Love this place. Such a relaxing environment and the place is very clean. Charging ports at each station for your gadgets, and powder gel manicures are $30. Each time I've gotten a powder gel it lasts up to three weeks - could probably last longer except for the nail growth. They also offer free touch-ups within a week. First review I've ever left and it's because this place is that bad. I put my name down and came back and hour later as agreed. They sat me in a chair and wrapped my toes to take off the gel from my previous pedicure (done elsewhere) and then the woman working on me just left. Like left the salon. 30 minutes later the receptionist came by and said the polish was too hard to get off and they are closing soon. So after nearly 2 hours I'm leaving with partially removed toe nail polish and that's literally it. I need my nails done before work tomorrow and every place is now closed. Reliable powder dip, but not the best quality. They're quick, which makes for a less than efficient finish. They miss a few steps by not shaving down the powder nail, which other places do. You will be in and out in 35-40 minutes, so if you don't mind not having the best powder dip manicure and youre short on time, this is your spot! read more

I've recently become a client at Enail and I couldn't be happier! Their location is pretty great in general and even better that it's so close to my work! The salon is very nicely kept and the customer service is outstanding. All the ladies are very professional and do very nice and clean work. The one thing I wish they did better was sticking to appointment times. Every time I have gone, I have had an appointment, yet have not been seated for at least 30 minutes past my scheduled time. I live a block away and was leaving on holiday that afternoon and needed an emergency mani/pedi so for convenience sake I came here. I had also called the day before asking how much a gel manicure was "$35" the girl replied. I was surprised at how inexpensive it was! Had never tried powder before so opted for that for my mani and regular gel for pedi since powder isn't an option for that. Communication with my girl was really tough and she wasn't friendly at all. I had some questions that just couldn't be answered and no one else seemed to try to help but the turnout was nice, in fact I was really happy with the job the girl did but while getting my nails I noticed the price list and it said $41 for a gel mani. I pointed out that the price wasn't what I was told prior to going and another girl said that they changed the prices the day before. HOW CONVENIENT. I had also overheard another customer being told while that there was a charge to remove any previous gel. That wasn't mentioned to me but if you wanna throw that on my bill too please go ahead. Def won't be coming back. Update: my review is not made of lies and I love how the OWNER of this business has been responding to peoples bad reviews and complaining like a petulant child. Went here for manicures for my bachelorette. Terrible service. Rude staff and charged a 25% tip without asking us and said typically they charge "28%". Would've been great to get this information upfront when booking our reservation. These stars are for the only good technician in the store and that's for Christina . She's the only technician in here that takes her time . My nail never chips when I do them with her. I've tried other technicians and ima be honest here, terrible ! It always chips in less than a week. It's nice they will fix it if your nail chips within a week, but who has time for that. AVOID this place for SNS (dip powder). My nails only lasts me 1 and a half weeks before they start lifting and cracking. I've already gave this place 3 chances. do not get me wrong, they do a great job with the application and have a variety of colors, but it is not worth it for the length of time it lasts. I usually do dip powder (ANC brand) and it lasts me 3-4 weeks - and I've done ANC dip powder for 2 years now. will not try for a 4th time to waste my money. they have a one week policy that if your nail breaks, you show your receipt - that pretty much gives it away that their dip powder is cheap. they refuse to put a base coat as well (which is always the FIRST step!). wonderful, relaxing atmosphere, but sorry I will not be coming back. It's a shame that what I use to think about this place and experience has changed tremendously. Some of the nail techs are attentive but this one I got this past week failed to clean the bottom of my hand where the powder had stained the corners of my fingers. After I got my manicure I paid and tipped. The nail tech Vicki ran off and didn't even say thank you. I then got my things ready to leave and noticed my fingers were stained and I asked the guy who now takes on appointments if he can clean them. He seemed so bothered by the request but then proceeded to say 'you can wash your hands'. And I said that's not how it comes off I need acetone. Also what is the point of coming to get your nails done if you leave with your fingers stained?? It's amazing they get to behave this way and demand a tip. Everyone was really nice and my nails look great. It was a bit awkward though because it seemed they weren't that organized. I had an appointment and my visit seemed as though I was a walk in. Two different people took care of me because the First Lady who did part of my pedi moved on to someone else and never communicated to the second person that I was also getting dip powder for my nails. She painted my toes and then asked for me to pay and I said umm I'm getting my nails done too. There was some exchange in Mandarin between them and then she said ok come pick a color and then I said I already picked a color with the first person. It's right on that table. Easily the worst place with the rudest staff. They never had my appointment and my dip chipped and they wouldn't fix it when they said they would. Update: when I went in for my initial visit last Monday I made an appointment earlier that day (around 11:30) for 6:30. When I got there, my phone number was not written down for that time. It was fine, they were busy but I was willing to wait. It was an amazing nail appointment, the man that did my nails was so good and made sure it was everything I wanted. He told me to keep the receipt so I did. On Monday afternoon my dip cracked in both my index fingers so I called and made an appointment to just get those fingers redone. I asked on the phone to make an appointment for Tuesday and asked if they could you do 2:30 or 3? I could barely hear the lady and I'm assuming she said yes and hung up the phone. I was at the location by 2:45 today and they did not have my appointment once again. The ladies were very rude about me needing to get my nails fixed even when I said I would pay to just get the two fingers redipped. They said they had no time and would need to make another appointment. I was harried through and the technician cut my cuticle so badly that it is still bleeding after leaving the salon. In addition, I had to ask multiple times for the technician to paint sections of my nail that she had left bare. It's finally happened! I have officially had the worst pedicure, ever! Not one of and not one of the worst in NYC - I mean the absolute worst. While the woman I normally go to is on maternity leave I tried a different place closer to home - EPIC FAIL! The bowl was dirty, only to be covered by what looks likes like a large shower cap. The gentleman who attempted to do the pedicure was no gentleman and what was supposed to be a pedicure, was some weird karmic payback for something I must have done in a past life. Every toenail was clipped crooked and when I asked him to fix it, he promised he would, but the fix never materialized. His surgical gloves were straight from a mental ward of One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest and the entire experience was one I would like to erase from my mind's eye. I called today to get my nails done. I spoke with the man on the phone and he told me to come at 4:30. As soon as I came in he started examining my nails and telling me that they cannot soak them off. He was very cold and not friendly at all. I was excited to try this clean, slightly more upscale salon that was much needed in the area, but now, after having given it three chances, I will not be returning. On all three occasions, I called ahead to make an appointment and got an appointment no problem, however I ended up waiting at least 20 minutes for my appointment on all three occasions. One time I waited nearly 40 minutes. They take people as they come in and don't pay attention to appointments, so they really just shouldn't take them. On my most recent visit, after waiting 20 minutes for my appointment, I approached the woman at the front, at which point she immediately blamed her employees for being slow right in front of them, which really didn't set well with me. It's not the technicians' fault that she didn't pay attention to the appointments that were booked while taking walk-ins. I went to enail because it was really conveniently located for me. The first time I popped in I only needed a polish change, was a little stunned to learn the polish change would be $10. It seems like a very modern place with free wifi and phone chargers available, but I'd rather pay less and not have those amenities. I also noticed there were a ton of tiny flies swarming around the place. The second time I went in was yesterday for a manicure, $15. Again, really only came here because of the convenience of the location, and had a really upsetting experience with the nail technician. When I was trying to choose between two different colors she was very impatient and wouldn't allow me to try the colors out. Also, the flies were there again. I noticed there was a bunch of old drinks in plastic containers from bubble tea places sitting around, which is probably why there were so many flies. Three of my nails chipped a few hours later, I really almost bought the polish myself so that I wouldn't have to go back there, but I did. The old cups were still there which made me feel so nauseous that they wouldn't clean that up! Doesn't feel very sanitary for a nail salon. Love this place be prepared for a wait if you go during popular hours. They do a great sns and have a lot of color options. A bit pricey but it's a great quality place.
