. The snow pea shots were cooked well and it was a massive portion. We also have pan fried noodles with seafood. The portions were huge and we have leftovers for the next day. With tip it was around $125, which is a great deal for this meal.

The most recent time, I was here for their dim sum brunch, which is either $36 for AYCE plus $2 for tea, or they price each thing individually. It was a bit annoying that the tea was not included, but at least both the Oolong and Chrysanthemum teas were good quality and readily filled. Service in general was pretty fast and frequently checked on our large semi- private table to see if we needed anything else to order or more tea. The dim sum selection is a bit smaller than many of the traditional dim sum spots, but the overall quality was excellent, with a couple of definite highlights and some more unique dishes such as dumplings with pickled shrimp, crawfish, or Taizhou rice along with Ningbo wontons. In general, I would say that the wrappers were properly thin and everything was filled generously. The aforementioned Pickled Pepper Shrimp Dumplings were one of the highlights. The slightly spicy and sour pickles made it taste very light and paired nicely with the plump shrimp. In terms of other shrimp dim sum, their version of Har Gow/Crystal Shrimp Dumplings included a little bit of sweet crab for an extra touch. It was also tasty. I also liked the Ningbo wontons, filled with a variety of ingredients including minced pork, dried shrimp, yard long beans, pickled vegetables, bamboo shoots, and others. It had a wonderful mix of textures with some interesting crunchy notes. Another unique option mentioned is their Crawfish Dumplings, which are very noticeable compared to the other dumplings due to their bright red color. I appreciated the spiciness but found these a tad fishy with a thicker wrapper than most, but others loved these and ordered more. For more standard dumplings, their Xiao Long Bao/XLB were pretty good, and they had a tasty version of Sticky Rice Pork Siu Mai. The Baked Pork Buns were good as they were not too sticky sweet. Finally, there was a decent version of Pork Dumplings in Chili Oil. Non-dumpling highlights included their excellent turnip cakes along with steamed spare ribs, chicken feet, and a particularly tasty version of steamed beef tripe with satay sauce. I would skip the Beef Short Ribs With Black Pepper, which had good flavor but was way too chewy. I know someone else ordered the spring rolls, but I don't remember trying them. They also apparently now have a Ningbo speciality called Shi Bing Tong, but I don't remember ordering it. Someone else got their simple and tasty porridge/congee, only available traditionally with pork and century eggs, and enjoyed it. I tried a bit, and it was indeed good. Desserts included a tasty Crispy Durian Pastry, alright Sesame Balls, a good Pineapple Bun/Bolo Bao, and Custard Buns, which everyone loved, but they had a cuttlefish ink shine, so I couldn't try them. This is a fantastic, reasonably priced AYCE Dim Sum. Would recommend it if they still offer this deal.

A quick Google search of the area proved my senses right - Nan Xian Soup Dumplings was just a few blocks away from me. I arrived and was promptly seated and given a bible-sized menu of dumplings to choose from. The casual atmosphere made me feel comfortable and ready to take down two orders of dumps. I went classic with an order of pork soup dumplings, then decided to try out the lucky six, which offered a variety of all their dumplings. The classic soup dumplings absolutely slapped and were my favorite. Hot, brothy, delicious. The medley was fun and surprising, but I kept finding myself coming back to the classic ones. I appreciated the dumpling accoutrements on the table - chili oil, vinegar, fresh ginger. I would come here again any day.

The ambiance is calm and cozy -- definitely a good spot whether you're grabbing a couple drinks, a quick bite, or sitting down for a full dinner. I ordered the Joker roll, and that's where things started to click for me with sushi. The tuna and avocado paired with the spicy red sauce really made it stand out -- honestly tasted great and something I'd get again. Also had the Mongolian steak with rice, which was another highlight. Presentation was fire -- it comes out still heating on a hot platter, which makes the whole experience feel elevated. Flavor matched the presentation too. Service was solid overall, no real issues there. The only downside was with a deal they were advertising ("3 for $33"). It was shown on their website and even posted outside the restaurant, which was actually one of the main reasons we chose the spot. When we tried to use it, we were told they weren't honoring it that night and that the deal had been causing them to lose money. I understand adjusting pricing if something isn't working, but if that's the case, the promotion should be removed or clearly communicated ahead of time. Having it still advertised and then not honoring it was frustrating and took away from the experience. Overall: good food, nice vibe, and a solid option in Brooklyn -- just make sure to double-check any deals before going.
