They understand what you're asking for (I've been to places where they just want you to list off the item #s from the menu), will answer questions, and even sometimes clarify what you're asking for (my fav is the chicken chow mei fun and they always make sure I know it comes with the thin "spaghetti" noodles (they say that, but it's really thin rice noodles)). The chow mei fun does not contain as many greens as I like (contains shredded carrot, onion, mung bean sprouts, and bamboo shoots) so I always add a package of steamed peas to it which makes the quantity of the food large enough for 2 meals. The egg and chicken in it are plentiful and delicious. My partner goes with the combo General Tso's chicken which comes with an egg roll and pork fried rice, which he loves. No one came to check on us, offer drink refills, nothing, which was unfortunate because my husband's pho was so spicy (he wasn't asked how spicy he wanted it when we ordered and since pho isn't usually spicy at all we thought we were ok), he couldn't finish it and since no one came around to our table, the issue couldn't be corrected. Forty minutes later, the person who took our order came back and asked if we wanted the bill.
