I went yesterday and Damien was very friendly and extremely helpful. He showered me a couple of options and gave me an estimate for the tiles. I ordered two boxes of tile that were displayed in their store and three days later tried to return it. One of the boxes wasn't even opened and my return was denied. They did not even offer a restocking fee just a flat no because they said it was a special order. If I had gone in and tried to buy something from a catalog that wasn't readily displayed in their showroom I would understand but now I'm stuck with a product for can't use and I will never go back nor will my fabricator because he sent me there and he knows that's not a good way of doing business. The staff at Emser were very helpful and accommodating. Carpet was removed from all our downstairs rooms to make way for porcelain tile. Spent several hours in their small show room, looking over the many choices. Husband wanted wood look and I wanted porcelain. Found a style that looked like it would accomplish both our wants in large format tile (LFT). Knowing we couldn't see what the tile would look like with just one piece they were kind enough to allow us to borrow a few. Brought home the first choice and found that it was a bit more red against the furniture than it looked in the store. So back to try the same pattern in a different color. Much better blend overall and got to try it in several locations with several lighting conditions. Price for tile was very reasonable when compared to some of the other locations but be aware if you choose to pick it up yourself the box of 4 LFT tiles are usually between 42-48 lbs. Although we went with another tile I would not hesitate to stop by and check them out. read more

I'm sitting here as I write this review being completely ignored by the staff. There are 4 staff members here and one other customer besides me and my husband. It's been a good 15 minutes in this very small store and we have yet to be greeted or asked if we needed help. This is the most ridiculous customer service I have ever received and will never ever recommend this location to anybody! I'm in need of ONE SINGLE TILE to complete a bathroom repair, and since my contractor is ghosting me and I didn't know the brand, I resigned myself to a full day of cruising tile stores. Emser was the first one I tried today, and BOY, I should play the lottery because I feel so lucky! I walked in and was immediately greeted (but not in that annoying way) by the two young men at the desk. I explained my dilemma, pointed to a tile that "sorta" looked like what I need, and explained the difference between that one and what I needed. One of them told me to stay put...he's pretty sure he has it in the back. 2 minutes later - BOOM. My exact tile. I went back in a few minutes later, second guessing myself, and asked if I could get the other one (it's discontinued, they only had 2 left in the whole store), and the other co-worker hooked me right up. Both friendly, professional gentlemen and I WISH I had thought to ask their names. Hopefully their boss knows who they are (I'm the lady in the Mustang) so that they can receive their kudos from me. Cristina gets 5 stars!! This store is great for those who get easily overwhelmed, it is a smaller store with great products and they cut out all the duplicates and fluff. This makes it great when folks have been over-stimulated from shopping and have looked at hundreds of samples and half are the same. The deals are good here! The product is all high grade. The limestone here is a quality above the competition and they make sure the stone is to your satisfaction before they load you!! Orders are always punctual. read more

I went in looking for Tile and Brad assisted me, showing me a trick for adding a rounded metal strip to the corner of a step that really gives a nice finished look. I ended up buying my tile elsewhere (I found a pattern I liked better) but I got the metal trim from Emser as well as a primer that the other store didn't carry. My tile installer, Angel Cruz, also works with Emser and sings their praises. They even opened early for him to complete a job last weekend. I also recommend Angel. read more

We had a great experience working with Brad, he was super helpful and cool through the whole process even though we asked for 5 different quotes because of changes in plans. After my bathroom flooded I had to come here in order to buy tile. I brought in a piece of the tile that was in the bathroom to see if I could match it and buy travertine of the exact same style. I was warned that because travertine comes from a rock it would be nearly impossible to match the tile at a couple other stores that I have been to. Once at Emser I did have to wait about five minutes in order for somebody to help me but when I was finally helped the employee was very helpful. He showed me a piece of travertine that he thought would match it. I thought it was a very close match but I think he could tell that I wasn't 100% convinced. Without me having to say anything he offered to open up the whole box of travertine and show me exactly what the new shipment looked like. I went with him to the back where he opened up the box and then we went through the pieces of travertine tile one by one. He was so patient with me as I looked through the tiles and said "yeah I like this one", "no not this one", "maybe" And set up different piles for me. Once I had enough 'yes' tiles he still went through them with me one more time to ensure that I really did love those pieces. He never once rushed me. The tile was a little less than $6 for an 18 x 18 piece which I didn't think was that bad. I bought the tile right there and once the tile was installed I was super excited at how great it matched! No one can tell that anything ever happened to my bathroom the tile is an amazing match! It looks perfect. Thanks Emser! read more
