I ordered 30$ worth of food today... mind u I order from them three times a month,an every time there is something wrong with the order today it was the salad that comes with the Italian dinner,the salad was brown an the bottom was slimy I called an told them an they say it's not possible cause there salads r made fresh every day (liars),,she says she will send a new fresh one an I'm sry, two minutes later she calls saying the owner isn't going to send another salad they don't replace salads, so I'm supposed to except this slimy salad that u can get sick from an that's ok with him what am I supposed to do with it shove it up my ass? I asked to speak to the manager an after waiting for him on the phone for two minutes she says she can't find him, how convenient ,,yeah go hide from your customers. You go man make people sick that's a good job...she then tells me she can't help me an there nothing she can do an rudely hung up...last week I ordered the chef salad an paid for two extra dressings an didn't get them was told we will send them as soon as we can,,of corse they didn't show up,call next day to hear there's nothing written down about it so we can't send them,but yesterday u could send them??? I said I paid with a credit card it's on there for a record of proof,,,nothing we can do An hangs up,,, two months ago I order chef salads two of them an there's no pita pockets which is my favorite about the salad I stuff them wit every thing an make it like a sub, well there wasn't anything they can do for that either,,an the glens falls location is filthy flys dirty tables counters dust every where waiting to fall in the food,just gross,, do not eat this food u will get sick, an they don't care about u only money,once they have your money u r nobody..done ordering from them..... read more

I had one of the worst weekends of my life with a breakup, unplanned move, etc and my best friend mom and I worked to the bone all weekend driving trucks, moving, looking for last min housing, and just general hell. My best friend and I wandered in here exhausted looking for pizza and a beer. The friendly and courteous women here greeted us and advised us they dont serve beer. We needed beer. Tracy directed us to a neighboring bar, where we would be taken care of, set us up with the bartender, then instead of waiting for us to finish our drink and go pick up our pizza, came and hand delivered it to us fresh out of the oven. Tracy is amazing and needs a raise and whatever else you can award an employee for A+++ service and delicious food. If shes not the manager she should be. Thank you Tracy. ThANK you!!!! read more

Ordered 4 pizzas for delivery last night from the Glens Falls location. Everything arrived as ordered and on time. Pizza tasted great, was hot, and the prices were fair. I will order from them again! I've only tried the pizza so can't speak to other items. read more

Blech!!! Update! Summer of 2014: picked up my pizza order instead of having it delivered as usual. Oh good gawd. The inside of this pizza joint is scuzzy and dirty. The staff look unkept. Nobody was wearing gloves. Flies buzzing everywhere. The place was just so filthy and unkept that I just couldn't eat the pizza. I haven't ordered from Empire since that experience. I've had the ladies and gents at Empire deliver to my home on several occasions and have never had a bad experience. The counter folks and drivers have always been professional, and I have yet to pick a bad item off their menu. My personal favorite is the gyro wrap. Well done folks! read more

We order delivery on occasion. Friendly staff and the quality is good, just don't order anything that uses bbq sauce. The bbq chicken pizza and wings have an odd cinnamon / hot sauce flavoring that just doesn't add up. I'll order again, just not the bbq. read more

Not bad but not amazing quality. They will make you a vegan pizza, sadly they don't carry vegan cheese like Pizza Jerks. Just ask for a pizza with no sauce or cheese and toppings on your choice (artichoke, basil, garlic, with olive oil is very good) it may sound boring to carnivores but if you're a vegan and you're desperate for something to eat it's an option! read more

Worst place ever to order pizza. First the delivery driver couldn't find my house because he was on the incorrect street. Second my boyfriend found a brown hair baked into the crust. I called the place to make them aware of it and they told me in order to get my money back I would have to drive my pizza back to the place to show them. I brought the pizza back and got my money back as well. I didn't even get a sorry from the person. I do not recommend this place at all! read more

Empire Pizza is pretty good, not going to lie. I've had my fair share of pizza and this ranks towards the top. They also deliver fast and are always nice when you greet them at the door. Although sometimes the order might get messed up, which is no big deal as they fix it right away if you call back. read more

Wow - I have been here several times and shocked to see this place has not been reviewed. It doesn't look like much on the outside or the inside but wait until you try their pies. I ordered from the Hudson Falls store today - worst customer service ever! They got my order wrong, gave me an unwanted, cheaper substitution without my consent OR adjustment to the price. They agreed to refund my money when I refused store credit, but have yet to follow through. I asked the owner how stealing from the customers was good business but he didn't see anything wrong with his actions. His offer to refund my money was contingent on the next time he was delivering in the area. With such poor customer service, this might never happen! I can't believe anyone would order from them twice. You've been warned. read more

This is my favorite pizza place/sub shop in the area. I usually get delivery, but have done take-out and eat-in also. It's definitely better to not eat there. The seats are uncomfortable, and the shop is adjoined to a coach bus station, so you could be sitting there enjoying your food while watching whatever TV show they let you put on and then it's suddenly a very cramped, loud, and hectic place. Service is always friendly and often faster than anticipated, even during busy times like sporting events, holidays, etc. My husband and I have both enjoyed everything we've ordered (from subs to pizza to seafood to appetizers and everything in between). They take custom orders without huffing and puffing about it, which is refreshing. They rarely mess up an order but if they do, (we're human, mistakes happen) it's always something minor and they respond with great customer service. (They'll either remake it for you, or deliver what they forgot/messed up, or give you a discount on your next order.) read more

wings were great but the service was hideous! these very unprofessional business owners have potential to have so many customers as we are one of the larges businesses in queensbury. oddly enough , they don't seem to care. provided them with my cell #. but i was working , unable to answer. i sent coworker to get food to the only door we have deliveries. these idiots went to the back of the building and continues to call me one right aft another. finally my coworker called back they left. she waited her entire lunch for them to get it right. the 2nd time they came to same back door again after given instructions to come to front. discussed with manager explained that my coworker did not get to enjoy her lunch and they simply did not care about my business nor did they apologize for their stupidity read more
