The burrito place is set up in the Portland PSU farmer's market, at the very top. Around 10am, there weren't that many people, with the line being negligible, but people definitely waiting around to pick up. At around 11am, it was insanely long, and you have to wait for your burrito, so double the time. They make them fresh, one at a time, so it's well worth it. Vegetarian review: - the original option is vegetarian, with potatoes, cheese, and eggs. I think there's like, sautéed veggies in with the potatoes, and this is where the flavor comes from. It's got a hint of a spice, and is just great. Yum. I've had them a few times and would give it a good a-okay. The staff are all really nice, and they can sling burritos like no other. It's clear the food is freshly made and has a nice balance of ingredients. I do find the breakfast burritos really need the salsa. The green salsa I had was beautifully bright. There are chilis already inside the burrito, but if you didn't tell me they were there I wouldn't have known. I am biased as I'm a green chile fiend and would put it on everything if I could. We went around 11 am and the line was about 30 min. Once the order is in, though, we got our food relatively quickly. Cash preferred as they have an extra Venmo charge. No seating (it's a farmers market). It there are plenty of benches nearby. The burritos were delicious, the eggs were soft scrambled, and the potatoes were well seasoned. Food was bland probably because I was missing their salsa. It would've been greatly appreciated if the cashier woman would've been honest to tell us there was no more salsa prior to us ordering our burritos. But why did the employee not have the integrity or sense to tell the customer before they make the meal/pay for it so the customer can decide whether to order something else or not order at all is beyond me. I was walking by and couldn't resist seeing that there's a long line so of course, I had to stand in it. A plus is that I love breakfast burritos! It sounded really good with chiles in the egg scramble with potatoes and tillamook cheese, but I was honestly pretty disappointed. First of all, they mass make everything, put it in a pan and then wrap the burritos which is fine but all the fillings didn't get mixed up so I would be eating a chunk of potato, and then a chunk of egg. The burrito itself was pretty bland and there was barely any cheese and barely melted. I got a sausage burrito and there was a couple pieces towards the end of my burrito. I love love love the burritos here. I look forward to coming to the Portland Farmers Market on Saturday just to get one.
