Figured I'd give the new place a try. Been using another service on boughton rd. Pulling in while heading N on Cass was a little odd. (Turn at the block after the car wash) then follow the signs and drive past the vacuums (I didn't use them- too cold- ) The line moved well and the screen prompts were very responsive. And they had 2 employees out there if you did need help- or wanted to sign up. I neither needed help nor purchased a plan. Merging together after paying was a little daunting- but people followed the rules. DON'T WORRY if you can't pull all the way past the gate- it won't close until your WELL past it. DON'T GO! First time using them, and my fuel door was ripped off my 5 month old truck. Had to stop the line to go back in and get it. It was all scratched up. They told me that there was nothing they could do. It was considered "loose trim". I don't know how you consider a fuel door loose trim, but that was their excuse. Overall my experience was fine... Till I realized I was driving out of my way and finally remembered to try canceling, yesterday. I left a voice message last night, I literally called from the car wash, asking to quit my membership. They called this am, and said they couldn't cancel it till next month because I called after they closed... My membership was set to renew today. That said it was already charged for today, when they called me today. I literally called from the car wash last night. I explained to the original person I talked to there is no easy cancel option on their website or I would have canceled sooner. He said there was, and I have membership for 1 more month. Then cancelled. I checked again, there isn't an easy way to cancel in the website. I tried to call to talk to someone about this issue now. I got an answering machine. I'm done. read more

Stopped in Thursday for the first time. I went with the basic wash for $10 just wanted to try their wash. I asked the attendend if it did the tire shine and he said only on the $20. & $25 dollar washes but I can add it for $3 to the basic wash, so l added it. When I checked the car when I got home the car did get a decent wash but the tires only had a partial shine on only a quarter of the tires. I guess when it sprays the tires it only does the top portion of the tires that are above the car wash rails. Overall the wash was fine just don't add the tire shine but to me the car doesn't look clean unless the tires have a shine. read more

Amazing quality wash! I've never had my car come out this clean after one wash. It was their top notch encore wash but honestly I feel it's worth it. Especially if you have a pretty dirty car like I did!! it got the bugs off. It got the sticky stuff from the tree that my car sits under 90% of it the rest of it. I just rubbed with a microfiber towel and came off in 30 ! I pay more near where I live for a similar wash. Vacuums are so strong here! they cleaned my carpets great. Self service and no hassle employees smiled, and were kind! read more

Your effort to Justify, further explains the lack of customer service. I subscribed to this business January of 2024.. Effective October 2024, the establishment upgraded my Encore plan without my knowledge, deducting $39.95 from my bank account. On my next visit I requested to speak with a manager. A young man came out to speak with me, never provided his name, nor a business card upon request. He was smug, aloof and condescending. The only explanation he provided was, "it's only $5 bucks more". The arrogance of his response. if I could give Zero stars to post my review..I would! Chris, Again I was not NOTIFIED! Too expensive for a car wash $29! There are plenty of other car washes in the neighborhood for $16 a month

Carwash machine damaged my truck and even saw a lot of scratches from the previous wash the week before. Management pretty much said get lost and made up some lies when I confronted them about the damage done to my truck. They don't care about customers, it's all about the money they put in their pockets The first sign I should have taken in consideration was that there are barely cars going there and now I see why. Encore won't last long and they definitely don't belong in westmont. I recommend everyone to go to King car wash across the street. Family business that actually cares about their customers. **in Response to Chris. First of all I went a few times with my boards open and to other washes aswell and never had a problem. Pretty much anyone with trucks should not wash them, yea ok. Your guy Matt spewed lies of how my owners manual states I shouldn't open them in washes which was a flat out lie and just bs. Your workers constantly saw me open my boards and never said anything. No signs posted either. It's obvious your company lacks customer service. Took a week to Even get a phone call regarding the issue. Companies like yours dont last long in these areas. You will be relocated in the near future for sure. read more

My husband bought the monthly pass $35. for up to 30 washes a month. He goes as often as he can because he it's a great savings. This car wash doesn't have brushes so less likely for your vehicle's finish to be hurt by scratches. The car comes out all shiny and clean. Well in our case it's always been clean. We noticed cameras are installed in the front of the wash to protect them from people saying that Encore damaged their vehicle. Good thinking on behalf of Encore. The employees are helpful and courteous. So if you go once a week for a wash that is $100 for top of the line. Why not get a membership and only pay $35???? read more

Love the car wash. Hate the billing. If you're going to use this service without interruption, it's okay. We try to suspend for the winter since we go away. They never get it right. We have to call every month we're gone to get credit. Then.... We come back April 1; get billed on April 1. Fast forward to December's bill. Billed November 27 and then again December 27. Gina told us December 27 bill was for December. So they were billing a month ahead in April, now a month behind. We paid ten monthly bills in 2024 for nine months of service. We went to car wash on December 28 and were billed again on January 26. We now find out the charge is not for one month, as stated on their web site, but for 30 days. Normally not a big deal, but in this case it made a difference. And it will make a difference to anyone who uses the monthly service long term. To Encore's credit, they refunded us the January 26th charge, but won't credit us on December 27 payment. So to recap. Paid ten monthly bills in 2024 for nine months of service. read more

I think this car wash is really great. Its very clean and modern, and it does an excellent job on the cars. Its easy to get in and out, resulting in a stress free experience. Keep it clean and sharp like it is and I will always return. read more
