He truly wanted it to taste amazing! So when we found Connor and his list of craft flavors, our interest was immediately piqued. We met up with Connor at a coffee shop to sample his cakes, and as soon as we did there was no question we wanted to work with him! Every flavor we tried was delicious, but we ended up going with coconut mango passion fruit, Amaretto blackberry, and Earl gray cardamom. Connor actually updated some of his flavors prior to our wedding and very kindly sent us a sample box of the flavors that had changed alongside the original flavor, so we could compare and contrast. We ended up switching the earl grey cardamom to his newly developed may grey! It's so cool how he's constantly continuing to evolve and hone his flavors. Connor is incredibly kind and easy to work with, as well as very responsive. We went back and forth on the exact details of our cake design several times, and he provided us with numerous sketches for our approval. Connor is also very aware of and openly discusses the potential issues with cakes ie melting/ transport issues so that you can make an informed decision. He offered to make our cake with a white chocolate ganache coating as opposed to vanilla buttercream as that would be more stable and less likely to melt, and also provided a sample of this with his new cake flavors. We chose to go with the buttercream, but really appreciated him discussing this with us and presenting us with the option. We had zero issues with the integrity of the cake, it looked amazing when it arrived and continued to look amazing the entire night. We highly recommend working with Connor! His cakes are visual masterpieces, and multiple people told us our cake was the best wedding cake they'd ever tasted

The artistry, care and love that he puts into his creations is phenomenal and the result is truly a work of art! We had 41 people attending and I ordered a cake that would feed that many and more with the cupcakes and so many guests commented not only on the look, but on the flavors! We had a wildflower theme and my daughter chose the Seasonal Spring 'Roasted Strawberry Cardamom' for the cake and the 'Black and White' for the cupcakes. Many people said it was the best cake they had ever eaten and I would absolutely agree! Everyone wanted seconds and next time I'll have to order a three-tier just to satisfy everyone! That kind of dedication tells you everything you need to know about these donuts. Decades later, our cousins drive them 3 hours to Los Angeles like precious cargo for the family to enjoy when they come to visit. A donut. 3 hours in a car. Still incredible.
