My friends and I stopped in for lunch on Monday, and I was impressed by how large the menu is. The sweet spot here is the classic meat-and-vegetable combinations. The term "meat and three" is part of the Southern vocabulary -- especially in Alabama -- and The Ranch House does it well. The meat and vegetable selections rotate daily, and there's enough variety that you should easily find something you'll enjoy. The restaurant also includes "Markarios" in its name, and you'll notice Mediterranean influences sprinkled throughout the menu.
